| title | Plants have a mind! Make sure of it. Scientific evidence !! |
Погнали!!! https://natworld.info/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Prirodnoe-soobshhestvo-Les-900x500.jpg All people on earth depend on plants, it is simply impossible to imagine our planet without them, when we want to say that some place is not suitable for life, then we are talking about a scorched desert, that is, a place completely free from plants. Understanding the relationship between life and plants is determined by the traditions of all peoples. Our ancestors were no exception. With plants and especially trees, from the great centuries, originating from the depths of centuries, in every village near each settlement there were sacred groves, people came to them with their ailments, problems and almost always found help. https://takprosto.cc/wp-content/uploads/s/sila-derevyev/4.jpg In Russia, when a son was born, an oak was planted, if the girl was a birch. They came to their tree for healing. To get help, I needed to establish contact (communication) with the tree, bring him a present, talk and ask for help, and then say thank you. It was believed that if a person asks several times, leaning against a tree with his back or head, the tree will take on his pain or misfortune. Such communication testified to the fact that our ancestors firmly realized that every plant has a soul, and this awareness did not come from environmental motives that have become fashionable today, but because they considered every tree, every flower, any blade of grass in the field as a refuge of special consciousness. https://agrostory.com/upload/medialibrary/706/706e98dd64fc3cb1b40f0c589a48b065.jpg An unusual property of plants at the beginning of the last century, the Soviet scientist Semyon Kirlian, together with his wife Valentina, found out that the photo of the plant image is a drawing of an electrical state. During one of the experiments, a freshly cut leaf of a plant was placed in a high frequency electromagnetic field and then part of the flower was photographed and removed again. And when they showed the film, they saw on it the outline of a whole sheet, this phenomenon was called the Phantom of the sheet. Easy to find on the net, a very interesting sight !! From photographs it was possible to see the influence of plants on each other. It turned out that the leaf fields were slightly in contact, they could create real energy flows! The Kirlian effect has found application in the diagnosis of mental illness, in mechanical engineering, forensic science, parapsychology ... https://www.epochtimes.ru/eet-content/uploads/06/health/156_11_07_10_kirlian2.jpg Nowadays, every day we get new evidence that plants experience pain, joy and fear. Many people know that scientists around the world have conducted a linguistic experiment with animals, whales, and dolphins, but few know that they did the same with plants. Yes, with the very ones that we mostly think of as something immobile and exist only to provide us with food, decorate our homes and treat our diseases. However, we can recall that it is around plants that most of the rites of all peoples develop. Questions arise: does the plant have consciousness, is it possible to communicate with them in any way ?? Here's a good example: in Russia, in the vicinity of Nizhny Tagil in the early 1990s, a logging team chopped trees in order to pass the time they thought up counting annual rings on sawn trees. The man noticed that all the trees periodically show some kind of bad rings and they are uneven and their color is not healthy. All the trees studied had five to six such rings going one after another. The lumberjack thought and decided to figure out in which years the tree hurt and the results shocked him, it turned out that we all had trees during the disease in 1940-1946 !! It turns out that the trees felt something terrible was happening, together with the people they suffered from the hardships of war ... http://atmwood.com.ua/wp-content/uploads/Letokruhy_buk%C5%AF_v_hornopo%C5%BE%C3%A1rsk%C3%A9m_lese_009.jpg Also an interesting way to clear a plot of forest under the fields was invented by the inhabitants of the Solomon Islands, they just gather with the whole tribe and swear at the trees. After a few days, the trees begin to die slowly but surely and eventually die. The experiments conducted by biologists give an amazing result, plants are able to see and feel the taste, smell, touch and hear, moreover, they can communicate, suffer, perceive hatred and love, understand and think in one word. Plants have their own nervous system, consciousness and feelings, that plants have memory can be easily verified using classical experience. The experiment was first conducted by biologists at the University of Vermont, France. If desired, you can easily repeat it. When a sprout appears from the ground with the first two leaves, one of them is pricked several times with a needle and after a few minutes continues to grow and develop, but its development occurs asymmetrically. All flowers and fruits develop only on one side of the plant, which has not been damaged. How did the plant remember that on the other side where the injections came from, there was danger ?? An explanation of this phenomenon from the point of view of modern physiology cannot even approximately show the mechanism of memory in plants ... https://biooekonomie.de/sites/default/files/tabakblatt.jpg Among other things, plants have a peculiar vision or a special sense of smell. It is known that steppe shrubs know where their territory and where is alien. In search of moisture, they expand their root system, it expands in width and height. But if another bush lives on the path of the bush, then the movement of their roots towards stops. They recognize each other from the surrender without touching. Plants respect the living space of a neighbor and do not encroach on its territory. The most extraordinary ability of plants is their ability to perceive feelings and thoughts and even respond to them. At the end of the 19th century, this theory was confirmed by the American breeder gardener and learned botanist Luther Burbank. Creating a new variety, he just talked with plants for a long time. For example, to create a prickly cactus variety, he repeated to the shoots many times: "you do not need thorns, you are afraid of nothing." This was his only method. You may not believe it to be considered a miracle, but the variety known before for its thorns began to grow without thorns and passed this property to the offspring. At the same time, he bred a new variety of potatoes, early plums, different types of flowers and fruit trees. Many of which bear his name to this day. http://bzon.by/pictures/product/big/8197_big.jpg In the sixties of the last century, another American scientist and polygraph examiner, Grover Cleveland "Cleve" Backster, had the crazy idea of attaching lie detector sensors to the leaves of a Philodendron flower. In the laboratory, the recorder was motionless for a long time, the flower was silent, it continued until one day, next to a plant, someone broke an egg, at the same instant, the recorder jerked and cleared the peak. The plant reacted to the death of living. Later, the laboratory staff lowered the shrimp into boiling water, the recorder reacted again in the most active way, so that to check if this was an accident, the shrimps were lowered into boiling water through a pause and each time the recorder gave a sharp peak. Also, an unmistakable, instantly, plant reacts if something happens to a person, especially if he is dear to him, cares for the plant, watered it ... The literature describes cases when, after the death of the mistress, indoor plants dried out in one night. So they reacted to the death of a woman who loved them very much and looked after them for many years ... https://i.ytimg.com/vi/HHIAmGHIBkA/maxresdefault.jpg Each plant remembers and then recognize their offenders who have harmed them. In the middle of the last century, the English biologist and writer Lyall Watson conducted an interesting experiment, one of the laboratory employees watered a geranium flower daily, looked after the soil, wiped leaves, and the other, with a negative look, caused the flower all kinds of harm, broke branches, pricked leaves with a needle, burned with fire . In the presence of a positive employee of the laboratory, the recorder always noted an even straight line, but as soon as the negative came into the room, the geranium immediately began to send sharp signals to the lie detector by itself. Of course, all this seems fantastic, but from all the same the facts that are recorded. They clearly show that plants are in no way inferior to animals, and sometimes even superior to them. Also, like animal plants have reflexes, memory, the ability to communicate, but they have special sensitivity to all this. Man is not unraveled. https://images.fineartamerica.com/images-medium-large-5/2-polygraph-needle-and-drawing-allan-swart.jpg Studies by a group of scientists from Germany and Italy showed that in case of a threat, plants can be quite cunning, emitting a certain smell to warn the surrounding plants about the threat and call for help. Once the plants felt and reacted to the presence of nearby hungry larvae feeding on leaves. The approach of danger made the experimental herbs begin to emit a smell similar to the smell of lavender, warning the surrounding plants about the appearance of a predator. Moreover, the smell of lavender caused air support from bees and wasps, the natural enemies of the larvae, and thus the attack was repelled. The fact that trees in some incomprehensible way can transmit signals to each other and receive them was confirmed by numerous experiments by English biologists. For example, in the savannah, the vegetation is located at a considerable distance from each other, and when an antelope approaches a tree or shrub to enjoy its foliage, neighboring plants immediately receive an attack signal, their leaves isolating special substances become inedible and this kind of danger signal spreads lightning fast and quite a large radius. If the antelope fails to get out of this zone, it happens that among the green trees and shrubs a whole herd of animals die of hunger ... Scientists were amazed when studies confirmed the fact that trees transmitted alarms to each other over a huge distance. It turns out that the trees in their reactions are very similar to representatives of the animal world, the main difference of which is that the trees can not move! https://i.pinimg.com/originals/14/11/1c/14111c9eb5c504287eabc0fe89707d78.jpg As we have said, people from ancient times understood that plants have consciousness and soul, there are numerous records of ancient chronicles about this, while ancient authors refer to even more ancient evidence and texts. The fact that the plant has a soul can be found in the book Secrets of Enoch. Without eyes and ears and other sensory organs customary for us, plants nevertheless have their own sensory organs, which are simply arranged somewhat differently. They see hear and communicate at the field level, communicate with each other can be said telepathically and have their own consciousness. Any tree, like us, is able to feel pain and just like we don’t want to die, they try to communicate with us in an incredibly thin, almost ethereal language and only some of us try to understand it ... Grasses, trees, insects, animals and people all this is a single large and interdependent organism, it is not so easy to understand, learning to live harmoniously in unity with nature is even more difficult, but there is no other way. We still have a lot to learn from the nature around us. https://mtdata.ru/u24/photo3A24/20137966835-0/original.jpg Let our children see this entry on the Steemit blockchain and start living consciously ... Thanks Steemit! Good to all !!! |

Погнали!!! https://natworld.info/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Prirodnoe-soobshhestvo-Les-900x500.jpg All people on earth depend on plants, it is simply impossible to imagine our planet without them, when we want to say that some place is not suitable for life, then we are talking about a scorched desert, that is, a place completely free from plants. Without eyes and ears and other sensory organs customary for us, plants nevertheless have their own sensory organs, which are simply arranged somewhat differently. | body | Hi @mind.effect It's been a while since you were active on the platform, so it seems. I was wondering if you were still here. In order to keep the Steem Power delegation, I ask for two things: * be active on the platform: publish a quality post regularly (at least once or twice a week should be doable) and engage with the community * power up your earnings instead of cashing them out. Since it has been 2 weeks since your last post and last comment, I will be retracting my delegation in a couple of days if I haven't heard from you by then. That way, the Steem Power doesn't stay unused, and I can use it to help out another newcomer. I hope you're still around. |

| title | Very simple. WEIGHT LOSS through awareness of life processes. Natural work of the stomach! Key information. |
| body | With the onset of summer, more and more of my friends and acquaintances began to ask me how to return the figure. Not in vain, the problem is relevant. The media advise us to try the most exquisite dishes, not to limit ourselves to anything and enjoy life, but no one tells us how to properly conduct food intake, which, without sleep, gives us energy after sleep. In the end, a person quickly gains extra weight, loses comfort, mobility, that lightness and grace that he had before, up to a loss of mood ... Many despair, give up and are satisfied with discomfort and illness the rest of their lives. This is very sad. If each of the overweight people realized all the advantages (good sleep, more strength after sleep, good reaction, always a positive attitude, good immunity, easier any movements, excellent sex life, flexibility of mind ... he would find in himself the power to live naturally, as our ancestors lived. But in fact, even in the saddest people there are forces to reach any heights! And these people feel this power! We need only the first steps, the first simple actions and at least a brief instruction that I am ready to give with all of my soul today to you! I will say right away that each item of this instruction has already been tested on itself and on acquaintances. After all the points are accepted by you and will be included in your every day, you will never return to your past life and will advise everyone you know to live consciously and work with your head. The difference is palpable almost instantly. Each item was added to my collection of knowledge in a few years, by reading a lot of scientific literature. In the depths of my soul, I am sure everyone would like to restore the figure, acquire the desired forms and at the same time not devote much effort to losing weight ... I will tell you this is easy! It is only necessary to live as we should live, without giving ourselves up on anything and at the same time burning that energy that we accumulate daily. Below you will list the points that violate which you contribute to the rapid weight gain:

You need to eat 3 times a day in small portions..
Restore the natural volume of the stomach to restore normal appetite.

Chew at least 30 times each spoonful of food..

Try not to use GMO at all or minimally..

Do not sit in one place for a long time.

Think more on the principle of "cause, connection" (what, why, why, why).

Give up alcohol.

Check whether the metabolism in the body is disturbed.

Eat less potatoes and sweet.

Refuse contraception.

Sleep no more than 7-8 hours.

Do not drink water or drinks after meals..

And so, all these points are quite simple and lead to one thing - to the natural work of the body. According to statistics, when friends and acquaintances began to implement these items into life, after about 1 month they already felt the result on themselves. Please note friends, such information, no media will not advertise. It is beneficial for them to impose a consumption trend on you and to convince you that only long physical exertion and the newest means for losing weight will help you, but not only you ... Below I will provide information on each item for a complete but brief understanding of the processes in the body. Of course, this information will not be enough, but still that would have arisen to you my friends, at least some understanding. You can always ask a question and write a comment to which I will definitely answer you. You need to eat 3 times a day in small portions - in Russia there is a saying: have breakfast for two, have lunch with a friend, have lunch with an opponent. These are the proportions that should be related to the amount of food we consume. Restore the natural volume of the stomach to restore normal appetite - if the stomach is stretched (large), this will lead to frequent urge to eat. In this situation, it is necessary for the stomach to understand that a lot of food is no longer included in its volume. Food should be very satisfying and at the same time less. That is, the food must be whole and natural, so that with a small amount of food the saturation effect is observed. Chewing at least 30 times each spoonful of food is a good example of this is China. The Chinese who sell pork have thought up a tricky way to grow a large pig. They still cut off the fangs of a pig at an early age, after which the animal could not chew food well enough and soon gained a large mass, after which it was sold. In other words, the better the food is prepared by the teeth before digestion, the less time will be spent on its processing, the less slag in the body. Slags are fats, taxis that enter the bloodstream during food processing. Chew longer, live longer! Trying not to use GMO at all or minimally - genetically modified foods are single foods. Which not only litters the body, but also causes many complications of various forms. Natural products bring more benefits, more satiety and at the same time in a smaller amount of the most consumed food. Natural food has a very dense molecular structure of natural origin. For a long time not to sit in one place - everything in the body is in balance and movement. Also, all minerals and fats should move in the body. If there is no circulation of the mineral medium in the body, deposits begin to form. Deposits are of different types, including fat. To think more on the principle of "cause, connection" (what, why, why, why) is a big volume topic. But the general sense is that if you think correctly, the energy will be spent more. Accordingly, more calories we use for the activity of the mind. Here are 2 brief examples: 1 A person thinks like a pattern thinking “do it because everyone does it” - such a person spends minimal energy. 2 A person thinks like “do it because it affects your health and improves immunity” - such a person spends much more energy because he knows, understands and controls the whole situation. That is, a person becomes conscious. It is awareness and responsibility that makes the brain work at the proper level. Refusing alcohol - alcohol is also a separate topic, for Russia it is a weapon with which we have been fighting for a long time. Hops and malt high-calorie foods. And alcohol is a complex sugar. Complex sugars have a high molecular weight and correspondingly large calories. Check whether the metabolism in the body is disturbed - in case of a metabolic disorder a person can quickly gain weight using non-calorie foods. Need to consult a specialist. Normalization of the balance of metabolism is carried out only by a doctor. There are fewer potatoes and sweets - in general terms, we can say this: potatoes (starch) and sweets (sugar) draw and simply take insulin from the pancreas. The less insulin in a person's body, the faster a person gains weight. Absolutely the same thing happens in people suffering from diabetes, they unfortunately always lack insulin. To refuse contraception - such drugs cause a disturbance in the hormonal system that affects the level of testosterone. Disruption of testosterone levels leads to an intense weight gain. Sleep no more than 7-8 hours - the body works according to biorhythms like a clock, regardless of your consciousness. This is quite a deep topic. Who sleeps so much; for this I will write the main reason why a person needs to devote so much time to sleep. In an average person, the average slag removal takes 5-6 hours, then deep sleep and vigor phases occur. The more a person sleeps after vigor, the more he does not spend the energy he needs to burn. Accordingly, there is an accumulation of energy. 7-8 hours and further explore this wonderful world !!! Do not drink water or drinks after eating - when we eat and food with each spoon comes to us in a small stomach, the pancreas already knows what enzymes and how much to allocate. After eating, we have an even balance of enzymes in the stomach in the amount of food. Liquid is not food, it dilutes enzymes in the stomach and digestion of food is delayed for a longer period of time than it should be. An hour later, after eating, you can consume the liquid, since coarse pieces of food become small after an hour. Please note that in advertising we often show that you need to drink after a meal. Pharmaceuticals makes advertising ..? Thank you all very much for your attention, it was very pleasant to write such a useful article for you! Be healthy!! |

| body | Hi @mind.effect Welcome to the community. :0) As you probably know by now, SteemIt has set some very unfair rules for newcomers, which limit you in the number of posts and comments that you can make. I checked your wallet, and noticed you had 15 Steem Power. The amount of Steem Power you have, determines how many Resource credits you have. (You use resource credits every time you post, comment or like something.) When you don't have a lot of Steem Power, you run out of Resource credits quite quickly, and then you can't post or comment, or even upvote a post - but I assume you already found out about that - until they have recharged. You can keep an eye on your Resource Credits here: http://steemd.com/@mind.effect At the top, you'll see this: [](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaktHRwY2AmXyEcszyPjiC3sW4MK9XXPsenTQxERUCi3G/mind.effect.jpg) Click to enlarge The blue bar is your Voting power - it decreases every time you upvote a post and recharges over time. It is recommended to keep your Voting Power above 80%, so it will recharge in 1 day. The green bar shows your Resource Credits. With every transaction you make (vote, comment, post), your Resource Credits will decrease. They will recharge, but that takes time. If you scroll down a bit, you can see exactly what you can do with the Resource Credits you have left. Last night, when I found your blog, you could only make a few more comments before you would have run out of resource Credits. I delegated some of my SP to you, so you have a little more breathing space. You can make 49 comments before you run out of RC. When you run out, you'll have to wait until it recharges before you can make another comment/post.
I don't think it is fair to limit new users like that. After all, you're new, and there is such a whole lot to discover, of which the most important thing is the awesome community we have here. But to become a part of that community, to get to know people, you should be able to comment on other people's posts and engage with people. So I'm always on the lookout for promising newcomers that could use a little help. So I delegated some of my Steem Power to you, to give you a chance to start your SteemIt adventure a little more freely - without having to run out of Resource Credits all the time. Basically that means you will have a little more Steem Power, and as a result more Resource credits. This will allow you to be more active on the platform. If you check your Steemd page (https://steemd.com/@mind.effect) now, you'll notice it says at the top you have 65 SP instead of only 15 SP, which means you can comment, reply, upvote and post a little more often. Be sure to still keep an eye on that Resource Credits bar - it will still decrease, but you'll be able to do more before it reaches zero and you're locked out. I hope this will help you to find your way on SteemIt, and to get to know all the awesome people that are hanging out here.
SteemIt has quite a steep learning curve in the beginning, but if you take it one step at a time, you'll be okay. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. you can leave a comment on one of my posts, or just tag me in any post or comment you make (@simplymike), and I will be notified and will try to help you out. I will leave the delegation in place as long as you're active on SteemIt (i.e. publish original content regularly and engage with other people by commenting on their posts and replying to their comments) or gather enough Steem Power to get around on your own. There's one other requirement: I'm looking for people who are showing that they plan to be on SteemIt long-term. So I'm asking you to power up your earnings (convert your liquid Steem and SBD into Steem Power) and not withdraw them.
--- It will also be a good idea to create a free Discord account (Discord is a chat app we Steemians use to communicate 'behind-the-scenes' of the platform. Many different communities have a server where you can chat and meet people without being limited by Resource Credits.) You can create your Discord account here: https://discordapp.com One of the communities there is called Steem Terminal. Steem Terminal is set up to help newcomers find their way around here. If you have any questions, they will be able to help you out too. Once you've created your free Discord account, click the following invitation link: https://discord.gg/XZGPGpz You will be redirected to a page that says 'thekittygirl invited you to join Steem-terminal'. Click the 'Accept Invite button' to get access to the server. Once you have clicked that button, you have access to the server and can get an answer to your questions. The people that run the server will help you to find your way around and to get started. --- I also have a post with useful tips for newcomers on my blog. This is a must-read: **[New On SteemIt? Here’s What You Need To Know!](https://mysteemworld.com/steemit-newcomers/)**. It contains links to sites and posts that will give you more information about how the Steem blockchain and SteemIt in particular works. -- You can join contests to get a bigger delegation: @thedarkhorse is running a weekly contest in which he delegates some of his Steen Power to new users. By entering, you can get your Steem Power up to 85SP, which will give you even more freedom to explore the platform. [Enter Here](https://steemit.com/contest/@thedarkhorse/round-17-free-delegations-for-4-weeks-upvotes). *Last day to enter!* @galenkp is running a contest too. [Read more here](https://steemit.com/steemit/@galenkp/need-a-helping-hand-500sp-delegation-coming-your-way). @akomoajong is hosting one too. [Read it here](https://steemit.com/giveaway/@akomoajong/steem-power-giveaway-win-up-to-100sp-for-4-weeks-10-eef1705a91c7c) Joining contests and giveaways in general is a good idea to grow your account. A lot of them pay out liquid Steem or SBD, or give away @steembasicincome shares, which will give you a small vote on all your posts.
Like I said, SteemIt might have a steep learning curve in the beginning, it is definitely worth it to push through and get to know the amazing community. I'll frop by once in a while to see how you're doing :0) |

"body": "Hi @mind.effect\n\nWelcome to the community. :0)\n\nAs you probably know by now, SteemIt has set some very unfair rules for newcomers, which limit you in the number of posts and comments that you can make.\n\nI checked your wallet, and noticed you had 15 Steem Power. The amount of Steem Power you have, determines how many Resource credits you have. (You use resource credits every time you post, comment or like something.) When you don't have a lot of Steem Power, you run out of Resource credits quite quickly, and then you can't post or comment, or even upvote a post - but I assume you already found out about that - until they have recharged.\n\nYou can keep an eye on your Resource Credits here:\n\nhttp://steemd.com/@mind.effect\n\nAt the top, you'll see this:\n\n[](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaktHRwY2AmXyEcszyPjiC3sW4MK9XXPsenTQxERUCi3G/mind.effect.jpg)\nClick to enlarge\n\nThe blue bar is your Voting power - it decreases every time you upvote a post and recharges over time. It is recommended to keep your Voting Power above 80%, so it will recharge in 1 day.\n\nThe green bar shows your Resource Credits. With every transaction you make (vote, comment, post), your Resource Credits will decrease. They will recharge, but that takes time.\n\nIf you scroll down a bit, you can see exactly what you can do with the Resource Credits you have left. Last night, when I found your blog, you could only make a few more comments before you would have run out of resource Credits. I delegated some of my SP to you, so you have a little more breathing space. You can make 49 comments before you run out of RC. When you run out, you'll have to wait until it recharges before you can make another comment/post.\n\n
\n\nI don't think it is fair to limit new users like that.
