      "body": "Hola gente de steemit! Hoy me propuse a redactar sobre los miedos!\n\nUno de los sentimientos mas recurrentes que solemos tener las personas es el miedo. Forma parte de nosotros de forma continua, ya sea por eventos que van a pasar en un futuro, como nos miraran, etc. Pero..por que perdemos tiempo y creamos el miedo? \n\nEl miedo lo es TODO. En parte, esta bien y bueno tener miedo a ciertas cosas, eso demuestra precaución PERO un miedo no debe paralizarnos para realizar algo, solo tiene que ser eso, una pausa para pensar.\nSi se ponen a pensar, las mejores cosas están del otro lado del miedo! Quien no ha tenido miedo de preguntar algo por no quedar como un tonto? Sin embargo al no preguntar seguimos en la ignorancia. Cuantas veces no invitaste a esa chic@ a salir por miedo al rechazo? Es tonto verdad? Mira si decía que SI.\n\nUna buena practica y aconsejo totalmente hacerlo es enfrentarse a ese miedo diario! Para empezar podemos iniciar por pequeñeces diarias como para sacarnos la vergüenza del enfrentamiento y así lograr nuestro máximo objetivo que es no tenerle miedo a las cosas. Como? Es algo que yo empece a hacer hace unos años cuando deje todo lo seguro que te daba un trabajo estable para largarme a un emprendimiento propio y se basa en todos los días tomar al menos una pequeña decisión sobre algo que nos de miedo. Cuesta, lo sé.\n\nEl miedo siempre aparece antes de realizar algo hermoso. Cuantas personas tienen miedo a volar, crecer, emprender, enamorarse, ser independiente, decir las cosas, etc? Leyeron algo malo en todo esto? No, verdad? Es porque no hay nada malo, solo miedos que no nos dejan hacerlo. \n\nLa mente muchas veces nos juega una mala pasada porque muchos pensamos en que pensaran los demás? Pero, si le empezamos a restar importancia? Los desafió a mañana a salir a la calle con ropa que no combine, zapatillas distintas y despeinad@s. La mayoría pensara que estas loco y en este momento estarás rompiendo la barrera del ridículo y del miedo al que dirán. Los desafío a mañana invitar a esa persona a salir, que como mucho tendremos un rechazo pero no tendremos mas esa duda del que nos dirá.\n\nPor que nos asustamos antes de que pasen las cosas si ni siquiera las hemos hecho? No tiene sentido no?? Las mejores cosas se encuentran del otro lado del miedo. Desafiemoslo.",

      "body": "Hace un tiempo había leído este articulo y me parece super interesante. Muchas veces gran parte de la sociedad (me incluyo) miramos para otro lado cuando se trata de ayudar y otras veces cuando ayudamos, nos preguntamos realmente sirve lo que estamos haciendo? Y creo que ahí siempre salta la frase de Confucio: Dale un pescado a un hombre y comerá un día, enséñale a pescar y comerá siempre.\nCuando ayudamos a una persona, con suerte la estamos ayudando a pasar un día mas de su vida, pero no le solucionamos mas que algo momentáneo para quizás satisfacer nuestro ser por la obra de bien hecha.\n\nA continuación el texto que había leído que me gustó y comparto con ustedes:\n\nEl Premio Nobel en Economía, Angus Deaton, es uno de los que más fuertemente critica la ayuda al desarrollo. Nació en 1945 en Edimburgh y desde 1983 fue profesor en la Princeton University. Durante un tiempo ha trabajado en el Banco Mundial, donde en cierto momento se analizaron los resultados de las ayudas al desarrollo: los datos demuestran una situación de fracaso total.\n\n\nDeaton nos dice que es imposible ayudar a un país desde fuera, porque las mejoras tienen que venir desde dentro, como resultado de una cooperación entre el Gobierno y el pueblo, si pena de que la lluvia de dinero desde fuera paralice las propias potencialidades de desarrollo. Este mecanismo se produce siempre cuando la ayuda externa supone la mayor parte del presupuesto del Estado. Pero este proceso tiene como condición previa la formación humana según una alta escala de valores.\n\nAdemás, el riego de dinero desde fuera anula la responsabilidad, tanto del Estado que presta la ayuda como del que la recibe, por la sencilla razón de que la información sobre estos procesos es muy parca. En Europa, el crecimiento económico comenzó en momentos en que todavía no estaba consolidada la democracia, que no ha podido ser una condición previa para el desarrollo económico, ya que como contrato social también han funcionado en el pasado otras formas de cooperación entre el pueblo y los gobernantes. Un ejemplo en este sentido es la China –que nunca ha esperado ayuda desde fuera- y la India, con la diferencia de la primera se ha centrado sólo en la producción de bienes materiales. No así la India, cuyo desarrollo ha sido más sereno, no teniendo que matar a 30 millones de personas, como lo hizo Mao.\n\nEl colmo del daño se produce cuando la ayuda al desarrollo va a manos de dictadores como Robert Mugabe o Paul Kagame en África, porque sólo con esta ayuda han podido afianzar su poder para luego saquear sus países y matar a sus opositores. Y no se puede dispensar de responsabilidad grave a los países que han dado esa ayuda, siempre y cuando entonces hubiese sido posible saber cómo respiraban esos dictadores. Y peor todavía si esta ayuda se dio en nombre de alguna religión con pretensiones caritativas.\n\n\nEn el fondo de la cuestión es que los países emergentes tienen que lograr formar sus propias instituciones, como por ejemplo Suiza, Gran Bretaña. En este sentido, en USA hay Leyes que prohíben el que un país del extranjero ayude a la creación de ciertas instituciones en Norteamérica.\n\nEl prof. Deaton acepta la necesidad de ayuda rápida en el terreno médico, pero incluso en este caso suele faltar una planificación después del retiro de esta asistencia. Otro problema es el de la investigación médica exclusivamente en favor de los países ricos. En cuanto a la desigualdad en estos países, Deaton le parece bien que haya personas que sean capaces de montar un imperio multinacional, siempre y cuando se hubiesen empleado medios limpios. Le parece que está fuera de lugar el argumento de que cuando otros tienen mucho más que yo significa que algo está mal. Pero al mismo tiempo fustiga el nepotismo, el capitalismo monopolista, la corrupción de gobiernos y la crisis bancaria.\n\nDeaton cuenta que los miembros del Congreso de los USA –bajo la presidencia de Obama- se tomaban muchísimo tiempo recibiendo dinero de diversos grupos de interés, como por ejemplo del sector farmacéutico, para defender sus planes e intereses. En cambio, la gente de la calle no solía tener acceso a ellos o estaba muy mal representados en el Congreso, aunque hubiesen sido votados por ellos.\n\nAl final de su entrevista para la Neue Zuercher Zeitung contesta la pregunta si la desigualdad en los USA es una prueba de que ha fracaso el capitalismo. A esto dijo que en los últimos treinta anos, el número de pobres se ha reducido de dos mil millones a la mitad. Y esto gracias al capitalismo, a la globalización, a la apertura cada vez mayor de los mercados. Se trata por tanto de uno de los grandes éxitos en la historia de la humanidad, hasta tal punto que nunca se ha vivido mejor que ahora, aun cuando quedan muchos problemas. Uno de ellos es precisamente la desigualdad, que hoy se aborda al fin serenamente, no como una bandera de batalla de lucha de clases.",

I for one, always like to take the route of mythological names when it comes to codenaming any project of mine. I make sure to find a name that has similar underlying meanings/metaphor as what my project is or is trying to achieve. This gives a sense of identity that I can already connect with to the project, even before I have started my work on it.\n\nWhat is great design, but something that is simple and self explanatory in itself?\n\nI'm sure the icon designer for USB might have be inspired from a similar ideology, more or less. But why choose a trident, when you could have chosen any weapon?\n\nBecause no other weapon shows as much versatility as much as a Trident does. Be it a dagger, an arrow, a single or double edged sword. The closest that comes is a pitchfork, but it already has a negative connotation, thanks to its association with the Devil. So only the Trident remains. So you see, the versatility and universality is the key factor here.\n\nAll this might be true, or you can also consider an alternative story that the designer simply designed this, without much of a thought, and right now, here we are, pondering over its mysteries, wanting to know the meaning behind the USB logo.",
