However, the scientific studies are just being started.  In this post I will show you the concepts around how vaping could help or hurt society as a whole. \n\nVaping may be seen as something that is practically useless or flat out harmful for those who use it, and even those around them. \n\nMany who assume this have never looked into the positive effects but instead only review the negative effects, or they just feel its the same as cigarette smoking. In which case, they couldn't be farther from the truth.\n\nAlthough it may look very similar to cigarette smoking, it is actually scientifically proven to be around 95% less harmful for the human body than smoking.  This is due to the fact that cigarettes use combustion to create the smoke, while vaping uses heating elements along with the e-liquid to create an aerosol that simulates real smoke.  This means that the chemicals from traditional cigarettes are not present in vapes because there is not tobacco, and there is also no combustion.\n\nBecause of the fact that vaping is so much cleaner and safer, many people use this as a means to quit smoking.  Which in my opinion is very smart and beneficial to society.  These products have a lot of potential for saving millions upon millions of lives.\n\nBy the end of this century cigarette smoking is projected to kill around 1/7th of the population, and tobacco companies will continue to make money on each and every one of them.  I sincerely hope vaping is the solution to this incredible problem.  As a society we cannot continue to be dragged down by so many preventable deaths each year.\n\nOther than the use of vaping to quit traditional smoking, some people  actually use vaping for weight loss.  Which seems crazy at first, but once you realize the amount of delicious flavors that are associated with the use of these devices, it really isn't as surprising as you would think.\n\nBut of course adding these flavors is also a potential problem for the youth.  Many believe it could entice minors to try these products.  However, I personally believe it doesn't matter what flavors are added as long as the right precautions are taken and the products are not sold to minors in the first place.\n\nSome claim that vaping is also a danger to society because of the fact that it could lead more people back to the deadly habit that started it all.  This could be true but hopefully the products would be able to maintain the premise that they were created for, and help people quit smoking in order to preserve their lifespan.\n\nAlthough vaping may not be harmless, and of course more studies are bound to come out about the harmful affects in the future.  I think vaping at this point in time does have greater potential to help society become cleaner and less dependent on the traditional cigarette, than to harm society in a way which outweighs the positive aspects.",
