      "body": "Happy New Year dear Stemians !!, one of the most popular purposes that millions of people consider when they start the new year is to lose weight !. But, a few months later, most realize, not without some sense of frustration and failure, that this is a harder goal to achieve in life. In this sense, I leave some tips taken from the book: Rules for healthy eating (2009), which can help achieve this difficult but not impossible task:\n\n1.- The key to lose weight lies in not giving up the pleasure of eating light and tasty dishes that can be shared with the rest of the friends.\n 2.- You must learn to lose weight, eating in a healthy and balanced way.
