Every company need to have a balance sheet of INR 20 million to operate. Need to pass transaction through escrow account. Can’t accept lenders from outside the country for now. Some Benefits about Peer to Peer companies for lenders. 1. Good interest rate of return over short period of Time, many companies will able to deliver 30% return over lending capital amount in 12 months. 2. Peer to Peer Companies gives you choice of options over types of investment for lenders to choose. 3. P2P companies gives you legal guarantee for capital investment return on completing your tenure. 4. You get good fixed rate of high interest every month. 5. It’s in early stage, P2P business is predicted to grow bigger at 200-500 % increase in next five years. As of today many common people are not much aware about P2P business in india and are yet to tape into this new type of investment options, which will surely disrupt many traditional financial investment system. My Opinion: Definitely I’ll go with P2P companies if I were to make quick high income and which are highly reliable. Many children will find every excuse, some of them quite creative, to stay up a little longer. As a parent, it is important that you get this defiance under control quickly. One reason is that getting enough sleep is extremely important, especially in the developmental stages of childhood. Also, a loose bedtime schedule can be a precedent for loose discipline later in the child's life. Here are some ways to keep this from happening to your child. The Routine Possibly the most important factor in helping your child get the sleep he or she needs is a strict and constant bedtime routine. If the routine is the same every night, and something your child enjoys, it will signal to them that it is time to wind down and make them less likely to fight it. Perhaps the most important thing for you is to keep the timing the same every night. Don't succumb to "just one more story mommy", or you'll find yourself spending way too long putting them to bed each night. Decide how long you would like to spend, time it out and don't vary from it. As far as sleep goes, most toddlers need 10-13 hours of it each day. The thing you have to figure out is how these hours will be spread out. Some toddlers need two naps a day and still sleep soundly at night. Others can't sleep at night if they take a nap during the day at all. For these children, experts recommend quiet time during the day, such as reading or story time, so that your toddler still gets rest. The Crib/Bed Conundrum If your toddler is still in a crib, you may be wondering when the time is to move them to a bed. One sure sign that it is time is when they start trying tirelessly to climb out of the crib. If this is the case, make sure there is nothing in the crib that could aid them. This can be curtains to grab, stuffed animals to stand on and crib bumpers to use as steps. Once this effort is being made though, it is safest to move them to a real bed. It will be very difficult to keep them in it at first, but you will know that they won't hurt themselves trying to climb out of it like they would in a crib. |

The effects of prolonged stress on the human body can be devastating to our health resulting in migraines, muscle aches, insomnia, digestive problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, weight gain, asthma, and heart disease along with a wide range of other health problems. Learning to effectively manage stress and adding regular exercise to your routine is a valuable part of stress relief which is vital to good health. But do not worry, you do not have to make time to go to the gym or worry if your fitness level is not up for that aerobic work out, here are three of the best exercises for stress relief than can be done by just about any one at any fitness level, of course as always, before beginning any new exercise program you want to be sure that your health care provider has cleared you for exercise if you have any recent injuries or health care concerns. Tai Chi: Tai Chi is an ancient martial art form. This Chinese art has been practiced for centuries and is a perfect exercise for stress relief. Tai Chi uses very fluid and graceful movements that are slow and precise, focusing the mind and strengthening the body. It can be done just about anywhere by people of all ages and is fairly simple to learn. People who practice Tai Chi experience a better sense of balance, over all improvement in health, sleep better, and feel a since of clarity and improved mental focus along with the stress relief. Pilates: Pilates was originally developed as a method of rehabilitation for injured dancers and soldiers. Incorporating simple moves similar to yoga in parts, pilates stretches and lengthens your muscles, improves the strength and stability of your core (the torso), and is also very calming and soothing making it a great choice for stress relief. Stress relief is not the only benefit of pilates, you also get a longer, stronger spine, better posture, more graceful muscle tone, and stronger abs. And because a large portion of pilates can be done as a mat work out, it is great for people with special needs to consider that may make traditional exercise more difficult. Water Aerobics: If you would like something to get your heart beat going and improve your over all tone and health, along with giving you stress relief, water aerobics is another great choice. Such foods are easily metabolised and tend to be lower in calories than the average diet. Heating food above 116°F destroys enzymes in food that aid in digestion and in absorption of food, diminishing its nutritional value. Benefits of Raw Food Diet. A diet of at least 75% raw food offers numerous health benefits, such as increased energy, improved skin appearance, better digestion, weight loss and reduced risk of serious illnesses like heart disease, diabetes and cancer. A great juicing recipe to complement a raw food diet is carrot juice with potato, fennel and apple. Simply juice 4 medium carrots, 2 apples, 1 small potato and 1 small stalk of fennel. Fennel has been shown to reduce and control inflammation of arthritis, it evens mood fluctuation and depressive states and has the rare nutrient called manganese, plus zinc and vitamin B complex. The nutritional value of grains and seeds is impressive. They contain most of the vitamins – particularly A, B, and E. They’re also fantastic natural sources of unsaturated fatty acids and lecithin, and an excellent source of proteins. You can even use soy milk makers (such as SoyQuick) to make non-dairy drinks from different beans, rice, nuts, seeds and grains to have with breakfast. If you want something a little more substantial than soy milk you can make your tofu (or, of course, visit a good health food shop). Need to deliver a speech but feel like fainting at the thought of going in front of the class to present? Scared to attend a social gathering for no apparent reason? You might be suffering from social anxiety disorder. Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia, is a kind of mental disorder where the sufferer experiences a severe or unreasonable fear of social gatherings where there is a possibility that one may get embarrassed or ridiculed. Most of the time, these anxieties arise from an intense fear of being closely watched or scrutinized - from the simple things like the way they dress, talk or act; to important job functions like performing in front of a crowd, giving a presentation, or finishing an interview for a job application. This kind of phobia gives sufferers a feeling of being trapped or shut away from the world. They say social anxiety disorder is closely related to shyness. However social phobia differs in the sense that this disrupts normal socializing functions. It is true that everyone goes through a stage of shyness in their life, overcoming it is a different thing. When it becomes too much that it interrupts your daily life and relationships to the point where you are sick with worry, it is time to seek counsel. It is good to know the signs and symptoms of social anxiety disorder to be able to determine and treat this said condition before it worsens. People with social phobia manifest 2 basic kinds of symptoms: emotional and physical. The emotional symptoms include: an intense fear of being in situations in which you don't know people, fear of situations in which you may be judged, worrying about embarrassing or humiliating yourself, fear that others will notice that you look anxious, anxiety that disrupts your daily routine, work, school or other activities, avoiding doing things or speaking to people out of fear of embarrassment, avoiding situations where you might be the center of attention. The physical symptoms include: Blushing, profuse sweating, trembling or shaking, nausea, stomach upset, difficulty talking, shaky voice, muscle tension, confusion, palpitations, diarrhea, cold and clammy hands, and difficulty making eye contact. Basically, this phobia manifests a symptom of being overly anxious around other people. Sufferers think that other people are more confident that they are, that other people are better them. They feel uncomfortable being around people that it makes it difficult for them to eat, drink, work, asking questions, asking for dates, even going to the toilet, when other people are around. The good news is that there is a cure for this condition. For the past 20 years, a combination of talk therapy and medications has proven most helpful to limit the effects, if not cure, this mental condition. Certain anti-depressants (Paroxetine, Sertraline and Venlafaxine), anti-anxiety medications, and beta blockers are used to help Socio-phobic people to balance certain chemicals in the brain and minimize panic attacks during periods of heightened anxiety. Talk therapy teaches people with social anxiety disorder to react differently to situations that trigger their anxiety. The therapist helps the patient confront the negative feelings about social situations and the fear about being judged by others. Patients learn how their thinking patterns add to the symptoms of social anxiety disorder and how to change their thinking so the symptoms begin to lessen. To be shy is quite normal, everybody has gone through a similar phase. Getting past that stage is the difficult part. Ultimately, it ends up to building your confidence to a certain level for you to be comfortable enough to move normally.
