      "body": "얼마전 청수면옥이라는 외진 맛집에 다녀오고 그동안 미루던 블로그를 만들게 되었다.\n예전엔 뭔가 쓸데 없는 소리를 잘도 끄적였는데, 나이가 들고보니 다 부질없는 것 같고, 귀찮고, 무엇보다 생각은 많은 데 정리는 안 되는 상태가 되버렸다.\n그런 상태가 계속 되다, 여러 계기가 있어 블로그를 만들어야지. 마음을 먹고 있다가 이집 회냉면을 먹고는 스티밋 계정을 만들게 됐다.\n\n이제 이 집 얘기를 하자.\n\n어머니가 동두천으로 이사하신 지 이제 2년, 집에서 멀어서 자주 찾아뵙지는 못하지만, 건강하시기 때문에 크게 신경쓰이지는 않는다. 그것보다는, 갈 때마다 나가서 한끼 먹을만한 집을 찾기 힘들다는 것이다. \n사실, 동두천 근처 맛집은 몇 군데로 좁혀진다.\n- 텍사스 바베큐 : 미국식 치킨 바베큐\n- 비버스 바베큐\n- 송월관\n- 스시정\n이정도가 아닐까 싶다.\n\n그러다가 몇일 전에는 드라이브 삼아 처음으로 포천으로 맛집 탐방을 갔다. 30년 전통의 청수면옥을 찾았고, 냉면이니까 가볍게 먹고 들어와서 장봐온 다른 음식을 조금 더 먹으면 딱 맞을 것으로 예상하고 출발했다.\n가는길, 오는길 모두 날씨, 경치, 미세먼지 등 모든 조건이 최상이었고, 가족 모두 즐거웠다.\n\n인테리어는 그냥 평범하고, 종이컵을 쓰는 실리적인 식당이어서 육수 또한 미원이 적당히 들어갈만한 느낌이었다.\n테이블 위에 만두 셀프 포장을 위한 스티로폼 팩이 있는 것 또한 흔하지 않은 굉장히 실용적인 장치다.\n30년 전통이라는 말은 여러가지로 해석될 수 있다. 30년동안 맛이 그대로 일수도, 그동안 장사를 잘 했을 수도, 발전 했을 수도, 건물을 짓고 완전히 달라졌을 수도 있다. 여기는 적어도 건물은 안 지었다.\n\n맛은 역시 기대했던 대로의 맛이다. 그런데, 정말 오랫동안 기대한 줄 몰랐던 맛이다.\n애니메이션 라타투이에서 음식 평론가가 어린시절로 돌아가는 경험을 처음 경험했다.\n\n아. 그래. 이 느낌이다. (이 맛이 아니라..)\n\n30년 아니 40년 전 초등학교, 중학교 때 집 근처에 맛있다고 소문난 냉면집이 있었고, 배달도 했었다. 면이 쫄깃해서 대충 씹어 넘기면 그릇부터 뱃속까지 면이 안 끊기고 이어지는 재미가 있었던. 겨울에 이불 뒤집어쓰고 먹는 냉면의 맛은 순전히 이 집을 통해서 체득했고, 그 때 그 기계로 뽑은 쫄깃하고 하얀 면은 커가면서 점점 잊어버리게 되었다.\n\n청수면옥의 면발은 선전 문구대로 내가 경험한 예전의 그것과 똑 같았다. 아.. 라따뚜이에서 나온 게 이런 느낌이구나..\n\n맛도 어느 냉면집에 밀리지 않는. 모범생이다. 맛있고, 다른 집보다 좀 더 맵다. 나한텐 딱 좋고, 어머니도 고통없이 다 드셨다.\n\n회 역시 모범생이고 여기서 나는 2가지를 칭찬하고 싶다.\n- 양이 많다. 아무리 9000원이라고 해도, 양이 참 많다. 면 따로, 회 따로 먹지 않아도 된다. 그저 한 젓갈에 면과 회를 같이 먹어도 된다. 그만큼 양이 많다.\n- 품질의 균일성. 나같이 까다로운 사람은 회냉면을 먹다보면 잘 안 씹히는 부분을 뱉어내게 된다. 거의 그렇다. 그런데, 여기서는 그렇지 않았다. 전체적으로 오돌뼈가 좀 많은 것 같기는 했다. 많이 씹어야 한다. 하지만, 그 많은 양의 회 중에서 버릴 부분은 없었다. 오. 이런 경험은 잘 못해본다. 좋다.\n\n육수는 미원이 적절히 들어간 그냥 냉면집 맛이다. 고급 냉면집의 설렁탕 정도의 진국 육수는 아니지만, 괜찮다. \n보통은 냉면 먹고 살짝 부족한 양을 채우려 육수를 마시곤 하는데, 여긴 양이 딱 맞아서 육수는 없어도 되니 괜찮다.\n\n청수면옥은 확실히 미슐랭 스타를 향한 맛집은 아니다. \n그리고, 육수 때문에, 기계로 뽑는 면의 저렴한 인식 때문에 일등 냉면 맛집이라고 하기도 부족할 수 있다.\n하지만, 요즘 이런 면으로 이런 느낌의 냉면을 만드는 곳이 적기 때문에 이 집은 희소성이 있고, 맛 또한 어디 한군데 치우치지 않은 모범생의 맛이라 후회는 없다.\n\n다음에 다시 가서 먹고 글을 더 다듬을 예정이다.",

      "body": "얼마전 청수면옥이라는 외진 맛집에 다녀오고 그동안 미루던 블로그를 만들게 되었다.\n예전엔 뭔가 쓸데 없는 소리를 잘도 끄적였는데, 나이가 들고보니 다 부질없는 것 같고, 귀찮고, 무엇보다 생각은 많은 데 정리는 안 되는 상태가 되버렸다.\n그런 상태가 계속 되다, 여러 계기가 있어 블로그를 만들어야지. 마음을 먹고 있다가 이집 회냉면을 먹고는 스티밋 계정을 만들게 됐다.\n\n이제 이 집 얘기를 하자.\n\n어머니가 동두천으로 이사하신 지 이제 2년, 집에서 멀어서 자주 찾아뵙지는 못하지만, 건강하시기 때문에 크게 신경쓰이지는 않는다. 그것보다는, 갈 때마다 나가서 한끼 먹을만한 집을 찾기 힘들다는 것이다. \n사실, 동두천 근처 맛집은 몇 군데로 좁혀진다.\n- 텍사스 바베큐 : 미국식 치킨 바베큐\n- 비버스 바베큐\n- 송월관\n- 스시정\n이정도가 아닐까 싶다.\n\n그러다가 몇일 전에는 드라이브 삼아 처음으로 포천으로 맛집 탐방을 갔다. 30년 전통의 청수면옥을 찾았고, 냉면이니까 가볍게 먹고 들어와서 장봐온 다른 음식을 조금 더 먹으면 딱 맞을 것으로 예상하고 출발했다.\n가는길, 오는길 모두 날씨, 경치, 미세먼지 등 모든 조건이 최상이었고, 가족 모두 즐거웠다.\n\n인테리어는 그냥 평범하고, 종이컵을 쓰는 실리적인 식당이어서 육수 또한 미원이 적당히 들어갈만한 느낌이었다.\n테이블 위에 만두 셀프 포장을 위한 스티로폼 팩이 있는 것 또한 흔하지 않은 굉장히 실용적인 장치다.\n30년 전통이라는 말은 여러가지로 해석될 수 있다. 30년동안 맛이 그대로 일수도, 그동안 장사를 잘 했을 수도, 발전 했을 수도, 건물을 짓고 완전히 달라졌을 수도 있다. 여기는 적어도 건물은 안 지었다.\n\n맛은 역시 기대했던 대로의 맛이다. 그런데, 정말 오랫동안 기대한 줄 몰랐던 맛이다.\n애니메이션 라타투이에서 음식 평론가가 어린시절로 돌아가는 경험을 처음 경험했다.\n\n아. 그래. 이 느낌이다. (이 맛이 아니라..)\n\n30년 아니 40년 전 초등학교, 중학교 때 집 근처에 맛있다고 소문난 냉면집이 있었고, 배달도 했었다. 면이 쫄깃해서 대충 씹어 넘기면 그릇부터 뱃속까지 면이 안 끊기고 이어지는 재미가 있었던. 겨울에 이불 뒤집어쓰고 먹는 냉면의 맛은 순전히 이 집을 통해서 체득했고, 그 때 그 기계로 뽑은 쫄깃하고 하얀 면은 커가면서 점점 잊어버리게 되었다.\n\n청수면옥의 면발은 선전 문구대로 내가 경험한 예전의 그것과 똑 같았다. 아.. 라따뚜이에서 나온 게 이런 느낌이구나..\n\n맛도 어느 냉면집에 밀리지 않는. 모범생이다. 맛있고, 다른 집보다 좀 더 맵다. 나한텐 딱 좋고, 어머니도 고통없이 다 드셨다.\n\n회 역시 모범생이고 여기서 나는 2가지를 칭찬하고 싶다.\n- 양이 많다. 아무리 9000원이라고 해도, 양이 참 많다. 면 따로, 회 따로 먹지 않아도 된다. 그저 한 젓갈에 면과 회를 같이 먹어도 된다. 그만큼 양이 많다.\n- 품질의 균일성. 나같이 까다로운 사람은 회냉면을 먹다보면 잘 안 씹히는 부분을 뱉어내게 된다. 거의 그렇다. 그런데, 여기서는 그렇지 않았다. 전체적으로 오돌뼈가 좀 많은 것 같기는 했다. 많이 씹어야 한다. 하지만, 그 많은 양의 회 중에서 버릴 부분은 없었다. 오. 이런 경험은 잘 못해본다. 좋다.\n\n육수는 미원이 적절히 들어간 그냥 냉면집 맛이다. 고급 냉면집의 설렁탕 정도의 진국 육수는 아니지만, 괜찮다. \n보통은 냉면 먹고 살짝 부족한 양을 채우려 육수를 마시곤 하는데, 여긴 양이 딱 맞아서 육수는 없어도 되니 괜찮다.\n\n청수면옥은 확실히 미슐랭 스타를 향한 맛집은 아니다. \n그리고, 육수 때문에, 기계로 뽑는 면의 저렴한 인식 때문에 일등 냉면 맛집이라고 하기도 부족할 수 있다.\n하지만, 요즘 이런 면으로 이런 느낌의 냉면을 만드는 곳이 적기 때문에 이 집은 희소성이 있고, 맛 또한 어디 한군데 치우치지 않은 모범생의 맛이라 후회는 없다.\n\n다음에 다시 가서 먹고 글을 더 다듬을 예정이다.",
