      "body": "I never signed up to be a doctor, but I wanted to be one when I was a kid. However, the older I got the more that I despised the modern medical system - profit driven, keeping people sick, weak, and dependent became the norm from some form of humble medical discipline from the renaissance era. Of all things, banking interests took over the medical industry some time between then and now, but it's obvious now that there is little interest in healing anyone if there is not a lifetime of follow up work. There is significance to that statement, whether you are religious or not. The potential each human being has to heal is nothing short of amazing! However, one thing that is often overlooked is the connection between the holy trinity. We are thee-part beings; body, mind, and soul. The body exists on various planes of reality and is the vessel of the mind and soul. Your mind is consciousness, and the soul is the expression of God in the form that is you, that is me, that is everything! Yet, there is only one soul and it is all of us. Also, God is infinite, so yes, there are infinite possibilities and versions of us in countless realities and multiverses. You are part of this, now, in this form, but you (and I) are so much more. Back to healing. Can you start to see your power now?\nAs I write this, I'm always getting ahead of myself... that is... future me is telling past me what's up. It's a channeled message from my future mind, giving his past self (me) advice. Cool right? Well, along with my guides, I have been led to vast amounts of information about the current human epidemic of Metabolic Syndrome. This is the root cause of all the various named diseases with certain identifying characteristics; we love classifying stuff in science. Auto immune diseases are actually the result of an underlying condition we will call metabolic syndrome, in which the cells can't function. Imagine your small town... if it is underfunded, there is high crime, cost of living is high, and there is little economic opportunity, that town can't really function well. Our cells are like little cities - each one (and there are trillions)! And if they're not getting enough nutrition (funding), and are infiltrated with toxins and other damage (crime), they run inefficiently and end up in a deficit, and ultimately suffer and die. \nWhen cells fail, the immune system responds and removes the dead cell as viruses and other pathogens now attack its defenseless membrane. This creates inflammation. The nervous system works very closely with the immune system, and often when the gut biome, which is the heart of the immune system cannot keep up, it recruits the nervous system to take over. This causes adrenalin to be released into the blood, which perpetuates the nervous cycle to the point of harm to the body's healthy cells and tissues; this of course in close relationship with the mind, and ultimately the spirit. \nYour body might be sick because the mind is sick, and the mind might be sick because the soul is sick. It is important to determine the level at which you are really being afflicted. If your mind is sick, you can treat the symptoms that manifest in the body, but it will never cure the disease in the mind; likewise, illness of the soul cannot be healed with body or mind. You must heal each affliction at the level at which it occurs and it will cascade down the hierarchy from Soul to mind to body. Of course each level is harder to heal than the preceding with soul being the most difficult and often taking many lifetimes. \nSo when it comes to the mystery of so-called auto-immune diseases so prevalent in our society, it is important to take a look at the whole  being instead of just the physical and even just the mental, but all three. It's like software complexity. On the body level, the programming language is high-level and often in the language we physically speak and easy to use and predict. The mind is programmed in something like C++, which is a bit more mid-level and harder to process consciously, so therefore we do not always understand how the mind really operates until carefully analyzed. The soul is programmed in an even more obscure language that we cannot even fathom without complete God-head awareness. It is very far removed from our bodily experience here on Earth. So you can see, where the affliction occurs on this scale makes all the difference. Soul sickness cascades to mental illness and finally to physical illness. Not to say, all physical and mental illnesses are caused by an illness of the soul. Illness can occur at any level and that is why it is so important to look at this first!\nBack to auto-immune disorders. This is misclassified (science loves to classify things and got a little too excited here). The only reason the immune system would respond to inflame some tissue is if there are dead or malignant cells, or foreign toxins present. Remember the wise words of Dr. Max Gerson that I shall paraphrase: all disease is the result of toxicity and deficiency. Modern science is finally starting to come around to this notion, damn near 80 years later! We're talking about our cells and their relationship to our micro-biome. \nYou see, you are not just your body. You would not be you if not for trillions of bacteria in your gut. It takes a village and yours lives in your gut. Micro-organisms are the foundation of these beautiful biological machines with which we live these earthly experiences! It is designed with perfect balance in mind. When balanced, the body lives in a state of healthy symbiosis. When out of balance, metabolic syndrome develops. That's when your cells cannot move things in and out, just a thriving city needs to. It's all about exchange of nutrients. It's like if the trash trucks all break down in your town... trash can't be removed and it overwhelms the town and everything inside dies and in this way the cell dies. \nThis is marked by a common factor - insulin resistance. This is the one thing almost everyone suffering from an auto-immune disorder has in common. It's quite an epidemic really in all western countries due to our lifestyle of eating poison food and poison media. But just focusing on the physical, looking into why and how insulin resistance is playing a part into how you feel. \nThe solution is to strike balance. Usually a low-carb diet is in order to offset the years of high insulin resistance. Often, cutting carbs out completely eliminates symptoms in many patients suffering from various auto-immune disorders. But, what do I know? I am just a pod-cast junkie who never became a doctor because I actually want to help people. This information was channeled/inspired. Namastè!",

If you have any human DNA, I would suggest that it is probably so. Why do we lie? Not just to other people, but to ourselves? I tell you this: it is our nature. If we were not full of shit, we would not even exist! From an early age, you lied to your parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. You lied to your brothers and sisters, and your friends and classmates. You lied at church; you lied in school. Wherever you went, you lied to serve your best interest at that given time - without even being conscious of it for the most part. It is side of the survival mechanism known as the ego and we all are born with one on this plane of existence.  \n\nWe do this because we enter this world literally knowing nothing. We have no knowledge of why we are here, who we are, who are parents are or what that even is. Our identity depends on the input we receive in those precious first five years, which often stems from other peoples' bullshit. Countless ideologies create the world we know today with countless personalities and identities. Then life happens and we create our own bullshit; how else can we deal... seriously? Yet, like all things in this dualistic world, there is a balance to this bullshit. \n\nThe truth is... you don't want to know. OK... fine I'll tell you but you probably won't like it and may not understand it, but here goes... You are not really here reading this. I am not writing this. This is _all_ bullshit. Nothing really exists. The biggest of all self deceptions is to think that you are alive. Yet, here you are, conscious. What is this? That begs many deeper questions? What is existence? How come existence? To be alive is to be deceived. You are tricking yourself that you are separate from God. What is God? Your entire life is one giant bullshit story! Beyond this there is only love and consciousness. That is what makes up the bits of reality. There is no way to really describe it; you can only be it; experience it. You can become conscious of this truth, but to experience it is to face your own death. However, you can still do this without physically dying, through mediation and other mystical states of consciousness. This is not for everyone however; simply being aware of the truth is enough to connect you in this life. Part of the point of life is to experience the brilliance of life for this state of consciousness in this density is like none other; just take a moment to appreciate the biological machine that is your human body to produce such a rich experience; notice the intelligence in everything; to be mindful of this is bliss. You see, the closer you live to the truth, the better your life will be in terms of blessings. \n\nWhen we are disconnected from the truth, we fall into a downward spiral of lies, originated both from others and our own minds and inner demons. Almost all problems we humans face in life are a result of being disconnected from the truth. When you are connected to the truth, you can feel it a well as observe its effects on your body, mind, and spirit as they are uplifting. On top of this, when you become reconnected with the truth and actually realize it in your life, your health and mood will improve. You will find that you are more amazing than you ever imagined. You will realize you are infinite! Once you become conscious of this truth, you will be able to do amazing and incredible things. Need proof? Just look up 'people are awesome' on YouTube. Each of those amazing athletes are connected and conscious of the truth and you can be as well. Namastè.",

How come existence? To be alive is to be deceived. You are tricking yourself that you are separate from God. What is God? Your entire life is one giant bullshit story! Beyond this there is only love and consciousness. That is what makes up the bits of reality.       "body": "What is it about love that is so fleeting and unpredictable? There is a method its madness and you can understand it. But I am not going to sugar coat this for you. Basically, the reason love _is_ this way is  because **you** are this way. It is you, me, and all of us who are fleeting and unpredictable. Let's break it down so you can really digest this notion.\n\n![Running Love.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXsRM7JjMwFQwFb82XwvMnyetbYFVk6p1KaLMZVMfohqe/Running%20Love.jpg)\n\n**Laugh** and the whole world laughs with you; **cry** and you cry alone. When you are in love, you cannot help but glow and that glow makes you more attractive and confident; the effects are immediate and lingering. While you are in a relationship, this glow remains because when there is good chemistry, emotional reactions ensue. Even as the relationship progresses through its various stages, this glow remains well after the fire may have left the hearts of the two lovers; heck even bad chemistry still produces some interesting results! If the relationship ends or otherwise is failing, the chemistry is no longer there and like little ions, they're looking for their next charge; but the further out into space you get, the less likely it is found. The glow remains but begins to fade after a relationship ends and one day you find yourself feeling depressed, unattractive, and not sure of yourself. This is the infamous rebound; a time of vulnerability when people that we are not normally into seem more attractive to us because of the sudden loss of this glow of love. We don't see it conspicuously because those in happy relationships are rather loud and are always are the forefront of any event, so that is what we see, yet there are more people who are utterly alone that most people realize. Statistically speaking, you are more likely to have a series of failed relationships and probably suffer the effects of a crippling divorce before finding a loving and meaningful relationship that lasts. Many just give up after a long succession of progressively worse relationships, one eventually  dismisses the whole idea as a fairy tale, and succumbs to a life of loneliness. Without love, we simply die. Love provides the necessary charge to keep on spinning. However it is less common that people are not alone and yet people live! This is because love is independent of relationships and anyone can experience and feel love at any time, although it may come in unrecognized forms.\n\nNot everyone in a relationship is actually into that person and *with* them on an intimate level. The relationship is just a front. Many monogamous relationships are without love and the glow is long gone, only to be sparked again when one of them has an affair or crush. Many people have abandoned this way of life in favor of polyamorism. What that means basically are that there are multiple partners and they are aware and consent with these types of open relationships. It is where people go when they realize their needs cannot be met by a single individual but rather a community of people and that does not mean just sex. \n\n![HeartLove.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWUy8sDcgZpw6ARZkF91A3CaNjYrNwD7PF9DqX1uYcgvc/HeartLove.jpg)\n\nThat begs the question: what makes a relationship anyway? Can you *be* with someone without any sexual contact? Doesn't really seem natural but it is not all about sex with people who are polyamorists. Turns out, libido dies out long before the need for intimacy does, so by the time you realize that there isn't \"the one\" for you, intimacy is still just as important to have in your life and begins to take center stage over romance. For some, their needs for love are satisfied by many intimate partners, some sexual some not. Then there is society... most people would not admit outside of a polyamorous community that they are polyamorous because traditionally we are mostly raised to be in life-long, monogamous relationships and anything that deviates from this ideology is perceived by society as infidelity. These communities tend to be underground and typically found in larger population centers, so that leaves a lot of people feeling lonely and empty, even if they are with someone.\n\nPhysical contact *does* matter! There is something about physical touch and romance that has a physical charging effect on our bodies and subsequently our mind and spirit. Free flowing human touch is something that cannot be replaced entirely; even a legitimate professional massage or dare I say it, prostitution, is not the same as a romantic encounter with a loving partner. Yet it is good that these things exist because it is still better than no physical contact. So many of us are alone due to the stigma attached to relationships; it is truly staggering! This is why more polyamorous communities are forming; people are experiencing freedom for the first time from what would otherwise be coerced by cultural enforcement into a monogamous relationship. \n\n![Bikeove.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUc2QwMYMpsanLg7jKAkAgjmTFiN4NfbApB7hoLrJ3T9E/Bikeove.jpg)\n\nThis cultural shift is a reaction to what has been in our own hearts, yet it does not address the root issue. Even though some people cannot seem to find a meaningful and lasting monogamous relationship, the idea of sharing their partner with someone else is a huge turn off. These are the ones caught in between their own uninhibited emotions and societal pressures, which have shaped their behavior since adolescence. Polyamorism is  certainly not for everyone, so just what does one do when caught in this paradox? If you are one of these people, you need a reboot. A lifetime of failed relationships are a direct result of the ideologies regarding these relationships, which were formed in the mind at a very young age. It is all in your head. \n\nThe first step is to admit this to yourself and be __honest__; second is to embrace your loneliness. Before you can have a meaningful relationship with anyone else, you must confront yourself first and come to terms with every flaw and failure in your life and learn to __love yourself__ regardless. The magic that happens is that after you forgive and love yourself entirely, you will no longer feel the depression associated with loneliness. This does *not* mean you will cease to feel alone; it simply means that your emotions regarding it will change and you will recontexualize it. Truth is absolute, but how we perceive it and feel about it is dynamic. Become your own twin flame first; smile at yourself. When you reach this point, your glow will get bright! This glow is independent of interactions with other people and is more persistent. Slowly, you begin to feel more attractive and confident once again. You are allowed to flirt and as long as you are polite and show respect, there is never a problem with it; be free with it, without expectation. The times of sorrow and loneliness are a choice. If you get out there and do things that bring you joy or teach you new things, you will meet like minded people and create meaningful relationships both romantic and platonic. But you have to get off your ass! Do not directly seek love directly; when you seek you are in a position of wanting and not having. Let the meeting of people happen organically while you __have__ love within. Whether you favor polyamorous or monogamous relationships, it is important to __first__ know thyself and to do that, you have to be alone, for a while. Meditation and psychedelics can be immensely helpful to expedite this process of self growth, but the latter should obviously be used with great reverence and caution.
