Syarat Untuk menjadi ketua umum hmi cabang blangpidie harus mengumpulkan suara sebanyak mungkin di setiap masing-masing komisariat dan sehat jasmani dan rohani.\n komisariat Akademi komunitas negeri (AKN) aceh barat daya menyampaikan bahwa \" konfercab ke-III adalah konferensi perdana yang di rasakan oleh komisariat AKN dan baru menjadi komisariat penuh .
