      "body": "Yes that is possible to do but just like our core selves, we have fears that prevent those aspects of ourselves from returning. It doesn't know the state in which our core selves are in, it just assumes that it is in a better place (which is why it went there in the first place). But it would be possible without the use of a shaman to retrieve them, but would require a lot of psychotherapy probably and preparation to ensure that it will be welcomed upon return. However, this method could take years for your lost parts to be able to return. \n\nI think about it like if we were lost on earth somewhere and had no idea how to get back or even if we wanted to come back. The only way we might find our way home sometimes comes when we are called. If our lost selves receives the signal we have sent out then it is possible it may be heard and pursued, but not likely.",

      "title": "Fear is Seeking You - Learn to Seek it",
      "body": "Life lessons teach us about who we are and how we are connected to others in so many different ways. \n\nYou are the determining factor in your life. Whether you bow to fear or you use fear as a tool to ascend to your highest version, it is ultimately up to you. \n\n<center>**Fear teaches us who we are.**</center>\n\nWe all have different fears and different challenges that arise from those fears. Some fears are ingrained as far back as we can remember and some are learned throughout our life experiences.\n\nEveryone, on some level, has fear that holds him/her back. As you dig deeper into your subconscious programming, you begin to peel away layers of these fear-based constructs you have created for yourself. \n\nBehind every fear is a person that you want to be, until you stop running and peel off this mask, (that is often confused for your identity) you will remain trapped within yourself and never be able to ascend to your greatest version. \n\nFear becomes a little easier to deal with if you take a different perspective of it. Throw a little bit imagination here and a little bit of playfulness there and <em>Vuala,</em> fear becomes a bit more fun to work with. Rather than something that is hindering you in your life, it is something that continuously grants you feelings of accomplishment once you hurdle over it. \n\n<center>I like to look at fear as a giant video game.</center>\n\nIn video games you have levels that you have to beat in order to move on to the next level. As you overcome one fear, another fear, or even several fears, arise. You work through these, learn more about yourself in the process and continue to  <a href=\"https://steemit.com/shadow/@meditationmann/remove-your-masks\">#RemoveYourMasks</a>\n\nBut I caution you, these masks can remove programming that can be difficult to process. When we experience certain things in our life, we create masks for ourselves as a sense of protection. What they are really doing is keeping our mental, spiritual and emotional energy at bay by masking it with an identity that doesn’t necessarily identify with the experiences you have had.\n\nThis allows you to not get caught up in these aspects of true self and allows you to continue going through life and experiencing it. Emotions, feelings and thoughts may begin flooding your mind, bringing up things that these masks had been suppressing. Although they may appear very scary and may be very difficult to handle, if you are able to courageously face these obstacles, the reward will be invaluable to your life experience. \n\nWhat you must do is allow these things to flow in and objectively observe what they are showing you. The challenge is to objectify the situation in the present moment when it is happening. What I mean by that is not becoming your emotions, but rather honoring them and acting on the message they are delivering to you. It is essential that you do not let your thoughts and emotions control you, you must be in control of them and use them to guide you down your golden path. \n\nStep outside of the victim role and become the observer of your emotions and thoughts. This can help you understand yourself better and make it easier to navigate through life based on these understandings. \n\nLike many things in this life, fear is a guide. Just like we have spirit helpers, guardian angels, arch angels and many other spirits assisting us, fear plays a vital role in the development of our own personal transformation in the physical world.\n\n<b>When you transform any aspect of yourself, you transform yourself on all levels of your consciousness.</b>\n\n<em>For this reason we must change our relationship with fear.</em> It is often looked at as something we must fight and win a battle over. The only battle we truly have is in transmuting the fear that we feel into love. While our planet is at an energetic battle of fear versus love, we do not have to participate. Instead, what we must do is foster the acceptance of all that is, embrace the things that we are afraid of and simply allow them to show us who we are. \n\n<center>**The only “fight” that we have is to take the fear that is presented within yourself and honor it so you can delve into it with courage and ferociousness with the intention of love and unity.**</center>   \n\nOur goal is to unify, not separate because separation does not foster healing. Break free from the chains of fear by honoring it as the teacher it is, listening to it’s message(s), incorporating these into your life, and then walking the walk to show others the way to do the same in their own lives. The only way we can change the world is by first changing ourselves. \n\nOnce you learn to seek fear, you will find the answers that your soul came to Earth to learn.       "body": "I would love to hear what you would have to say sister! We all have masks that we must remove, at least for a moment so we can be able to see beyond it. But realizing that it is there is the hard part. If we share our experiences then it will encourage others to do the same. This ripple effect would spread to others and it would start a chain of everyone taking off these masks.\n\nI realized this is something that isn't very talked about. There are so many people experiencing depression and anxiety and it causes so many problems to ripple out to others. I wanted to start a movement kind of like the #MeToo movement, but with depression and other feelings that are being hidden behind our many masks.\n\nIt can definitely be frustrating to have to continuously work through things that you thought you were done with. But that is also the fun of it, because you never know what is next 😃 It's crazy how deep the programming goes though, like you said. I see so many people that act like they want to support you, but when real emotions start to come out they run. But I don't want to be like this, I want to be open and accepting of all things that people need to let out.       "body": "You are so right, ripples are EVERYTHING! Because everything we do has an impact on the future, it's like a giant game of chess because each move we make is so intricate. I agree, fear is the opposite of love for sure. So many people are kept in fear, which prevents them from becoming their greatest. \n\nI started a movement in Louisville called The Louisville Ripple and it is basically a platform for social justice. But the premise behind it is to spread awareness of what we need to do in order to make changes within our system. We hosted a few events last year for Standing Rock to create a ripple effect that will impact the entire city, before eventually spreading out and affecting the entire planet! 😃",

      "body": "Can't believe I've been so busy I missed this post for 6 days!! I upvoted 100% and resteemed even though it on day 6! lol \n\nI am definitely going to do a #RemoveYourMasks post. This is soo super crucial for everyone, myself included. I could completely relate to what you were saying about being on that path and removing masks but still each time diving deeper and finding more. I used to get frustrated as I removed on and found yet another lurking underneath.. Impatiently I'd tear it off praying that the one true being would be hiding directly below but now I'm starting to release the frustration and accept that the day I peel back that final layer will be the day I stop living. \n\nThis response is rather long lol but I wanted to highlight this part of your article :\n>As a society we are taught to suppress our emotions because it makes us look weak. We are taught that we can’t be too vulnerable around others....we think that we must carry this with us the remainder of our lives.\n\nThat entire paragraph is very profound. The emotional programming is so subliminal, so accepted and \"second-nature\" I dare say with great sadness that we don't notice we're doing it or succumbing to it. The weight of holding all the darkness inside can easily become so strenuous  that we are in constant pain - yet we CANNOT put it down.. we cannot give in for fear of looking weak but also because it has literally become part of us and our identity. \n\nWhat an awesome post and challenge for us all!",
