Dobrze wymieszać i odstawić na przynajmniej 10 minut żeby ładnie wyrosło. Rozczyn powinien zdecydowanie zwiększyć swoją objętość. Do drugiego większego naczynia z mąką wlać drożdże, jajko, pozostałe ciepłe mleko, sól, rozpuszczone masło i zagnieść ciasto ręką. Można troszkę podsypać mąką lecz nie radziłabym przesadzać z ilością dodanej mąki bo ciasto później może wyjść nieco twardawe. Po 5-minutowym wyrabianiu ciasto powinno być już sprężyste i nieklejące się do ręki. Naczynie przykryć ściereczką i odstawić na godzinkę w ciepłe miejsce. Wyrośnięte ciasto odrywamy na około 16 mniejszych kawałków, każde wyrabiamy na kształt kulki. Krok 2  Nasze mini bułeczki układamy równomiernie na foremce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia. Smarujemy roztrzepanym jajkiem oraz posypujemy odrobiną sezamu. Odstawiamy bułeczki do podrośnięcia na 10 minut. W tym czasie ustawić piekarnik na 190 stopni. Piec przez około 22-25 minut, aż się zrumienią. Mięso mielone mieszamy z przyprawami, przeciśniętym czosnkiem, jajkiem oraz bułką tartą. Z mięsa formujemy małe kotleciki (dosyć cienkie) i następnie smażymy je na tłuszczu z obu stron. W miseczce mieszamy przeciśnięty czosnek, majonez, sól oraz pieprz do uzyskania sosu czosnkowego. Każdą wystygniętą bułeczkę kroimy na pół. Dół smarujemy sosem czosnkowym, nakładamy sałatę, mięsko, pokrojone ogórki, przykrywamy górną częścią bułeczki. Wbijamy wykałaczki, aby hamburgerki się idealnie trzymały podczas ich nakładania i jedzenia. SMACZNEGO! |

| body | Czytałam niedawno, że matka Tomasza błagała o wznowienie akcji ratunkowej. Pod tym postem oczywiście pojawiła się masa komentarzy, że każda matka by prosiła o ratowanie jej dziecka, że przecież to człowiek, chce żyć itd. Jednak popatrzmy na to logicznie, że Ci ratownicy z własnej woli chcieli pomóc tym osobom. Sami ryzykowali własnym życiem by uratować inne, skoro są doświadczeni to bardzo dobrze wiedzieli gdzie są granice bezpieczeństwa i kiedy zakończyć akcję ratunkową. Nie rozumiem hejtu ludzi, że "Jak można kogoś zostawić... bla bla bla" To idź i sam go ratuj jak taki mądry jesteś. Jednak życie własne jest najważniejsze i wszystko jest do granic możliwości. Bardzo podziwiam właśnie o to tych ratowników, którzy podjęli się takiego wyzwania i uratowali choć jedno istnienie, jestem w 100% za tym, aby dostali oni odznaczenia, przecież spisali się na medal. Podziwiam! |

| body | Cześć wszystkim. To jest mój pierwszy post na tej stronie. Będę prowadziła coś w stylu bloga na temat diet i różnych sposobów na pozbycie się wagi. Dieta? To słowo źle nam się kojarzy... Odchudzanie, wszyscy myślą, że to słowo znaczy odmawianie sobie tego na co mamy ochotę. Jednak prawdziwa "dieta" powinna polegać na tym, że jedzenie sprawia nam przyjemność, a zarazem jest dla nas korzystne i dostarcza nam wielu wartościowych witamin.  Tak więc, jak jeść zdrowo, by być zdrowym i nie mówić, że jest się na diecie? Na pewno zauważyłeś/łaś coś niezadowalającego w swoim ciele i dążysz do tego by to zmienić. Od czego zacząć? Nie musisz rezygnować z jedzenia tego co lubisz wystarczy, że wprowadzisz do swojego codziennego życia kilka małych zmian. * Po pierwsze, nie możesz jeść w pośpiechu, spożywaj posiłek dopiero w tedy gdy możesz zrobić to na spokojnie. Gryź kilka razy więcej niż zwykle, dzięki temu odciążysz swój żołądek i pomożesz mu szybciej strawić dany posiłek. * Nakładaj sobie danie na mniejszy talerz, w ten sposób „oszukasz” sam siebie i zjesz mniej. Nie będziesz czuć przymusu zjedzenia dania do końca.  * Warto również zawsze mieć przy sobie butelkę wody, ponieważ gdy najdzie Cię ochota na coś do jedzenia, a nie czujesz głodu, to może to oznczać, że po prostu chce Ci się pić, lepiej wypić jedną szklankę wody niż zjeść kilka słodkich ciasteczek prawda?  * Warto zaopatrzyć się w ulubione suszone owoce, gdy zachce się nam coś słodkiego, zawsze to jakieś WITAMINKI! * Kolejnym sposobem na zniwelowanie wagi jest zwiększenie błonnika w codziennym jedzeniu, jego bogactwo znajduje się w owocach i warzywach. Wspomaga on pracę jelit i w odpowiednim tempie trawi pożywienie, dzięki czemu dłużej nie odczuwamy głodu. Apetyt hamują także suszone jabłka i mięta oraz świeże wiśnie, a także picie wody z dodatkiem octu jabłkowego.  Podsumowując nie potrzeba głodówki czy nie wiadomo jakich diet, które nie zaspokajają naszych potrzeb. Schudnąć bez wysiłku można w łatwy sposób, stosując zdrową, zbilansowaną dietę bez diety, wzbogaconą jedynie o cenne składniki odżywcze i wodę.  To jest kilka porad ode mnie, dzięki nim udało mi się stracić kilka zbędnych kilogramów, dorzuciłam do tego jeszcze codzienne spacery z psem i Voilà minus 5kg na wadze.
