      "body": "Should you pay exchanges listing fees to give your token a better chance of growing? Are projects launching at valuations that are too high? We looked at a sample of 103 projects that listed in 2024 on major exchanges. This is by no means a complete analysis of all projects that listed in 2024, but it is a representative sample. I want to briefly talk about the cost of listing on CEX. The biggest problem with the current number of token launches is that the price is too high. This makes it nearly impossible to have a good launch, no matter which CEX wins the initial listing. Projects with too high an initial price are paying a huge amount of money in project tokens and stablecoins for the privilege of listing crap.\nI want either the founders to stop paying fees and focus on getting more users, or the CEXs to drastically reduce their prices. There are three main ways CEXs extract money from projects:\n- They charge a direct listing fee;\n- They require a deposit that is refunded if the project is delisted;\n- They set a certain amount of marketing expenses funded by the project on the platform.\nIn general, each CEX listing team evaluates projects. The worse your project is, the higher the fee. As I always tell founders, if your project has few users, you need a CEX to dump your shit on the market. If your project has product-market fit and a healthy growing ecosystem of real users, you don’t need a CEX because your community will support the price of your token wherever it is listed.\nBinance charges up to 8% of the total token supply as a listing fee. Most other CEXs charge between $250,000 and $500,000 paid in stablecoins. Binance has come up with an ingenious strategy that requires projects to purchase BNB and deposit it. When/if the project is delisted, the BNB is returned. Binance requires up to $5,000,000 worth of BNB to be purchased and deposited. Most other CEXs require a deposit of $250,000 to $500,000 in stablecoins or CEX tokens. Binance requires projects to give away 8% of their token supply to Binance users through on-platform airdrops and other campaigns. Mid-priced CEXs require spending up to 3% of the token supply. At the very bottom, exchanges require marketing spend of $250,000 to $1 million, paid in stablecoins or project tokens. All told, listing on Binance can cost 16% of your token supply and a $5 million purchase of BNB. If Binance is not a major exchange, the project will still face almost $2 million in tokens or stablecoins. I am unhappy that the tokens' performance after launch is not enough to justify the project founders paying these fees.\nMy advice to project founders: Make sure your users/token holders get rich as your project becomes successful. If you must, only do a small private seed round so you can build a product for a very limited use case. Then list your token. Since your product is far from finding true market fit, the FDV should be very low. This signals a few things to your users. First, it’s risky, which is why they’re getting in at such a low price. You won’t screw up, and your users will stick with you because they paid a paltry price to get into the game. But they believe in you.\nSecond, it shows that you want your users to join you on your journey to wealth accumulation. This incentivizes them to tell everyone about your product or service. Because users know there’s a path for them to get rich if more people join the movement. Right now, many CEXs are under pressure due to the severe underperformance of the vast majority of their new listings, which is why they try to only accept “high quality” projects.\nHowever, it is very difficult to select only the best projects. Garbage in, garbage out. Each major CEX has its own preferred metrics that it considers to be the leading indicators of success. Generally speaking, a super young project will not meet their criteria. Oh well! There is such a thing as a decentralized exchange. On a DEX, creating a new trading market is permissionless.\nImagine that your project has raised 1 million USD and wants to offer 10% of your token supply to the market. You create a Uniswap liquidity pool of 1 million USDe against 10% of your token supply. Click a button and let the automated market maker respond to the demand for your token in the market and set a clearing price. You do not have to pay any fees to do this. Now your dedicated users can instantly buy your token and if you have a truly engaged community. The token price will skyrocket. When selling a house, the buyer transfers the necessary amount in the equivalent of cryptocurrency to the smart contract address. Then the smart contract checks for updates in the state real estate registry every day and as soon as there is a record that your house is registered to the buyer, the smart contract will transfer this amount to your account. If such a record does not appear within a month, the smart contract will return the cryptocurrency to the buyer. This is the simplest example that shows that there is a great future behind the blockchain. This technology will practically eliminate fraud and deception, both from ordinary citizens and from the authorities.\nThe transition of many government services, private companies and more to the blockchain not only provides transparency but also guarantees protection. Information in the blockchain is practically impossible to change without a trace. Существует три типа информационных систем, в которых хранится, обрабатывается и передается информация: централизованные, децентрализованные и распределенные. Серверы, провайдеры, компьютеры – это централизованные системы. Они имеют единую точку отказа и поэтому уязвимы для внешнего воздействия. Отключив сервер, можно прекратить работу правительственного учреждения, банка, биржи, коммерческой структуры и таким образом полностью парализовать их работу. Что регулярно и происходит, как результат хакерских атак и других действий злоумышленников.\n \nИнтернет - одна из структурных основ современного общества. Он был разработана в 70-х годах прошлого века в недрах Министерства обороны США для обеспечения устойчивого, бесперебойного управления войсками как децентрализованная система передачи данных. В настоящее время практически 100% всех информационных потоков проходят через всемирную сеть. \n\nОднако в Интернете компьютеры, смартфоны и другие устройства подключены к централизованным узлам. Это серверы, интернет-провайдеры или суперкомпьютеры. Узел, в свою очередь, подключается к другим узлам таким образом, что все подключенные устройства могут взаимодействовать между собой через установленное соединение и через несколько промежуточных узлов. \n \nБесперебойность Интернета в целом обеспечивается альтернативностью каналов передачи информации. Благодаря децентрализации механизмов передачи информации весь интернет отключить невозможно. В этом отношении он неуязвим и работает бесперебойно. Можно лишь отключить отдельные централизованные информационные узлы. \n\nИ третий тип информационных систем – распределенный. Технология блокчейн фннкционирует по данной модели. Блокчейн – oткрытый цифровой реестр транзакций, которые хранятся в сети компьютеров, а не в одном месте, и не имеет единого субъекта, контролирующего всю сеть. Это технология, которая меняет способ производства, хранения и передачи данных.  В нем нет центрального узла, где генерируются данные.  Информация о всех транзакциях хранится на тысячах компьютеров. \n\nВ чём же тут революционность?  Известно, что тот, кто обладает контролем над основными информационными узлами, контролирует всю сеть интернет. А тот, кто контролирует интернет, контролирует весь мир. Отдельные люди, организации или страны могут контролировать определенные информационные узлы, чтобы ввести цензуру в целой стране или регионе. Контроль над информационными узлами позволяет извлекать данные без ведома их владельцев, манипулировать ими и даже использовать для массового распространения информации. Власть в мире всегда находилась в руках небольшого числа привилегированных лиц. И архитектура интернета это всего лишь отражение этого факта. \n\nОднако сеть, построенная по технологии блокчейн, меняет наше представление о доверии. Блокчейн принёс нам надежный обмен данными в цифровом мире. До сих пор мы вынуждены были доверять властям, государственным учреждениям или таким финансовым структурам, как банки, биржи, инвестиционные компании, которые поручались за это доверие своей репутацией. Но, все мы знаем, что такое злоупотребление доверием в виде безосновательной блокировки денежных средств на счетах, не говоря уже о банкротствах структур, которым мы доверяем свои финансы. Мало кто не сталкивался с потерей денег, как результат такого доверия.\n\nНо благодаря технологии блокчейн, доверие становится частью самой системы. В традиционной интернет-модели все компьютеры подключаются к узлам, которые централизуют и перераспределяют информацию, формируя поток. В блокчейне структура хранения и распределения данных совершенно иная. Благодаря таким технологическим разработкам, как криптография и усиленное сжатие данных, всю информацию в сети блокчейн хранят компьютеры пользователей. А компьютеры соединены между собой через Интернет. Система работает без центральных узлов, поскольку все подключенные устройства сами по себе являются такими узлами. \n\nПринимая во внимание, что блокчейн функционирует без центральных узлов, наложить запрет на сеть блокчейн или частично приостановить действие каких-либо её функций невозможно. Конечно, такого уровня защиты можно достичь тогда, когда сеть вырастает до определенного уровня зрелости, обладает высокой степенью приятия в обществе, иными словами, становится общественным достоянием.  В этом смысле однажды созданную сеть блокчейн, достаточно широко принятую в обществе с большим числом подключенных к ней компьютеров, уже практически невозможно разрушить, либо отключить.\n\nЧто такое «блок» и почему «чейн»? Название легко объяснить, если понять, как функционирует распределенная сеть. Как достигается определенный порядок в сети без центрального управления, без централизованного контроля за узлами? Каждый компьютер или устройство, которое присоединяется к сети блокчейн, получает файл со всей информацией, когда-либо созданной в этой цепи блокчейн, и придерживается простого набора правил, известных как протокол. \n\nОсновное правило гласит, что через определенный промежуток время вся информация в сети будет упакована, сжата и криптографирована. Эта упакованная информация формирует так называемый \"блок\", за которым следует другой связанным с ним блок. Эти блоки образуют цепочку (по-англ. chain - \"чейн\") блоков, то есть \"блокчейн\". Завершённые блоки остаются доступны для обращения, то есть информацию, которая в них хранится, можно прочитать. Однако эта информация уже никогда не может быть удалена или изменена. Блокчейн обеспечивает достоверность и неизменность хранящейся в нем информации.\n\nКакие области применения существуют для технологии блокчейн?  Они практически безграничны. Вот лишь некоторые их них: финансовые услуги, системы голосования и проведения референдумов, нотариальное заверение и сертификация документов, отслеживание качества продуктов питания и товаров, управление проектами и цепочкой поставок, урегулирование споров, токениз+ация активов, прав собственности и многое другое.\n\nПервым проектом, созданным по технологии блокчейн, стала пиринговая (то есть, без посредников) система электронных денег Bitcoin. Криптовалютную отрасль заполонили спекулятивные и скам проекты, технологическое развитие мало кого интересует, особенно в конкурентной для государств сфере децентрализованных финансов (DeFi). \nБолее того, с этим направлением инновационного развития власти ведут активную борьбу. Им крайне невыгодно разрушение финансовой монополии.       "body": "В начале 2018 года началась реализация проекта EVRAZ, направленного на создание системы платежей на блокчейн платформе и децентрализованной бирже BitShares. Был эмитирован актив и началась разработка приложения для мобильных телефонов. На первом этапе основные усилия были направлены на разработку удобного для пользователей инструмента отправки криптовалюты. В августе того же года первый рабочий вариант приложения был выставлен для скачивания на Google Play, а работы по доведению его до приемлемого уровня были продолжены. Все это время созданный для проекта актив находился в пассивном режиме и поддерживался небольшими объемами торгов.\n\nЗа год приложение скачали порядка 14 тысяч человек при относительном небольшом количестве замечаний со стороны пользователей, которые в рабочем порядке устранялись. Учитывая снижение затрат на разработку кошелька, в сентябре 2019 года было принято решение начать добавлять средства для поддержки актива и увеличения объемов торгов на бирже. К концу сентября этого года мы увидели результат. Несмотря на падающий рынок криптовалют, за месяц ЕВРАЗ вырос в цене по отношению к доллару на 12%, к биткоину на 42 %.\n\nНа сегодня у нас более 2000 держателей актива, и мы продолжаем привлечение инвестиций. Наши маркет-мейкеры, по самым скромным оценкам, способны обеспечить рост актива в среднем не менее чем на 10% в месяц и за год как минимум вдвое увеличить стоимость актива.
