      "body": "Part 2\nMethods\nThere currently exists no capacity as-\nsessment tool for national wildlife or \nenvironmental services that serves as \na parallel to available public health and \nveterinary services evaluations.3,15 To \ngauge the extent of wildlife and envi-\nronmental coverage in zoonotic disease \nefforts, we therefore reviewed published \nreports from key processes used to as-\nsess national capacity, prioritize national \nefforts and leverage programmatic fund-\ning for health security. Reviewed reports \nincluded those published by the World \nOrganisation for Animal Health (OIE) \non the Performance of Veterinary Ser-\nvices, and World Health Organization \n(WHO) Joint External Evaluation mis-\nsions and follow-on National Action \nPlans for Health Security (Table 1; avail-\nable at: http://www.who .int/ bulletin/\nvolumes/99/5/20-272690).\nWe conducted a keyword search \nfor terms inclusive of wildlife and \nenvironmental risk and monitoring \nconsiderations (Table 1). We reviewed \ndocuments in their published language \n(English, French or Spanish) using \nkeyword translations. We interpreted \nthe mention of “animals” to be inher-\nently biased towards domestic animals \n(pets and livestock, validated by several \nreports referring to “animals and wild-\nlife”). We therefore screened specifically \nfor “wildlife” and “wild animals”. Given \nits prominence in the documents and \nlack of specificity, we did not include \nthe term “zoonotic” in the review of \nthe WHO Joint External Evaluations \nand National Action Plans for Health \nSecurity. We excluded words in stan-\ndard headings or introductions, as well \nas non-substantive phrases using key-\nwords in other contexts (e.g. “biosafety \nenvironment”). Our review focused on \ninfectious diseases, excluding informa-\ntion on chemical emergencies.\nTo identify stated weaknesses and \nevidence of an operational surveil-\nlance system for wildlife disease and/or \nwildlife pathogen screening, we supple-\nmented keyword searches by text review \n(primarily the chapter on prevention of \nzoonotic diseases in the Joint External \nEvaluations for strengths, gaps and \nrecommendations for priority actions). \nWe recorded search terms as “present” \nor “absent” (available in the data reposi-\ntory).16 We did not compare scores from \nthe Joint External Evaluations and Per-\nformance of Veterinary Services reports \nbetween countries because of recurring \nupdates to evaluation tools and because \nthese indicators were not specifically \ndesigned for wildlife or environmental \nconsiderations. Furthermore, we did not \nwant to present judgement; our aim is to \nhelp to identify weaknesses that can be \ntransformed into opportunities for im-\nproving or strengthening health security.\nWe also extracted information on \npriority diseases for public or animal \nhealth from the Joint External Evalu-\nations (data repository).16 Although \ncriteria for priority diseases are not \nstandardized across countries, the evalu-\nations provided an initial indication of \nthe types of diseases considered impor-\ntant in the context of health security.\nDespite the fact that the United \nNations (UN) Convention on Biological \nDiversity – the main intergovernmental \ntreaty for biodiversity and ecosystem \nconservation – has officially recognized \nthe value of a One Health approach, \nsignatory countries are not obliged to \nconsider wildlife health or undertake \nrelated activities. To assess the voluntary \nuptake of wildlife health considerations \nin conservation planning and commit-\nments, we also reviewed the latest ver-\nsions of National Biodiversity Strategies \nand Action Plans submitted under the \nConvention (if published in English), \nwhich serve as the primary mechanism \nfor national implementation (Table 1\nand data repository).16\nAll reports mentioned above pro-\nvide an indication of the primary tools \nused by external and domestic funders \nto target investments in health security, \nanimal health, and biodiversity and \necosystem management, and to provide \na best estimate of existing efforts and \nweaknesses.",

      "body": "Henrik Lundqvist is sixth on the career wins list, has the 12th most shutouts in NHL history and sports a career 2.43 goals-against average and .918 save percentage.\n\nImagine if he was in the right place at the right time on draft day.\n\nLundqvist, who played all 15 of his NHL seasons with the New York Rangers, shared a funny story about what happened to him at the 2000 NHL draft on social media on Saturday, 22 years to the day of his selection.\n\nThe Swedish-born goalie said he had a trip to Spain planned with friends but headed to the draft in Calgary at the last minute.\n\nOnly one team asked to meet with him and he went to the wrong place, he admitted with some embarrassment.\n\nThe story came after the Rangers shared a picture of a super young Lundqvist on the day of the draft.
