      "body": "마음이 들떴나 들뜬 게 마음인가\n\n\n마음이 들떴나 들뜬 게 마음인가/mathew009\n\n이런 경우를 느낀 적이 몇 번은 있었으리라\n일이 손에 안 잡히고 그렇다고 안 하는 것도 아닌 그런\n그렇다.\n마음이 들뜬 것인지 들뜬 게 마음인지 분간이 안 간다.\n그냥 그렇다.\n\n그렇다 보니 늘 하던 일에서도 어이없는 실수를 한다.\n이게 더위 탓인가 아니면 세상일이 마음대로 안 되는 것에 대한 피곤함인지도 모르겠다.\n이런 걸 보면 나약한 게 바로 나라는 사람 같기도 하다.\n\n그래도 다행이라면 아침저녁으로 걷는 것은 잘한다는 것이다.\n그렇기에 자가진단을 하면 신체적으로 문제가 될 정도의 문제는 없다.\n다만 마음 저 안쪽 그 어느 곳에 뭔가 있다는 것이다.\n\n사실 그것도 막상 꺼내 놓고 보면 아무것도 아닐지 모른다.\n마치 발바닥에 작은 까지 하나가 박혔는데 빼려 하니 잘 보이지도 않고\n그렇다고 그런 걸 가지고 병원에 갈 정도는 아니기에 그냥 다니려니\n왠지 걸음걸이가 이상한 그런 거 같다.\n\n이럴 때는 방법이 없다.\n그냥 연고나 바르고 그냥 지내다 보면 굳은살이 되어 잊힌다.\n그게 아니면 바늘을 가지고 한 손으로 발바닥을 꼭 잡고 머리에 슥슥 문지른 바늘로 따갑더라도 파내는 것이다.\n\n파내기 전에 혹여라도 모르니 바늘에 후시딘을 발라서 하면 만약을 대비하는 게 좋다. 혹여라도 상처로 확대되고 썽이 나면 안 되기 때문이다.\n의심이 되는 곳은 그렇게 파내듯 하면 눈에도 잘 보이지 않을 만한 뭔가 나온다.\n\n설령 나오지 않아도 후벼 판다음에 후시딘을 발라 놓으면 대개의 경우 다 해결된다. 그런데 마음은 그게 쉽지 않다.\n그래서 기분 전환이나 마인드 컨트롤이 필요한 것인지 모르겠다.\n마음에도 작은 가시나 혹은 모기물림 같은 것이 있을 수 있다.\n그걸 잘 다스려야 한다.\n그냥 방치해 두면 시간이 약이 되어 나을 수도 있지만 오히려 별거 아닌 상처 거 커질 수도 있다.\n\n그런 거 보면 피부에 작은 상처 같은 곳 치료는 좋은 약, 연고가 많다.\n병원까지 가지 않고 약국에만 가도 많다.\n그런데 모기에 물리거나 며느리밑씻개풀 가시 같은 것이 찔리거 같은 마음은 어떻게 해야 하나 좋은지 모르겠다.\n\n그런데 살다 보면 이런 걸 느낄 때가 있다.\n지금 세상 어느 곳에도 이와 비슷한 감정을 느끼며 약간은 우울해하는 사람이 있을지도 모르겠다.\n그런 사람 있다면 기분 전환을 할 수 있게 해주고 싶다.\n그냥 작은 행동 하나로, 그러면서 나도 이런 기분에서 벗어난다며 그보다 좋은 것은 없으리라.\n\n감사합니다.\n\n2024/08/14\n천운",
