      "body": "![Inkedwebwxgetmsgimg (1)_LI.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTv1Lt5UhCuWcseZ1XFVtguABSgEgwffykddR2qcE9X7V/Inkedwebwxgetmsgimg%20(1)_LI.jpg)\n         有点标题党了，其实今天就想跟大家一起聊一聊这本学术名著《乌合之众》，顺带聊一下传销（应该严谨一点，说非法传销组织，因为“传销”本身没什么对错）以及现在特别火热的区块链项目，各种虚拟币满天飞，听说大妈们也都进场了。闲话少说，开整！\n         书名为《乌合之众》，这是翻译者根据语义来定义的，也算比较贴合，中国人一听乌合之众，就容易留下深刻印象。其实这本书是研究“心理群体”学的，只看封面写的“大众心理研究”以为它是研究普通消费者心理的呢，呵呵，要不要淘宝店主人手一本？\n          首先，咱们先来厘清概念。什么是群体？，聚集在一起的个人，无论他们属于什么民族、职业或性别，也不管是什么事情让他们走到了一起？就像广场上一样，遛弯的，带娃的，放风筝的？这不是群体。本书讨论的是“心理群体”，从心理学的角度来看，一千个偶然聚集在公共场所的人，没有任何明确的目标，这根本不能算是一个群体。自觉个性的消失，以及感情和思想转向一个不同的方向，这才是要变成组织化群体的首要特征，也并不一定总是需要一些人同时出现在一个地点。有时，在某种狂暴的感情----譬如因为国家大事----的影响下，成千上万孤立的个人也会获得一个心理群体的特征，在这种情况下，一个偶然事件就足以使他们闻风而动聚集在一起，从而形成一个“心理群体”。\n咱们经常有这样的群体，因为钓鱼岛反日，南海问题抵制菲律宾，还有这几天的制裁印度呀。有的有游行活动，有人群聚集，而有的只是在网上、各种自媒体上遥相呼应，这就符合了勒庞的“心理群体”的定义。这样一解释，大家应该都很清楚了。\n一个群体（心理群体，以下全部以群体相称）表现出来的最惊人的特点如下：构成这个群体的个人不管是谁，他们的生活方式、职业、性格或智力不管相同还是不同，他们变成了一个群体这个事实，便使他们获得了一种集体心理，这使他们的感情、思想和行为变得与他们单独一人时的感情、思想和行为颇为不同。若不是形成了一个群体，有些闪念或感情在个人身上根本就不会产生，或不可能变成行动。\n在集体的心理中，个人的才智被削弱了，从而他们的个性也被削弱了。异质性被同质性所吞没，无意识的品质占了上风。这样的个人会不由自主地失去自我意识，完全变成一种智力水平十分低下的生物。\n啊，都别骂我，以上激烈的词语都是勒庞的原话。甚至人类中的大部分，我估计都有这种融入到集体中去的强烈欲望，尤其在现实生活中遇到挫折或对现状不满的时候。弗洛姆在分析纳粹主义的心理学时说过这样一句话：个人为了逃避孤独无助的感觉而有这个放弃自由的心理侧向。还有个著名的心理学概念，叫“哥德斯而摩综合征”，不太清楚地请自行去百度或谷歌一下，大体意思就是受虐上瘾，你虐我千百遍，我待你像初恋。\n约束个人的道德和社会机制在狂热的群体中失去了效力，“孤立”的个人很清楚，在孤身一人时，他不能焚烧房屋或洗劫商店，即使受到这样做的诱惑，他也很容易抑制这种诱惑。但是在成为群体的一员时，他就会意识到人数赋予他的力量，这足以让他生出杀人劫掠的念头，并且会立刻屈从于这种诱惑。在群体中间，就像“傻瓜、低能儿和心怀妒忌的人”一样，在摆脱了自己卑微无能的感觉之后，会产生出一种残忍、短暂但又巨大的能量。反日货砸了同胞的车，这种事隔几年就出来一次，平时你砸呀，在群体中容易得到力量，狂热的氛围像广东的潮湿空气一样裹挟着你。\n记得上学那会，南斯拉夫大使馆的事件，学生嘛总是荷尔蒙分泌过多，乌泱泱几百人去美国大使馆去抗议，折腾了一下午，由政府部门官员规劝学生会同学，也主要是折腾累了，就晃晃荡荡三五成群的回学校了。可到了学校后，经过校内超市的时候，不知什么状况（当时我在队伍的后半段），一个同学喊了句“砸了它”，一群人就土匪似的把超市给砸了，最后学校领导出面解决，也没听说处理哪个同学，只知道，人家超市损失了好多香烟。群体无理性呀，远离群体性组织，经常独立思考。\n![u=856384630,4271606557&fm=26&gp=0.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmeReTihtHnZgBda7mSREYKggkF3kt9SPTn4GZ4KauG4cw/u%3D856384630%2C4271606557%26fm%3D26%26gp%3D0.jpg)\n反日游行成了打砸抢了\n再有一个明显的特征就是，很多明智之士也会同群体一同陷入荒谬与狂热之中，事后又惊叹于自己连常识都已忘却的愚蠢。看吧，群体的抹杀理性抹杀智慧那是与生俱来的特性。就算是一堆博学之士比如院士呀科学家呀，聚集在一起形成一个群体后，在他们的专长之外同样会表现出群体的所有特点，开始变得偏执、专横、野蛮，他们每个人所具有的观察力和批判精神马上就会消失于群体生活中。\n什么原因造成了群体的这些特征呢？\n咱都知道一句话.\"法不责众“，对，群体中的人也是这么想的。形成群体的个人会有一种感觉，拥有了一种势不可档的力量，这使他敢于发泄出自本能的欲望，而在他独自一人时，他是必须对这些欲望加以限制的。其实呀，按经济学角度来讲，都猴精着呢，平时发泄欲望，造成他人人身伤害或财产损失，他得承担呀。群体是个无名氏，“不明真相的群众”，无法律主体，因此也不必承担责任，这样，约束个人的责任感便飞到了爪哇国。\n传染的现象。在群体中，每种感情和行动都有传染性，其程度足以使个人随时准备为集体利益牺牲他的个人利益。\n易于接受暗示。最为细致的观察似乎已经证实，长时间融入群体行动的个人，不久自己就会进入一种特殊状态，它类似于被催眠的人在催眠师的操纵下进入的迷幻状态。他变成了自己脊椎神经中受催眠师随意支配的一切无意识活动的奴隶。\n好了，以上的结论就是，群体在智力上总是低于孤立的个人，但是从感情及其激起的行动这个角度来看，群体可以比个人表现得更好或更差，这全看环境如何 。一切取决于群体所接受的暗示具有什么性质。 说得的多好啊，群体的这些特性也不是没有好处，它可以比个人更容易激发行动力。但，取决于用来做什么。\n我们生活中如何避免陷入到群体的狂热中呢？那就要正三观，对各种集会群体性活动多几分戒备。\n传销，其实传销这个词本身没毛病，经济社会中传销也无处不在，尤其在网络如此发达的今天，网络搞运营拉流量搞优惠码的算不算传销这种销售手段呢，当然算，不过人家不逼着你买，也不控制人身自由。咱就专讲“非法传销”，控制人身自由，这就是触犯法律了，参照关于群体的特性，非法传销不控制人身自由就达不到封闭群体的这种效果。除了异地生存或发展以达到控制人身，不方便与家人联络外，非法传销的另外二大特点就是：一，卖没有什么用处的产品，或干脆就没产品；二，逼人买没用的东西，还不厌其烦地隔段时间就骚扰一下。\n非法传销大家都知道很喜欢群体活动这些路子了，那还有哪些公司哪些行为经常操起“心理群体”这把利剑呢？那些直销公司，比如完美、安利等，我还有一个朋友居然在做什么美乐家，需要绑定银行卡，每月自动扣款，按系统提示给你邮寄洗发水之类的生活用品，我当然一点面子没给直接拒绝。另外还有保险行业，每天早会呀，也是一种培养群体意识的手段，当然像直销及保险，在群体中待的时间有限，但”心理群体“还是存在的，群体还是会激发出很大的它所具有的特性。作为自由主义者，我完全没有歧视或非议直销或保险的意思，我尊重每个人的选择，我也同样希望在直销和保险行业就业的朋友，像我对你们的尊重一样，请尊重我的选择，我可以选择买或者不买，无比正常。\n直销、保险也会经常开会，我相信大部分人都出于面子去参加过朋友公司的这种聚会，当你了解了群体的特征后，一切都明朗起来。群体的特性是一种客观存在，有大智慧的人也已经利用这种特性改变了历史，比如拿破仑、希特勒，他们本身特别清楚如何驾驭这种群体。相信直销和保险公司，也是为了利用群体的激发行动、意识深入思考等几个特性来提升公司业绩，这无可厚非。只有了解了，然后再参与，而不是像傻瓜一样跟别人屁股后高喊口号，到头来参加过群体而不自知群体能自己带来了什么影响。\n另外，近时相当火爆的区块链投资，也有这种群体心理出现，希望大家多防备多思考，做猎获者而不是别人手里的猎物。我特别喜欢接受新事物，且去中心化（去中心化，不是没有中心，而是人人都是中心）的概念也是不错，也投了区块链产品，正因为接触了这个行业，才能发现最近苗头不对。无论这个设想是不是能给社会带来进步，都急忙忙的ICO圈钱再说，另外，在各种区块链圈里，人们都狂热了，没人冷静的独立思考，这是非常危险的信号。甚至还有所谓币圈大佬开始组织线下讲课集会之类，越来越“群体化”了。\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWJXsVVUgpT7VFxB3NMuTHGQP8XPAqCpmo9G57JYAVTy6/image.png)",
