Los Azules Rusos tiene una esperanza de vida de alrededor de 10 a 20 años, pero algunos incluso han vivido hasta un máximo de 25 años y tienen pocos problemas de salud, ya que tienden a tener poco o ningún problema genético y no son propensos a las enfermedades.
