      "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">Hola amigos, hoy les vengo a hablar un poco sobre mi experiencia laboral en mi país, no soy político ni mucho menos un reconocido economista; sin embargo expresaré mi punto de vista de la mejor manera posible.</div><br/>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Todos los venezolanos buscan la forma de mantenerse estables en una economía donde los precios cambian muy rápidamente, donde las frases “lo compro mañana” o lo “compro más tarde” no tienen cabida ya que un producto puede duplicar su costo de un día para otro o hasta en un mismo día. Para ello muchos trabajan arduamente en horas extras los fines de semana, otros simplemente se benefician de la inestabilidad y el descontrol para vender mercancía subsidiada por el gobierno a un elevado precio. Sin embargo, en este país ya es común la frase “todo está demasiado caro” y ¡¡realmente es así!!; existe una diferencia abismal al comparar la cantidad de dinero que percibe mensualmente un venezolano común que se levanta temprano a trabajar, con el precio de los productos de primera necesidad. Actualmente el sueldo mínimo mensual es de 18000 Bs soberanos lo que hoy 13/02/2019 corresponde a 5,50 dólares, mientras que media docena de huevos cuestan 5000 Bs soberanos lo que corresponde a 1,53 dólares o un kilo de carne cuesta 10000 mil Bs soberanos lo que corresponde a 3,06 dólares para poner algunas ejemplos.<div class=\"phishy\"> (Después de que publique este post; es decir para el día de mañana o más tarde, los precios de estos productos serán mayores)</div></div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Soy ingeniero en materiales y al poco tiempo de graduarme labore durante un largo periodo como analista de materia prima e investigación y desarrollo en una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de salas de baño, y pude observar como esta compañía día tras día se iba deteriorando. Cuando inicie; la producción era muy elevada y había mucha disposición al trabajo por parte de todos los empleados, sin embargo a medida que los precios de todos los productos se incrementaban semanal y hasta diariamente; los salarios ya no alcanzaban para cubrir lo más básico ni para tener un vida decente, en mi caso recibía sueldo mínimo y un bono de 150 % mi sueldo; así que por ejemplo actualmente serian 5,50 dólares de sueldo y 8,26 dólares de bono,<div class=\"phishy\"> sin embargo recuerdo que hubo meses donde realizando la conversión el sueldo mínimo llego a ser de dos dólares mensuales</div>, en este panorama la empresa no tomaba acciones competentes para solventar la situación de sus empleados. El costo de producción aumentaba y la venta de sus productos disminuía; ya que no son artículos de primera necesidad como alimentos, papel higiénico, jabón de baño, pasta de dientes y medicinas cuyo costo es muy elevado y en muchos casos son difíciles de conseguir. La dura realidad es que la gran mayoría de las personas se encuentran en una situación de supervivencia; donde prácticamente toda la entrada de dinero se destina a alimentos y bajo estas circunstancias es imposible adquirir una pieza sanitaria. </div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">En consecuencia, una gran cantidad de empleados renunciaban diariamente para trabajar de manera informal en cualquier oficio o emigrar a otros países en busca de mejores oportunidades, por ende; mucha mano de obra calificada abandonó la empresa dejándola así cada vez con menos personal, llegando hasta el punto de que un empleado ocupaba de dos a tres cargos sin un beneficio adecuado. Como consecuencia de ello, cada día el personal (no la totalidad de ellos) trabajaba con menos dedicación, la producción disminuyó aún más y las respuestas por parte de la compañía no eran nada satisfactorias. Muchas empresas de Venezuela que aún se mantienen en funcionamiento están pasando por una situación similar y muchas otras se han ido a la quiebra o se han fugado del país.</div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"><div class=\"phishy\">Por mi parte también renuncié, sin embargo estoy seguro de que la necesidad y la incertidumbre de abandonar un trabajo en una situación de crisis como la que se vive en mi país, es la razón por la cual muchos prefieren laborar en una empresa formal a pesar de los bajos salarios. Actualmente la compañia se encuentra subsidiada por el gobierno, y para que sus empleados reciban su sueldo deben ingresar en una página gubernamental aceptando su dinero, el cual llega a sus cuentas una semana después  de confirmado (al menos en mi caso), por lo que ya se ha devaluado al momento de gastarlo.</div></div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Hablándoles un poco de la empresa, el material que se utiliza para realizar los sanitarios es una mezcla de arcillas, feldespatos y sílice (más adelante podría realizar otro post hablando de ello) que puede moldearse en diferentes formas; menciono esto porque quiero compartir algo que mis compañeros y yo elaboramos por diversión; una figura de Batman y un escudo del Capitán América  (como dije en mi introducción soy amante del cine y me encantan esas películas y el mundo de Marvel y CD).       "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">Hola amigos, hoy les vengo a hablar un poco sobre mi experiencia laboral en mi país, no soy político ni mucho menos un reconocido economista; sin embargo expresaré mi punto de vista de la mejor manera posible.</div><br/>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Todos los venezolanos buscan la forma de mantenerse estables en una economía donde los precios cambian muy rápidamente, donde las frases “lo compro mañana” o lo “compro más tarde” no tienen cabida ya que un producto puede duplicar su costo de un día para otro o hasta en un mismo día. Para ello muchos trabajan arduamente en horas extras los fines de semana, otros simplemente se benefician de la inestabilidad y el descontrol para vender mercancía subsidiada por el gobierno a un elevado precio. Sin embargo, en este país ya es común la frase “todo está demasiado caro” y ¡¡realmente es así!!; existe una diferencia abismal al comparar la cantidad de dinero que percibe mensualmente un venezolano común que se levanta temprano a trabajar, con el precio de los productos de primera necesidad. Actualmente el sueldo mínimo mensual es de 18000 Bs soberanos lo que hoy 13/02/2019 corresponde a 5,50 dólares, mientras que media docena de huevos cuestan 5000 Bs soberanos lo que corresponde a 1,53 dólares o un kilo de carne cuesta 10000 mil Bs soberanos lo que corresponde a 3,06 dólares para poner algunas ejemplos.<div class=\"phishy\"> (Después de que publique este post; es decir para el día de mañana o más tarde, los precios de estos productos serán mayores)</div></div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Soy ingeniero en materiales y al poco tiempo de graduarme labore durante un largo periodo como analista de materia prima e investigación y desarrollo en una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de salas de baño, y pude observar como esta compañía día tras día se iba deteriorando. Cuando inicie; la producción era muy elevada y había mucha disposición al trabajo por parte de todos los empleados, sin embargo a medida que los precios de todos los productos se incrementaban semanal y hasta diariamente; los salarios ya no alcanzaban para cubrir lo más básico ni para tener un vida decente, en mi caso recibía sueldo mínimo y un bono de 150 % mi sueldo; así que por ejemplo actualmente serian 5,50 dólares de sueldo y 8,26 dólares de bono,<div class=\"phishy\"> sin embargo recuerdo que hubo meses donde realizando la conversión el sueldo mínimo llego a ser de dos dólares mensuales</div>, en este panorama la empresa no tomaba acciones competentes para solventar la situación de sus empleados. El costo de producción aumentaba y la venta de sus productos disminuía; ya que no son artículos de primera necesidad como alimentos, papel higiénico, jabón de baño, pasta de dientes y medicinas cuyo costo es muy elevado y en muchos casos son difíciles de conseguir. La dura realidad es que la gran mayoría de las personas se encuentran en una situación de supervivencia; donde prácticamente toda la entrada de dinero se destina a alimentos y bajo estas circunstancias es imposible adquirir una pieza sanitaria. </div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">En consecuencia, una gran cantidad de empleados renunciaban diariamente para trabajar de manera informal en cualquier oficio o emigrar a otros países en busca de mejores oportunidades, por ende; mucha mano de obra calificada abandonó la empresa dejándola así cada vez con menos personal, llegando hasta el punto de que un empleado ocupaba de dos a tres cargos sin un beneficio adecuado. Como consecuencia de ello, cada día el personal (no la totalidad de ellos) trabajaba con menos dedicación, la producción disminuyó aún más y las respuestas por parte de la compañía no eran nada satisfactorias. Muchas empresas de Venezuela que aún se mantienen en funcionamiento están pasando por una situación similar y muchas otras se han ido a la quiebra o se han fugado del país.</div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"><div class=\"phishy\">Por mi parte también renuncié, sin embargo estoy seguro de que la necesidad y la incertidumbre de abandonar un trabajo en una situación de crisis como la que se vive en mi país, es la razón por la cual muchos prefieren laborar en una empresa formal a pesar de los bajos salarios. Actualmente la compañia se encuentra subsidiada por el gobierno, y para que sus empleados reciban su sueldo deben ingresar en una página gubernamental aceptando su dinero, el cual llega a sus cuentas una semana después  de confirmado (al menos en mi caso), por lo que ya se ha devaluado al momento de gastarlo.</div></div><br/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Hablándoles un poco de la empresa, el material que se utiliza para realizar los sanitarios es una mezcla de arcillas, feldespatos y sílice (más adelante podría realizar otro post hablando de ello) que puede moldearse en diferentes formas; menciono esto porque quiero compartir algo que mis compañeros y yo elaboramos por diversión; una figura de Batman y un escudo del Capitán América  (como dije en mi introducción soy amante del cine y me encantan esas películas y el mundo de Marvel y CD).
