Desde mi experiencia pienso que la tristeza es un estado de ánimo que momifica, aísla, amarga, produce temor, angustia, llanto, pierdes la fe, entre otros… En ocasiones quieres desaparecer, correr, correr, ir donde nadie te conozca, que nadie te mire, ni te hablen.
