body
Hello, dear steem friends of this great community of learning. I am really very happy to become a part of this community by completing fixed homework tasks for beginners. Today I am writing the 2nd homework for professor @sapwood which is related to **Steem and Tron**.
![Task 2 moiz.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmT5F4T3n1SymLBorXkWDCEig4jXRiHi5TCBBma8oAqCK4/Task%202%20moiz.png) **[Image Source](https://www.canva.com/)**
https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
Here are the Questions:
___
**(1) What is PoB? What does curation mean to you on Steem Blockchain? What are the benefits of building SP? How is upvoting explained as good or bad social behavior and why? Browse Coinmarketcap.com to indicate STEEM range, STEEM price, and coinmarketcap (screenshot required)? What are the different tokens you earn by socializing on Steem Blockchain? How would you use your earned TRX on Steem Blockchain to optimize profits in the Tron ecosystem?**
https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
What is PoB?
___ PoB stands for Proof of Brain, which is used by steem social media blockchain that is Steemit. It is the distribution of giveaways for content creators and curators. The reward awarded by the curator depends on the quality of the content written by the author. These prizes are usually taken from the prize pool and the higher your steem power (SP), the more rewards you can get from the prize pool. For example, Steemcurator01 has more steem power than steemcurator02, so its 100% heal is higher than steemcurator02. ![945-9455599_parts-of-the-brain-png-easy-simple-brain.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbs5vnkvTr3h8tcBHDRPqFVfXHzDy3kBULgW15HzonXCB/945-9455599_parts-of-the-brain-png-easy-simple-brain.png) [Source](https://www.seekpng.com/ipng/u2y3a9i1a9o0i1r5_parts-of-the-brain-png-easy-simple-brain/) The author creates content in various communities on steemit. For example, I have completed some homework assignments in the Crypto Academy community, multiple teachers checked the quality of the articles and graded me accordingly. The number of upvotes I will get for a post depends on the score it gets. When this article also contains expansive or plagiarized content, the post will be scored zero and downvoted to avoid such action. The rewards taken from the prize pool are tokens minted from proof of work (PoW) by miners on the blockchain platform. According to Steem's whitepaper, miners began minting Steem tokens at an inflation rate of 9.5% and decreased at a rate of 0.01% for every 250,000 blocks forged, which is about a 0.5% decrease annually. Not all minted tokens that are in the prize pool go to curators and authors. 65% of rewards go to content creators and curators equally. Witnesses holding blockchain take 10%, steem power holders who have influence in the token market take 15%, and the remaining 10% goes to DAO steem. https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
What does curation mean to you on Steem Blockchain?
___ In steemit blockchain, when writers create quality content that is free from all kinds of plagiarism and expansion, the content is voted for by people with great steem power or even by those who are less in number (curators), after reading the article. This up-vote is a form of appreciation given to an author for a job well done and the process of awarding this by a curator is known as curation. ![curation.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXJfeLqqtn52Q8ty77J259D8yxg1B4vUnkgDVYHp6Dvsc/curation.jpg) [Source](https://steemit.com/cn/@htliao/am-i-one-of-the-best-curators-on-steemit-in-terms-of-curation-rewards) As I have already mentioned, 65% of the steem tokens minted in the prize pool are given to authors and curators, so whenever you select a publication you get the same number of Trons and steem powers as the author, these rewards are earned known as healing gifts. The amount of the Healing Reward depends on the healer's steem power, the higher the steem power, the higher the Healing reward, and vice versa. In order to choose a content writer, it is very important to pay attention to the following points beforehand; Read the article to see if it's understandable. Check the authenticity of the content. You can use the plagiarism checker to see if an author is excluding or using another author's content. If a restricted article plagiarizes or expands on content, downvotes, moderators or community administrators are notified to flag the post. Such continuity of action must be silenced in the community, as at Crypto Academy. Check that the article's topic matches the type of content the community demands and the community rules. If you don't allow community rules, please leave a suggestion in the comment box. How valuable the article is to community members. Will the article have a positive impact on community members? Please provide a cure percentage based on your analysis if you are satisfied with the above. If you have an amount, please do so in the comments section. Resteem posts to benefit members who are not in the community as well as curators who can reward the article. The above is a procedure that a curator should check before curating a post. A good example is how the teacher analyzes our assignments. https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
What are the benefits of building SP?
___ Steem Power or SP is one of the important parts in the operation of the platform because it is in charge of giving us influence in the blockchain, this means that higher SP holder has greater voting power, but this is not the only advantage to building our SP, we also have: - The higher SP holder has greater voting power, so he/she will get higher rewards. - With high SP, we are able to create a community with a specific purpose while allowing us to support the users who are part of this community and provide them with quality content. - Another benefit of building SP is that we can get TRX, 1 SP equals 1 TRX, which means by receiving healing gifts, we not only increase SP but also increase TRX. - High SP also allows us to be more visible and have more influence on the platform. https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
How is upvoting explained as good or bad social behavior and why?
___ Own voice in the publications we make translates into unfavorable or wrong social behavior, because as content writers, we must not be the curators, this significantly interferes with the social interactions that characterize the platform. We should expect that our publications are voted on by other users, which will help us build a group of followers who support and motivate us every day to continue to create quality and original publications. The only exception in this case is the so-called Path of Healing, for example, I belong to the Path or Path of Healing, and when that particular Community voted for me, a publication appeared that I chose myself, however, the vote corresponds to the Path of Healing . https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
Browse Coinmarketcap.com to indicate STEEM range, STEEM price, and coinmarketcap (screenshot required)?
___ Fist visit www.coinmarketcap.com and search steem. Here is the information about steem. ![coinmarketcap.PNG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUtAf1vW4yDNe29MHwSszMjybSW79KaWytyhHCkiLtv33/coinmarketcap.PNG) [Source](https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/steem/) https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
What are the different tokens you earn by socializing on Steem Blockchain?
___ By working at Steem, we have the great advantage of allowing us to socialize, interact, and earn lucrative rewards that value our content. That is why blockchain allows us to earn different tokens like STEEM, SBD SP, TRX. Steem is a fundamental token, because with it we can create Power Ups to increase our Steem Power, we can transfer it to other users, as well as sell it in the local market. SBD is a Steem token that we can convert on any Exchange, we get it from the votes we receive in our posts, the goal is to keep the Steem blockchain economy stable. SP allows us to increase our influence within the platform, it is not transferable, but we can delegate it to other accounts or communities to also support its growth, and it can be converted into steem through Power Dow. Trx is another token that we also earn through our posting rewards, which are transferred to our tronlink wallet. For a writer, it could be the following: SBD + SP (if the debt ratio is less than 9%) STEEM + SP (if the debt ratio is higher than 10%) STEEM + SBD + SP (if the debt ratio is between 9% and 10%) In the case of the Author Award, there are three options: 50% SBD / 50% SP-- 50% SBD and 50% SP 100% Power Up - Full reward on SP Because the default setting is always 50% SBD / 50% SP. https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
How would you use your earned TRX on Steem Blockchain to optimize profits in the Tron ecosystem?
___ The TRX I have earned go directly to my Tronlinks wallet where I can also interact with other dapps and make exchanges. I am really very happy to become a part of this community by completing fixed homework tasks for beginners. Today I am writing the 2nd homework for professor @sapwood which is related to **Steem and Tron**.\n\n
\n![Task 2 moiz.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmT5F4T3n1SymLBorXkWDCEig4jXRiHi5TCBBma8oAqCK4/Task%202%20moiz.png)\n **[Image Source](https://www.canva.com/)**
\n\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n\n#
Here are the Questions:
\n___\n\n
**(1) What is PoB? What does curation mean to you on Steem Blockchain? What are the benefits of building SP? How is upvoting explained as good or bad social behavior and why? Browse Coinmarketcap.com to indicate STEEM range, STEEM price, and coinmarketcap (screenshot required)? What are the different tokens you earn by socializing on Steem Blockchain? How would you use your earned TRX on Steem Blockchain to optimize profits in the Tron ecosystem?**
\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
What is PoB?
\n___\n\nPoB stands for Proof of Brain, which is used by steem social media blockchain that is Steemit. It is the distribution of giveaways for content creators and curators. The reward awarded by the curator depends on the quality of the content written by the author. These prizes are usually taken from the prize pool and the higher your steem power (SP), the more rewards you can get from the prize pool. For example, Steemcurator01 has more steem power than steemcurator02, so its 100% heal is higher than steemcurator02.\n\n\n![945-9455599_parts-of-the-brain-png-easy-simple-brain.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbs5vnkvTr3h8tcBHDRPqFVfXHzDy3kBULgW15HzonXCB/945-9455599_parts-of-the-brain-png-easy-simple-brain.png)\n[Source](https://www.seekpng.com/ipng/u2y3a9i1a9o0i1r5_parts-of-the-brain-png-easy-simple-brain/)\n\n\nThe author creates content in various communities on steemit. For example, I have completed some homework assignments in the Crypto Academy community, multiple teachers checked the quality of the articles and graded me accordingly. The number of upvotes I will get for a post depends on the score it gets. When this article also contains expansive or plagiarized content, the post will be scored zero and downvoted to avoid such action.\n\nThe rewards taken from the prize pool are tokens minted from proof of work (PoW) by miners on the blockchain platform. According to Steem's whitepaper, miners began minting Steem tokens at an inflation rate of 9.5% and decreased at a rate of 0.01% for every 250,000 blocks forged, which is about a 0.5% decrease annually.\n\nNot all minted tokens that are in the prize pool go to curators and authors. 65% of rewards go to content creators and curators equally. Witnesses holding blockchain take 10%, steem power holders who have influence in the token market take 15%, and the remaining 10% goes to DAO steem.\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
What does curation mean to you on Steem Blockchain?
\n___\n\n\nIn steemit blockchain, when writers create quality content that is free from all kinds of plagiarism and expansion, the content is voted for by people with great steem power or even by those who are less in number (curators), after reading the article. This up-vote is a form of appreciation given to an author for a job well done and the process of awarding this by a curator is known as curation.\n\n\n![curation.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXJfeLqqtn52Q8ty77J259D8yxg1B4vUnkgDVYHp6Dvsc/curation.jpg)\n[Source](https://steemit.com/cn/@htliao/am-i-one-of-the-best-curators-on-steemit-in-terms-of-curation-rewards)\n\n\nAs I have already mentioned, 65% of the steem tokens minted in the prize pool are given to authors and curators, so whenever you select a publication you get the same number of Trons and steem powers as the author, these rewards are earned known as healing gifts. The amount of the Healing Reward depends on the healer's steem power, the higher the steem power, the higher the Healing reward, and vice versa.\n\nIn order to choose a content writer, it is very important to pay attention to the following points beforehand;\n\nRead the article to see if it's understandable.\n\nCheck the authenticity of the content. You can use the plagiarism checker to see if an author is excluding or using another author's content. If a restricted article plagiarizes or expands on content, downvotes, moderators or community administrators are notified to flag the post. Such continuity of action must be silenced in the community, as at Crypto Academy.\n\nCheck that the article's topic matches the type of content the community demands and the community rules. If you don't allow community rules, please leave a suggestion in the comment box.\n\nHow valuable the article is to community members. Will the article have a positive impact on community members?\n\nPlease provide a cure percentage based on your analysis if you are satisfied with the above. If you have an amount, please do so in the comments section.\n\nResteem posts to benefit members who are not in the community as well as curators who can reward the article.\n\nThe above is a procedure that a curator should check before curating a post. A good example is how the teacher analyzes our assignments.\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
What are the benefits of building SP?
\n___\n\nSteem Power or SP is one of the important parts in the operation of the platform because it is in charge of giving us influence in the blockchain, this means that higher SP holder has greater voting power, but this is not the only advantage to building our SP, we also have:\n\n- The higher SP holder has greater voting power, so he/she will get higher rewards.\n\n- With high SP, we are able to create a community with a specific purpose while allowing us to support the users who are part of this community and provide them with quality content.\n\n- Another benefit of building SP is that we can get TRX, 1 SP equals 1 TRX, which means by receiving healing gifts, we not only increase SP but also increase TRX.\n\n- High SP also allows us to be more visible and have more influence on the platform.\n\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
How is upvoting explained as good or bad social behavior and why?
\n___\n\nOwn voice in the publications we make translates into unfavorable or wrong social behavior, because as content writers, we must not be the curators, this significantly interferes with the social interactions that characterize the platform.\n\nWe should expect that our publications are voted on by other users, which will help us build a group of followers who support and motivate us every day to continue to create quality and original publications.\n\nThe only exception in this case is the so-called Path of Healing, for example, I belong to the Path or Path of Healing, and when that particular Community voted for me, a publication appeared that I chose myself, however, the vote corresponds to the Path of Healing .\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
Browse Coinmarketcap.com to indicate STEEM range, STEEM price, and coinmarketcap (screenshot required)?
\n___\n\nFist visit www.coinmarketcap.com and search steem. Here is the information about steem.\n\n![coinmarketcap.PNG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUtAf1vW4yDNe29MHwSszMjybSW79KaWytyhHCkiLtv33/coinmarketcap.PNG)\n[Source](https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/steem/)\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
What are the different tokens you earn by socializing on Steem Blockchain?
\n___\n\nBy working at Steem, we have the great advantage of allowing us to socialize, interact, and earn lucrative rewards that value our content. That is why blockchain allows us to earn different tokens like STEEM, SBD SP, TRX.\n\nSteem is a fundamental token, because with it we can create Power Ups to increase our Steem Power, we can transfer it to other users, as well as sell it in the local market.\n\nSBD is a Steem token that we can convert on any Exchange, we get it from the votes we receive in our posts, the goal is to keep the Steem blockchain economy stable.\n\nSP allows us to increase our influence within the platform, it is not transferable, but we can delegate it to other accounts or communities to also support its growth, and it can be converted into steem through Power Dow.\n\nTrx is another token that we also earn through our posting rewards, which are transferred to our tronlink wallet.\n\nFor a writer, it could be the following:\n\nSBD + SP (if the debt ratio is less than 9%)\nSTEEM + SP (if the debt ratio is higher than 10%)\nSTEEM + SBD + SP (if the debt ratio is between 9% and 10%)\n\nIn the case of the Author Award, there are three options:\n\n50% SBD / 50% SP-- 50% SBD and 50% SP\n100% Power Up - Full reward on SP\n\nBecause the default setting is always 50% SBD / 50% SP.\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
How would you use your earned TRX on Steem Blockchain to optimize profits in the Tron ecosystem?
\n___\n\nThe TRX I have earned go directly to my Tronlinks wallet where I can also interact with other dapps and make exchanges.\n\nWithin the TRON ecosystem, TRX earnings can be optimized:\n\nbetting on tron to generate more profit, or also freezing it for a period of time.\nTo obtain more TRX it is important to make good publications that allow to achieve rewards in this way there will be a gradual increase in both SP and TRX, and that is a good way to optimize them.\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
Conclusion
\n___\n\nI have answered the following questions. You can only earn money if you do something, money doesn't fall from trees or sky. Money is also used to buy goods. Throughout history, money, which is a symbol of value, has taken many forms. Many materials have been used to represent money, such as shells, metal, snails, gold, etc. They have been used in the past to serve as a medium of exchange i.e. money. However, for something to be of value, one must believe that its value is trustworthy and has long-lasting durability. Until 100 years ago, we always relied on something to represent money. A change has taken place which drastically reduces belief in something and trust shifts towards someone. For example, for a long time, people felt uncomfortable walking in gold bullion, metal, or even cowrie. So this led to the invention of printed money, that is paper money. This is how it works, you will take your $10,000 worth of gold to the bank or government, the bank will give you an invoice for $10,000. Paper money is seen as the ultimate solution to the initial problems brought by Gold, such as paper is easier to transport, also easy to spend, you can also take your money to the bank and keep it there as long as you want. So people use it as money as an instrument of practicality and convenience. Due to many microeconomic changes, paper money has become disconnected from gold in terms of value. Then the government came to the scene properly, telling the people that they would determine the value of the banknotes. So people agreed with what the government said and started trading paper money. People trusted government promises very well, even when there were no real commodities to back paper money, because it was this belief that led to the creation of FIAT money. FIAT simply means Decree Bye in Latin, meaning that the pound, euro, dollar or other currency has value because the government places it. Banknotes are now recognized as legal tender, it is banknotes, coins, etc. Banknotes must be accepted by anyone as payment. That is, the current value of money comes from the legal backing provided by the central authority, namely the government. This is how trust goes from trusting something to trusting someone who is the government. #### Fait money has 2 main problems that are: - Centralized real money: There is a central authority that controls and also issues it, namely the government or central bank. - Fait money is not limited by its quantity: The Central Bank can print as much money as it wants and this can lead to currency inflation. The main problem with printing money is that the more money there is in society, the value of that currency goes down. Therefore, as the years go by, the value of each coin decreases. In a country, where the prices of goods and services are increasing, this may mean that the purchasing power of that country's currency is drastically reduced. The fact that Fait money exists, the transition to digital money is quite simple. There is already a central authority distributing the money, so why not make money? Digital and authorities keep track of who owns what. This is where the invention of the first cryptocurrency called Bitcoin came into the market, but what is cryptocurrency! Cryptocurrency is a digital currency that allows transactions to be carried out and also to verify and record them in a decentralized system using Cryptography. Bitcoin was developed by developer Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009, and no one sees it anymore to be the world's first digital currency. Satoshi Nakamoto is trying to create a decentralized digital currency system, which means it is not controlled by the government or any other authority. We can say that Bitcoin is synonymous with money but it cannot be seen or transported about how money is transported. it is done electronically. We can say that Bitcoin is a digital currency, whose transactions are not controlled by any government or central authority. It can be used to buy anything you want. Just you need an internet connection. It works by software and cryptography. https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
What was the Aim Behind Bitcoin Invention?
___ ![How_to_Make_a_Bitcoin_Payment_in_4_Easy_Steps_637527792621985643.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbuTy2cEV4oGYspecVXoGC9u2baX7ZsnxYJoSaiGccwP8/How_to_Make_a_Bitcoin_Payment_in_4_Easy_Steps_637527792621985643.png) **[Image Source](https://forumpay.com/how-to-make-a-bitcoin-payment-in-4-easy-steps)** The main reason for Bitcoin was created is to decentralize control over cryptocurrency. We know that Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin in 2009, which was a response to the strong financial crisis at the time, and at that time people depended on banks for most of their financial transactions. So Satoshi Nakamoto came up with the idea to take monopoly power from the bank. He then created a peer-to-peer system that did not require any third party intervention. People now have complete control over money with the introduction of Bitcoin. In this way, banks and other financial institutions are not required for successful transactions to occur. And also to keep the currency value. Coins are sent faster at a very low cost compared to traditional banking systems. https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
Is Cryptocurrency Good For A Business To accept As Payment? Why?
___ ![Bitcoin_(1).jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdtBzfVQ5G4XFBKHyfPaA2fgckXXdxRn6iY2fjRQgo2cN/Bitcoin_(1).jpg) **[Image Source](https://www.jenkinsfenstermaker.com/blog/b2b-bitcoin-wv)** As I said earlier, cryptocurrency is a digital currency that is gradually replacing paper-fait (legal tender). Cryptocurrencies are secured by crypto, which helps reduce fake or double spending. Cryptocurrencies include coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dodge, etc, but bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and ranks #1 in terms of value in the cryptocurrency world. Bitcoin, which is a type of cryptocurrency, is great for businesses to accept as a means of payment for the reasons listed below. - First of all, in business you have complete control over your money, which makes it decentralized. Cannot be charged a certain amount of money, either daily, weekly, or monthly. You can decide to take money with you whenever you want. - You should not go to the bank to queue or go to an ATM to queue to withdraw your money for business. From wherever you are, you can send and receive bitcoins, all you need is a phone or laptop with an internet connection. - Companies don't like procrastination, going to the bank can waste a lot of time. With the comfort from your home, you can transfer and receive payments. This is another reason that makes cryptocurrencies so great for accepting payments. because it speeds up. - Most banks and financial institutions charge large transfer fees, but the fees for cryptocurrencies are much cheaper compared to traditional financial institutions. - The use of bitcoin as a means of payment in business facilitates the conduct of international business. It can be send from anywhere. International transfers are much easier with Cryptocurrencies. - With Bitcoin, you can more easily buy whatever you want to buy, no matter where in the world. Businesses take it seriously and look at it, it can replace fake paper over time. - Bitcoin theft as an entrepreneur is very difficult, because of the high level of security in digital wallets, it is impossible for third parties to access your financial data. There is a very high level of privacy in the cryptocurrency world. https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png #
Conclusion
___ I have answered the following questions. Thank you, professor @stream4u, for making this informative task. This is my second homework task. If I made any mistakes, please comment below. I will try to improve from the next. By the way, thanks for reading my task.

Until 100 years ago, we always relied on something to represent money. A change has taken place which drastically reduces belief in something and trust shifts towards someone. For example, for a long time, people felt uncomfortable walking in gold bullion, metal, or even cowrie. So this led to the invention of printed money, that is paper money.\n\nThis is how it works, you will take your $10,000 worth of gold to the bank or government, the bank will give you an invoice for $10,000. Paper money is seen as the ultimate solution to the initial problems brought by Gold, such as paper is easier to transport, also easy to spend, you can also take your money to the bank and keep it there as long as you want. So people use it as money as an instrument of practicality and convenience.\n\nDue to many microeconomic changes, paper money has become disconnected from gold in terms of value. Then the government came to the scene properly, telling the people that they would determine the value of the banknotes. So people agreed with what the government said and started trading paper money.\n\nPeople trusted government promises very well, even when there were no real commodities to back paper money, because it was this belief that led to the creation of FIAT money. FIAT simply means Decree Bye in Latin, meaning that the pound, euro, dollar or other currency has value because the government places it.\n\nBanknotes are now recognized as legal tender, it is banknotes, coins, etc. Banknotes must be accepted by anyone as payment. That is, the current value of money comes from the legal backing provided by the central authority, namely the government. This is how trust goes from trusting something to trusting someone who is the government.\n\n#### Fait money has 2 main problems that are:\n\n- Centralized real money: There is a central authority that controls and also issues it, namely the government or central bank.\n- Fait money is not limited by its quantity: The Central Bank can print as much money as it wants and this can lead to currency inflation. The main problem with printing money is that the more money there is in society, the value of that currency goes down. Therefore, as the years go by, the value of each coin decreases. In a country, where the prices of goods and services are increasing, this may mean that the purchasing power of that country's currency is drastically reduced.\n\nThe fact that Fait money exists, the transition to digital money is quite simple. There is already a central authority distributing the money, so why not make money? Digital and authorities keep track of who owns what. This is where the invention of the first cryptocurrency called Bitcoin came into the market, but what is cryptocurrency! Cryptocurrency is a digital currency that allows transactions to be carried out and also to verify and record them in a decentralized system using Cryptography.\n\nBitcoin was developed by developer Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009, and no one sees it anymore to be the world's first digital currency. It works by software and cryptography.\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n\n#
What was the Aim Behind Bitcoin Invention?
\n___\n\n\n![How_to_Make_a_Bitcoin_Payment_in_4_Easy_Steps_637527792621985643.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbuTy2cEV4oGYspecVXoGC9u2baX7ZsnxYJoSaiGccwP8/How_to_Make_a_Bitcoin_Payment_in_4_Easy_Steps_637527792621985643.png)\n **[Image Source](https://forumpay.com/how-to-make-a-bitcoin-payment-in-4-easy-steps)** \n\n\nThe main reason for Bitcoin was created is to decentralize control over cryptocurrency. We know that Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin in 2009, which was a response to the strong financial crisis at the time, and at that time people depended on banks for most of their financial transactions.\n\nSo Satoshi Nakamoto came up with the idea to take monopoly power from the bank. He then created a peer-to-peer system that did not require any third party intervention. People now have complete control over money with the introduction of Bitcoin. In this way, banks and other financial institutions are not required for successful transactions to occur. And also to keep the currency value. Coins are sent faster at a very low cost compared to traditional banking systems.\n\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n\n#
Is Cryptocurrency Good For A Business To accept As Payment? Why?
\n___\n\n\n![Bitcoin_(1).jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdtBzfVQ5G4XFBKHyfPaA2fgckXXdxRn6iY2fjRQgo2cN/Bitcoin_(1).jpg)\n **[Image Source](https://www.jenkinsfenstermaker.com/blog/b2b-bitcoin-wv)** \n\n\nAs I said earlier, cryptocurrency is a digital currency that is gradually replacing paper-fait (legal tender). Bitcoin, which is a type of cryptocurrency, is great for businesses to accept as a means of payment for the reasons listed below.\n\n- First of all, in business you have complete control over your money, which makes it decentralized. Cannot be charged a certain amount of money, either daily, weekly, or monthly. You can decide to take money with you whenever you want.\n- You should not go to the bank to queue or go to an ATM to queue to withdraw your money for business. From wherever you are, you can send and receive bitcoins, all you need is a phone or laptop with an internet connection.\n\n- Companies don't like procrastination, going to the bank can waste a lot of time. With the comfort from your home, you can transfer and receive payments. This is another reason that makes cryptocurrencies so great for accepting payments. because it speeds up.\n- Most banks and financial institutions charge large transfer fees, but the fees for cryptocurrencies are much cheaper compared to traditional financial institutions.\n- The use of bitcoin as a means of payment in business facilitates the conduct of international business. It can be send from anywhere. International transfers are much easier with Cryptocurrencies.\n- With Bitcoin, you can more easily buy whatever you want to buy, no matter where in the world. Businesses take it seriously and look at it, it can replace fake paper over time.\n- Bitcoin theft as an entrepreneur is very difficult, because of the high level of security in digital wallets, it is impossible for third parties to access your financial data. There is a very high level of privacy in the cryptocurrency world.\n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTBceA25WtuCoiPFmebnCoB15fX7i55tj9wtVu7zN1gC6/asdsa.png\n\n#
Conclusion
\n___\n\nI have answered the following questions. Thank you, professor @stream4u, for making this informative task. This is my second homework task. If I made any mistakes, please comment below. I will try to improve from the next.
You can only earn money if you do something, money doesn't fall from trees or sky. Money is also used to buy goods. Throughout history, money, which is a symbol of value, has taken many forms. Many materials have been used to represent money, such as shells, metal, snails, gold, etc. They have been used in the past to serve as a medium of exchange i.e. money.\n\nHowever, for something to be of value, one must believe that its value is trustworthy and has long-lasting durability.
