bodyDuring this crazy bear market, there's been a lot of talk about what will be the catalyst that will cause the next bull run. In my opinion the next bull run could come from dapps, actual working and useful dapps. Which I'm seeing being built on EOS, but the problem is there's few dapps that are mobile compatible with an downloadable app for both Android and Apple users. The next bull run will come but we need to use this bear market to build more dapps that will run on mobile instead of making more pump and dump currencies.

body![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTpoPwB4zaTuV94BctBGudKGaNzScCp8Xqmr11KYs7kRb/image.png) You know what one of the biggest problems in society is? People are so ignorant. Hardly anybody is willing to learn. They get set in their beliefs and that’s the end of it. Other people’s ignorance will affect you more than anything else. It’ll impact you more than the economy, or your race, or whose president. Having to deal with stupid and ignorant is going to be one of the most difficult challenges you’ll face in life. You gotta be able to read people, so you can immediately tell who the ignorant people are. You gotta be tough because there are so many ignorant and stupid people that will try to bring you down. You gotta have a strong will and be mentally tough to be successful. Stay Strong

body![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmUgZJZgFGgkxjstBKc8xAwxX64852anazCVV75azauBEQ/image.png) 🚨Want to know how to get rid of body fat WITHOUT getting Liposuction like Kanye West?🚨 When it comes to shredding the fat off “Dat Azz”, burning more calories than you consume is the most important part🔥 I have a simple trick that will help you accomplish that a little easer. 💧DRINK MORE WATER💧 Water will HELP you do it in a few important ways: ✅ Drinking water increases the amount of calories you burn, which is known as “resting energy expenditure” ✅A study of overweight women increased their water intake to over 1 liter per day. They found that these chicks lost 4.4 lbs WITHOUT any doing any additional dieting or working out Right now, someone is thinking of typing “that’s Bro Science”. Look a**hole, you don’t know sh*t about being a “Bro” or “Science”! So shut your f*cking loser mouth and read the studies ✅ A bunch of other studies have monitored overweight people who drank 1-1.5 liters of water daily for a few weeks. The studies found a significant reduction in body fat. So, How much water should you drink?🤔 💧I drink 2 gallons a day💧 Every time I say that, Someone says “no way I could drink that much” 🙀 Well, look at it this way When an Elephant gives birth, the babies weight 220 lbs on average. body![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmZjVW6aHAuYwvokYgpA1wsFGRNZdo55x7EMn1PWHg2ZPM/image.png) Value for value. It's funny, so many people like on Instagram will comment and be like, "Dude, I want you to just post this motivational thing all the time." Sometimes I use Instagram just to share with my friends what I'm doing. I don't always want to add value, I don't always have to post the inspirational meme, I don't always have to add a YouTube video that's for somebody and I want to comment back, I never do. I want to be like well, what are you doing for me? Like you're on my Instagram. What have you done for me? I'm not on yours. Those are the type of people that are takers and the other scientific term for that is WTR, Welfare Trade-off Ratios. They want to take from my welfare but add no value back to my welfare. Dr. David Buss told me, "Watch people who have a skewed WTR ratio." It's bad. He said, "You almost always end up regretting knowing them and spending time with them." Smoke them out is what I call it. Do stuff that kind of smokes out the haters, then you know that they're people that don't add value, and they just want to take. Let’s say you throw something out and they say, "Hey, I don't think you should do that because x, y, z." They give you a nice logical reply, that's constructive, that's like look, we're all going to the same place together, we're trying to improve incrementally. They say, “I don't see this getting you what you want, so why don't you tweak it?” They might be rough, they might be rude, but who cares? They're still offering value so don't cut them off because sometimes you see people cutting off people that are offering value just because they're a little rude and abrupt. Sometimes abrupt works, sometimes we all need abrupt. Who's somebody in your life that you realize you need to phase them on out or maybe you need to offer a little more value to them, see if they reciprocate back? If they don't, than you know what to do. Stay Strong

body![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmNMAU9ZHCD5MVcKcWzBTM5SL7ogoNw24icwjm5Qtm5UUp/image.png) First rule of life, cut everyone out of your life who isn't either: A. Encouraging you Or B. Offering constructive criticism But there's one catch to this, you have to be sure you're adding value back or else it's not fair to judge others and cut them out, right? You’ve got to practice what you preach but this rule is so powerful that nobody applies it. You're going to find a lot of people in your life called, "free riders", that's the economics term for it, and they want something but they give nothing. They want value from you but they don't offer any value first. Encouragement or constructive criticism are the two most powerful forms of value anybody can add to a person's social life, right? Follow this rule. If somebody's annoying, it doesn't mean you should cut them off because they might be offering constructive criticism into your life. It might be painful but it might be helpful. At the end of the day, it's value for value. They call this reciprocal altruism. It’s the scientific term for it and you always want to be in reciprocal win/win type situations. Ask yourself about the closest people to you. Are they offering one of those two on a continual basis? Also, what are you offering? You might need to offer it first. I often say before I want to cut somebody off, let me try to offer value and see if they reciprocate because maybe they're not offering constructive criticism or encouragement because I'm not doing it first. The chicken or the egg, right? What comes first? Them encouraging you or you encouraging them? You can only control yourself, so you must take action on yourself and next thing you know about half the people you come across will reciprocate and half the people show you their true colors AKA they don't want to offer value. Sometimes you can cut them off immediately. If they're family members or bosses or somebody you're dating… hopefully you're not married to them, you can slowly phase them out. It doesn't always have to be abrupt but you can move toward that goal. That's the best social advice I've ever followed for myself.

body![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmaLZLdyChcfAhviUQscivQYae6KsWcPNjXTcBeVZRTBgr/image.png) Do you know what sets successful entrepreneurs from people caught in the rat race? When problems and adversity come up in an entrepreneurs life, they embrace the challenge. So many people today are too lazy. As soon as things start to get difficult, they get scared and give up. I wanna talk about what I call embracing what is difficult. About six months ago I was having dinner with my buddy Alex. Alex is a highly successful entrepreneur, over the last five years, he built a company that's doing $300 million dollars in sales from scratch. I was telling him a new idea I had for a business, and I said, "Aw, I don't know if I should do it. It's pretty hard." He looked at me, and he's like, "Tai, no, you wanna do it if it's hard. You only make money doing stuff that's hard." It reminded me of what Elon Musk once said "You get paid in direct proportion to the difficulty of the problems you solve." Now, he's one of the only people ever to start three companies worth a billion dollars, so pretty sure he knows the payoff of fixing big problems. Think about it like this. If you solve a hard problem, you get a chance to make a lot of money. If you solve an easy problem, you probably won't get much money. If you work at McDonald's, how difficult of a problem are you solving? You're just handing somebody a hamburger and taking $5 from them. It’s not a very difficult thing to do, and therefore, you're not gonna make a lot of money. Now, if you are like Elon Musk and you start a company called SpaceX, and you figure out how to build spaceships and put people into space, well guess what. You're probably gonna be a billionaire. That’s just how the world works. You can complain about it all you want. I'm not here to say what's fair. It's probably not fair. But I will tell you this: it's predictable. That’s the way the world works. So I highly recommend you embrace what's difficult in every area of your life. Daniel Kahneman, the Nobel Prize Laureate Psychologist, says there are two kinds of happiness that we have. One's momentary, moment by moment happiness, and the second is memory happiness. He says Hollywood pushes the idea of moment by moment happiness. You try to be happy every moment of the day. But he says that's the weaker form of happiness. There's another form, memory happiness. Memory happiness is what we remember achieving in our life. There's three paths to happiness. There's the momentary path, there's the authentic one, and what he calls “the meaningful life”, and the better ones, which are the highest levels of happiness that we can achieve in our life are when we are using our strengths and being pushed and challenged every day. So you gotta embrace the hard in your life. Let's talk about some specific areas. When it comes to the four areas in life that I focus on, health, wealth, love, and higher purpose, I like to use Arnold Schwarzenegger as a role model, because he has achieved them all. He’s got one of the greatest physiques of any man probably ever, and what was his key? He learned that no pain, no gain. He learned to embrace what was difficult. He was lucky to have an amazing mom and dad when he was a little kid. At five years old, before he could get breakfast, his dad would say, "Give me three push-ups." It was hard for Arnold. He was this little guy. But then he'd get breakfast, and what was his dad doing? His dad was slowly rewiring Arnold's brain to associate challenging, difficult, pain with rewards of food, and that brain was getting rewired every year. Guess what happened? By the time Arnold Schwarzenegger was 18, he became one of the fittest guys in the world. He would say "When I'm lifting weights and it's burning and it's hurting to push," he's like, "that's like an orgasm. It's even better than an orgasm for me." Just think how profound that is. He had rewired his brain to make pain pleasurable. If you can embrace challenge and associate it with success, the world is yours. Think about all the great things that you could have in your life right now if you had learned that philosophy. It’s like Tony Robbins says, "You wanna generate the ability to change? Contemplate all the losses that you've had 'cause you gave up too early, and all the things you gave up on." Go out there and find a challenge. Start with your health. Let’s say you’re in good shape already, so you wanna make more money? Go learn a skill that you've been putting off because it's difficult. You wanna earn more money? Be happier? Go read a book every three days. I know it's hard. And if you want to give up that’s fine, but I don’t wanna hear you whining about not getting what you want. If you wanna be happy and succeed in your life, challenge yourself everyday. Learn something new, or give up a bad habit, and stick to it. Self discipline is a great challenge, and will always be beneficial. You get what you deserve, and the greater the challenge, the greater the pay off. Find some new way to challenge yourself everyday. It doesn’t have to be huge, you can start small, but you gotta stick to it. Stay Strong

But he says that's the weaker form of happiness.\n\nThere's another form, memory happiness. Memory happiness is what we remember achieving in our life. There's three paths to happiness. There's the momentary path, there's the authentic one, and what he calls “the meaningful life”, and the better ones, which are the highest levels of happiness that we can achieve in our life are when we are using our strengths and being pushed and challenged every day.\n\nSo you gotta embrace the hard in your life. Let's talk about some specific areas. When it comes to the four areas in life that I focus on, health, wealth, love, and higher purpose, I like to use Arnold Schwarzenegger as a role model, because he has achieved them all.\n\nHe’s got one of the greatest physiques of any man probably ever, and what was his key? He learned that no pain, no gain. He learned to embrace what was difficult. He was lucky to have an amazing mom and dad when he was a little kid. At five years old, before he could get breakfast, his dad would say, \"Give me three push-ups.\" It was hard for Arnold. He was this little guy. But then he'd get breakfast, and what was his dad doing? His dad was slowly rewiring Arnold's brain to associate challenging, difficult, pain with rewards of food, and that brain was getting rewired every year.\n\nGuess what happened?\n\nBy the time Arnold Schwarzenegger was 18, he became one of the fittest guys in the world. He would say \"When I'm lifting weights and it's burning and it's hurting to push,\" he's like, \"that's like an orgasm. It's even better than an orgasm for me.\" Just think how profound that is. He had rewired his brain to make pain pleasurable.\n\nIf you can embrace challenge and associate it with success, the world is yours.\n\nThink about all the great things that you could have in your life right now if you had learned that philosophy. It’s like Tony Robbins says, \"You wanna generate the ability to change? Contemplate all the losses that you've had 'cause you gave up too early, and all the things you gave up on.\"\n\nGo out there and find a challenge. Start with your health. Let’s say you’re in good shape already, so you wanna make more money? Go learn a skill that you've been putting off because it's difficult. You wanna earn more money? Be happier? Go read a book every three days.\n\nI know it's hard. And if you want to give up that’s fine, but I don’t wanna hear you whining about not getting what you want.\n\nIf you wanna be happy and succeed in your life, challenge yourself everyday. Learn something new, or give up a bad habit, and stick to it. Self discipline is a great challenge, and will always be beneficial.\n\nYou get what you deserve, and the greater the challenge, the greater the pay off.\n\nFind some new way to challenge yourself everyday. It doesn’t have to be huge, you can start small, but you gotta stick to it.\n\nStay Strong",

body![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmdaPLLzEbcnYzNx1gTLWWCuckN3V1Zkzxk2Ac54Ebd25m/image.png) As with nearly everything in life, the starting part can be the most intimidating. Filing your taxes, starting a retirement plan, having "the talk" with your adolescent children? All daunting to contemplate and easy to put off. And, by the way, that garage isn't going to clear itself out. Fortunately, starting the ketogenic diet is much easier even though it may have a much greater impact on your life than just about anything else you've done. So, how to start? Simple. The next time you eat something, leave off the carbs. That's it. No special foods are required. No need to order supplements or tonics, pills or potions. There aren't any shakes or oils or fancy devices that will help your body do what it was designed to do in the first place, namely, burn fat for fuel. (There are some tools that can help, but they aren't necessary for success) You probably already have the food you should eat in your house. You also very probably have food you shouldn't eat there as well and ridding your pantry, cabinets and fridge of those items may take some mental effort. But you can do it. Look at this 2 page list and if it's not on page 1, don't eat it. Period. Again, starting is as straight-forward as making sure your next meal or mouthful doesn't have carbs. Eat the hamburger, just don't eat the bun or fries. Enjoy your chuck roast but leave out the potatoes. Breakfast at your local diner? Sure! Eggs, sausage, bacon are all fine. Toast, biscuits and hash browns aren't. You needn't wait for next Monday to start, or next month. Tomorrow morning could find you having already made the change if you just start with the next time you eat today. Right now. There's truly no reason to wait. And for some of us, no time to waste. You want your carbohydrate intake to be 20g/day or fewer. And, following the food list noted above, that means that essentially all your carbs will come from vegetables, roughly 1 cup a day of non-starchy veggies and about 2 cups a day of leafy greens. Those are maximum amounts. There are no minimum amount of veggies, which may come as a relief to some. So there you are. How to start? By starting. It's what you don't do that's key here. Don't eat carbs. No bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit. But you'll love the foods that are included. You may even find you feel like you're getting away with something, enjoying eating again after years of avoiding luscious meats, chicken with the skin, butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese omelettes and, my particular favorite, ribeye with a nice band of fat. Go ahead. Don't wait. You've deprived yourself long enough.

body![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcuyfFMSQru2qphupfKXMtnF12s41hehhBJcwsppSeGru/image.png) There's a popular TV show called W.W.E. which stands for World Wrestling Entertainment. If you haven’t seen it before, don’t worry. The show is horrible. But I want to bring it up because out of all the wrestlers on the show came someone most of us know. Yes. You guessed it. W.W.E. is where Dwayne Johnson A.K.A. The Rock first got famous. Now the reason I have so much respect for The Rock is NOT because he was a famous wrestler. The reason I respect him is after 2 decade in the limelight, The Rock is STILL one of the top entertainers in Hollywood today. In fact, his latest movie Rampage just pulled in $283 million dollars in the first weekend. And none of this happened by accident. The Rock built his own success every step of the way. So in a lot of ways, I’m like The Rock. You may not know this, but I’ve been famous in the internet marketing space for over 15+ years now. Today, almost everyone else who was famous in the same time as me are gone. I am one of the ONLY people left standing - and not only am I still standing, my personal brand and fame is growing faster than ever. Now the reason I want to share this with you is to give you hope. Because nowadays, when you look online, it is so easy to think everyone on Facebook or Instagram is "successful" and you’re not. But just remember. The people you see online may have good lives now. But in 10 years? Guess how many of them will still be around? If they’re lucky, maybe a handful of them. And in 15-20 years? Mark my words. But almost every single one of them will be gone. So don’t get caught up in the hype. If you want a good life, focus on long-term success by working on your skillset. Don’t get be short-sighted like everyone else. Don’t get caught up in the latest business opportunity of the month.
