| body | Success in the sale of real estate is determined by knowledge, experience and attention to detail. For a competent solution of the issue, it is recommended to involve an experienced specialist, for example https://christianhomebuyers.com/. Of course, you can try to sell the house on your own, but for this you need to prepare the necessary documents, conduct a correct assessment of the property and start placing ads. |

| body | I’ve cracked it. Where countless politicians and economists have failed, I think I may have found a solution to the economic crisis. Forget quantitative easing, interest rates and house building, the one thing that can drag us out of the recession is the Jaguar XKR-S. You might need to bear with me on this… Last month I had the pleasure of driving the £97,000 supercar for the first time and for 20 glorious minutes, I was on top of the world. I admit that the XKR-S isn’t exactly a PetrolBlog car. Heck, for £25k more, I could have the entire contents of my Real World Dream Barn. But hey, surely everybody is allowed to indulge themselves every once in a while? But why does the XKR-S have the potential to haul us from the age of austerity? Jaguar XKR-S outside pub in WiltshireIt’s quite simple when you think about it. The Jaguar XKR-S is a quite brilliant car. In fact, I’d go as far as saying that the XKR-S is more than just a car. It’s an icon. A masterpiece. A representation of all that’s good about British engineering. Only a single letter change separates class and crass and often, through association more than anything else, a supercar can end up being crass. But the Jaguar XKR-S, even in ‘look at me’ white, simply oozes class. When it comes to sophistication, elegance and subtlety, nobody does it better. Time for a change, Mr Bond? Those delightful 20 minutes behind the wheel of the XKR-S were astounding. For a car with dimensions that make it only slightly smaller than Chipping Norton, the big cat is surprisingly easy to chuck around a British B-road. Its off-the-line pace is breathtaking – it’ll rocket to 60mph in 4.2 seconds and go on to a top speed of 186mph. I was somewhat taken aback when I got the rear wheels spinning in third gear, but then with 558bhp on tap, the XKR-S is so powerful, you sense it could drag the Isle of Wight out of the Solent. Jaguar XKR-S back viewAnd then there’s the noise. Oh my word, the noise. Jaguar, here’s a request. Please, please, please bottle the sound made by the 5.0 V8 supercharged engine and have it made available on prescription. It’s the best cure for depression I’ve ever come across. And yet, despite the Jag’s epic dimensions, power and indeed, price tag, it somehow manages to remain effortlessly cool. The big Jag should be revered rather than reviled. It says more in a single whisper than other supercars could shout in an entire decade. So here’s the plan. If you’re a captain of industry, a genuine A-lister, a school headteacher or an infinitely cool person, please phone your local Jaguar dealer and place an order. Immediately. Don’t waste your time with the tedious task of a test drive or the rather tasteless act of face-to-face negotiation, simply choose a colour and place a deposit. Take it from me, you won’t be disappointed. The more XKR-Ss that are seen on Britain’s roads, the better the economy will perform. The XKR-S is the ultimate motivational tool. The good people of Britain will once again learn not to accept second best. We shall no longer be satisfied with glorious failure. No more the plucky underdog. With the XKR-S, Britain shall rise again. The XKR-S is not only something to be proud of, but it’s also something to aim for. Jaguar XKR-S high frontIf you’re head of sales for your organisation, I demand that you hold a photo of the XKR-S in front of your sales team. This is why you need to sell more paper clips. This is why you need to sell one more conservatory this month. Second best isn’t good enough – you can only call yourself a success once you’ve owned a Jaguar XKR-S. You’re a head teacher. Then start saving for the big Jag. Nothing will spur on the pupils at your school more than the sight of your XKR-S in the car park. Go further than this. Pin a photo of the XKR-S to every desk at your school. This is why you need to work hard, kids. Forget pinning your hopes on Celebrity Simply Come Dine With Ice Factor – that’s not a passport to greatness. Ownership of a Jaguar XKR-S is. And parents, you can help too by ensuring a spec list for the XKR-S is glued to inside of your child’s lunchbox. It cannot fail. Workers will work harder. School children will…er…school harder. The increased productivity will improve the economy. The Jaguar XKR-S can do this. Think of the knock-on effect of greater XKR-S ownership. More demand means more supply is needed. So new factories will be opened and more jobs created. And more people in work means more people spending money, so the XKR-S will help the retail sector too. Wow, what a car. Then there are the countless suppliers of parts and accessories. The joy will spread throughout the nation. Jaguar XKR-S interiorAnd you, Mr Farmer, don’t think you’re left out of the good times. Each XKR-S comes with the finest Warm Charcoal leather, so cattle farming will need to be ramped up. Turn those fields of crops into pasture for the cows to ensure a plentiful supply of hides. And we all know that cattle farming makes for a more beautiful countryside, so tourism will increase too, thanks to all the visitors flocking to see our green and pleasant land. And Mr Petrol Forecourt Retailer, you’re in for a treat too. The XKR-S’s combined MPG figure of 23.0 means that more drivers will be spending more time in your garage. So stock up on Snickers and Jelly Babies as we know you make more margin on sweets than you do on fuel. And believe me, such is the intoxicating feeling of driving the XKR-S at the limit, that most people will be seeing the 14.9 urban MPG figure. Jaguar XKR-S rear sideOh and don’t feel you’re being left out, Mr Tyre Fitter. With the 235/35 R20 rear tyres costing upwards of £200 a piece, you’ll be enjoying bumper profits as sales of the XKR-S rise. Being in rubber will never have felt better. I seriously can’t see how this plan will fail. Every way you look at this, the country wins. More dealers will be required. More servicing departments will be needed. Everyone’s a winner. Let’s also not forget that the XKR-S is quite simply the sexiest car on the road today. Britain will look more respectable. More beautiful. The Jaguar XKR-S can make Britain sexy. One can only hope that this inspires the population to dress accordingly. No more tracksuits, jogging bottoms and football shirts. You see, the Jaguar XKR-S really is a car that keeps on giving. And the more XKR-Ss that are bought now, the more choice we’ll have on the secondhand market in a few years time. See, even PetrolBlog readers benefit from this. Jaguar XKR-S boot space 330 litresBut best of all, the Jaguar XKR-S is made in Britain. So when other countries see what the car has done for us, they’ll want a piece of the action. The XKR-S will become our biggest export since The Beatles. I therefore present to you, the car that will drag this nation out of the doldrums. The exquisite and quite beautiful, Jaguar XKR-S. However, if it all goes wrong, the XKR-S would make the perfect bank robber’s car. It seats four and has 330 litres of boot space. And the cops would never catch you… Shut it! |

| body | Autonomous driving. What does that mean to you? To some, the merest mention of a future where cars will effectively drive themselves, with little to no involvement from the driver is all a bit Orwellian. More 1984 than 2014. A conversation over a glass or two of cherryaid in the PetrolBlog Arms would inevitably lead to much muttering, with complaints that a self-driving car is a prospect we’d much rather do without. We’re drivers, for goodness sake, and drivers like to drive. And of course, we do. But is autonomous driving really such a big problem? Modern cars are already well-equipped in the act of making things easier for us. The temperature of the cabin can be set to just so. The seat and steering wheel position can be set to his or hers. The wipers will wipe automatically and the lights will, um, light automatically. Much as we don’t like to admit it, we quite enjoy some of the creative comforts. A heated seat is a delightful indulegence on a cold morning and – a recent discovery for PetrolBlog – a heated steering wheel, which is simply wonderful. Then there’s digital radio, which is fast becoming a must-have option here at PBHQ, not that PB is in any kind of position to splash out on a new car. Volvo autonomous driving motorway Autonomous driving does – of course – takes things to an entirely new level. Last year, PetrolBlog was invited to Gothenburg to check out some of the new safety devices being developed by Volvo. Two things became apparent during the drip. One, when it rains in Gothenburg, it bloody rains. But secondly, a future of autonomous driving is nothing to be scared of. In fact, it’s probably something to embrace. Much of the technology demonstrated in Gothenburg will find its way on to the Volvo cars you could be driving in a matter of years. In fact, some of the features will be present on the all-new XC90, scheduled to to be unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show. We witnessed a Volvo V40 which could park itself – with nobody sat in the car. A V60 with David Attenborough style animal recognition techniques. And another V60 with an eery ability to see pedestrians in the dark. Autonomous Drive - Parking But arguably the most controversial piece of kit was the Adaptive Cruise Control with steer assist, itself a development of the adaptive cruise control system already found in current Volvos. We sat, hands crossed, feet away from the pedals as the V60 obidiently followed the Volvo in front. Unnerving stuff, but the way in which the V60 adjusted its speed and road position was genuinely impressive. Imagine those theme park rides you may have experienced as a child. The ones in which you sat behind the wheel of a car, only to find it propelled under its own electric steam, following its own Scalextric style path around the track. Only in the Volvo, you have the ability to override the system and go your own way. Something that – try as we might – the little Noddy car at the theme park never gave us the opportunity to do. Crucially, Volvo told us that – in the final development of the technology – the system will insist that two hands are placed on the wheel in order for the cruise control to work. So you can forget about those photos famously doing the rounds – you’re unlikely to be able to complete last night’s sudoku puzzle as you glide up the M62. Look! No Hands! But here’s the thing. When you think about your typical commute, how much of it could be considered to be thrilling and exciting? The advertising-led image of big skies, open roads and smiling faces? It just isn’t. The reality is more light drizzle, a congested ring road and Steve ‘love the show’ Wright. Not to mention the ageing Astramax van in front, fog light turned on, blue smoke bellowing from the exhaust. Anything that helps to make the tedium of everyday driving a little more pleasant has to be a good thing, right? Recently I found myself stuck in five lanes of traffic on the M25 – hardly the definition of motoring nirvana. But the drudgery of the experience was lifted in no small part by the adaptive cruise control on the Volvo S80 I was testing. By setting the speed to an optimistic 60mph, the S80 majestically and gracefully followed the flow of the traffic. Bringing the car to halt when required and pulling away when the queue moved on. Brilliant. It made the M25 seem almost bearable. And park assist, a system where the car will either parallel or reverse park your car for you, is now finding its way on to affordable cars. Heck, I’ve even had the chance to experience it on the Vauxhall Adam. Now you may well be the world’s best parksman and couldn’t possibly benefit from such a tool. Ah, but what of the other driver? The kind who could quite easily knock your front wing during a half-baked parking manoeuvre. If the system is doing it for them, there’s little to no chance of you coming back to find your prized possession has gained an extra layer of unwanted paint on the offside front wing. Volkswagen Autonomous Driving The point is, in situations where it’s less about the driving and more about the routine, anything that takes away the tedium should be embraced. Nobody is taking away your Sunday morning Dawn Raid. And you can still take the long way home. In fact, the long way home may turn out to be quieter as a result of drivers taking the ‘easy’ way home. At last year’s unveiling of the Ford Mustang in Barcelona, Ford also outlined its vision of an autonomous future. According to Ford, we can expect vehicle “platooning” – in which vehicles travelling in the same direction sync up their movements to create ‘road trains’ – to enter mainstream models in the mid-term future. In the longer term, we can expect fully autonomous navigation and parking, with cars communicating with each other. Think of it as a social network for cars. Only without selfies and photos of surfboarding cats. Sure, until the technology is perfected, we have every reason to be concerned about its safety in the real world. And you can’t ignore the privacy issue, with the car able to store data on where you’ve been, when you’ve been there and the speed at which you drove there. Let’s also not forget the potential for hackers to override your vehicle, taking your car on some kind of virtual joyride, whilst you’re still sat at the wheel. But in PetrolBlog’s world, things are more simple than this. We love nothing more than waking at the crack of dawn and going for a blast along our favourite B-road. But equally, we’ve had to endure far too many early morning or late night wafts to the airport to know that settling back whilst your car does most of the work can be a good thing. We saw enough evidence in Gothenburg to suggest that autonomous driving is in safe hands with Volvo. So we’re eagerly awaiting the trial of 100 driverless cars in Gothenburg, scheduled to take place in 2017. Put it this way. If autonomous driving is kept away from our B-roads and all the people who loathe driving are kept in one place, it has to be a good thing. Right or wrong, it’s going to be fascinating watching the technology unfold. |

| body | (https://steemitimages.com/DQmdUuep1NXUT22CP7oxMNscRb9ZFB35M41UZeeGEkwkFg3/B9P7221.jpg) Maybe we took the challenge too seriously? But when the good people of Porsche presented us with a map and a new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid and told us to go out in search of maximum efficiency, we did as we were told. Besides, after a frantic and quite wonderful dash from Munich airport in a Porsche Panamera twin-turbo V8, it was time to chill out for a while. Sadly, chilling out was something we didn’t get a chance to do. To maximise efficiency, we switched the Panamera’s dual-zone climate control to ‘off’ and started to bake. It took all our willpower not to press the magic A/C button and set the temperature to a blissful 16-degrees. It was 36-degrees in southern Germany and it made the inside of the Panamera feel like a furnace. But like stubborn fools, we persevered with our challenge. At this point I should probably do some introductions, by ‘we’ I’m referring to Simon Harris who was my unfortunate companion for the trip to Germany. We were there to check out the refreshed Porsche Panamera range. Love it or hate it, Porsche’s four-seat GT has been a huge success for the brand. Over 100,000 sales since it launched in 2009 and a big hit in China, where a third of all Panameras have been sold. Porsche proudly went through the cosmetic changes to the ‘second generation’ Panamera in great detail, but you sense that even they accept that the tweaks are minimal. In fact, they used a kind of ‘spot-the-difference’ / ‘before and after’ PowerPoint presentation to make their point. There are new headlights, a revised front end, subtle changes to the profile, a wider rear window, a wider spoiler and a repositioning of the numberplate, which now sits lower down. Rear view of the new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid in Germany If – unlike PetrolBlog – you’re not a fan of the current Panamera, there’s little on show that will change your mind. But regardless of your view, few could argue that the interior is not a thing of beauty – so wonderfully put together and laid out. Highlights include the classic five-pod dial layout and the individual, independently reclining rear seats. The optional Alcantara headlining is simply a must-have option. Other changes of note? Well the S and 4S no longer get the benefit of a glorious 4.8-litre V8. Instead it has been replaced with a less evocative, but all-new 3.0-litre V6 bi-turbo. Seems like a backward step, until you discover that the V6 has more power – 420hp plays 416hp; more torque – 520Nm plays 500Nm; has a higher top speed – 178mph plays 176mph; and is quicker to 62mph – 4.8 secs rather than 5.0 secs (with PDK transmission). And that’s not all. At 32.5mpg, the Panamera V6 bi-turbo is about 2.5mpg more efficient than the V8 and by emitting 204g/km of CO2, it’s 43g/km cleaner. Remarkable figures. It may lack the aural stimulation of the V8, but as a 168mph sprint up the Autobahn will testify, it’s still mighty quick enough, thank you. Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid on the road in Germany But back to the point in hand – the new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid. As you’ll remember, we were basking – or should that be baking – in the glorious surroundings of the German-Austrian border and had just set off on our eco challenge. Legendary Bentley-driver and former Jensen Interceptor owner, Simon Harris, was at the wheel. Things got off to a good start. The route from the hotel to the main road was largely downhill, allowing the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid to consume next-to-no energy whatsoever. In fact, by the time we had reached the village, we had actually gained a few kms of range. Nice. We knew this thanks to the Porsche Car Connect smartphone app which constantly monitors the status of the battery. It will also remind you where you left the Panamera in a car park, plus, should you so wish, set the climate control to pre-heat the cabin for you. Not that this was required in Germany… Simon Harris was doing his best impression of an eco-Terminator. Shades on, looking straight ahead, hands barely moving from ten-to-two on the steering wheel. The man was focused on one thing – maximum efficiency, baby. Quite what this exercise was doing for the Porsche brand is anyone’s guess. Progress was incredibly slow and we were being overtaken by cars that would ordinarily be mere specks on the inside lane as the Panamera makes its way up the Autobahn at lightning speeds. But not today, the big Porsche had to suffer the ignominy of being out-performed by BlueMotions, Shatchbacks and MPVs. Fortunately there were no first generation Nissan Serenas around to rub salt in our wounds. Interior of Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid The thing is – this challenge was as enjoyable as it was nerve-wracking. Knowing that each hill and even the smallest of inputs on the gas pedal could deplete the battery led to intense levels of concentration. Not that we needed to worry – Porsche has cleverly installed a two-stage throttle, with a noticeable ‘cliff-edge’ warning you that you’re about to leave the green and pleasant surroundings and enter what the Renault Fuego would call the ‘Turbo Zone’. Support also comes from the Power Meter, which replaces the speedo and indicates the power level demand for the hybrid system or its electrical system recuperation power. And, crucially for this test, the Power Meter also displays the best power range for an efficient drive. Or, should your heart desire, a more sporty performance. We’ll come back to this later. At the half-way point, I took over the Panamera’s reins. With around 15 miles to go, the green needle on the battery meter was finally edging towards the wrong side of the dial. Soon we were hovering between 10 and 15%. To cut a long and rambling story short, with about a mile to go, the battery ran out and was swiftly followed by the sound of the Audi-sourced 3.0-litre V6 engine firing into life. I have never been so disappointed to hear the sound of a petrol engine starting up. Until this point we had driven nearly 32 miles accompanied by the sight of the needles on the dials relating to the combustion engine failing to even register a mere flicker of activity. As we reached the car park at the half-way point of our journey, our fuel consumption figure was an astonishing 0.1 litre/100km – or 2,825mpg. Yep, that’s right – two thousand, eight hundred and twenty five miles per gallon. Fuel economy, Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid style Now admittedly this was hardly real world stuff. Crawling along Autobahns, enduring tropical temperatures and struggling to overtake tractors simply isn’t reflective of typical driving habits. But the point is, we proved that a 2,095kg four-seat Porsche capable of 168mph can achieve a range of 32 miles under electric power. This surpasses Porsche’s estimate of between 11 and 22 miles. Clearly some balance is required. So the journey back to the hotel was conducted under far more typical Porsche conditions. Now we’d drive the Panamera taking advantage of its combined 416hp and 590Nm of torque. But we did utilise the E-Charge mode to use the engine to recharge the now-depleted battery. Interestingly, by the time we got back, at least 20% of the battery’s juice had been restored. On some typically narrow and twisty Bavarian back roads, the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid began to demonstrate the compromises that green motoring can deliver. Whether they matter is up for debate – it’s unlikely that a Panamera will be bought for on-the-limit driving, 100% of the time. But anyway, the first thing that strikes you is the extra kilos put on by the lithium-ion battery and electric motor. At 2,095kg, the S E-Hybrid is over 300kg heavier than the lightest Panamera you can buy and it certainly shows. It’s not that the Panamera is a delicate and dainty sports car in the first place, but the additional weight serves to provide considerably more body-roll and a tendency to drift wide in the corners. Cornering in the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid The brakes – whilst not lacking in stopping power – also deliver the artificial feeling so typical of cars with regenerative braking. And the standard-fit air suspension doesn’t quite have what it takes to deliver the same ride:comfort ratio as the other Panameras. Switch to Sport mode and the Panamera is noticeably more fidgety over harsh surfaces. And then there’s the price. At £88,967 the S E-Hybrid is still some £20k cheaper than the flagship Turbo, but crucially it’s £26k more than the 44.8mpg Diesel. You’d have to spend an awful lot of time getting hot and sweaty in southern Germany to justify the price difference. That is unless you’re fortunate enough to be in a position to order a Panamera as a company car. This thing could work out cheaper than BMW or Audi saloon. So it’s expensive, but it’s arguably more entertaining overall than the £82k and £85k S and 4S. And neither of these will be exempt from the new 75g/km London Congestion Charge limit. At 71g/km CO2 and 91.1mpg, the S E-Hybrid might just become the must-have accessory for wealthy executives in London. A Panamera that can literally travel around London for free during the week, before shooting up the M40 or along the M4 to head for the weekend home in the country. The new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid - a plug-in hybrid And that’s what makes the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid so bloomin’ exciting. Admittedly an £89k Porsche is hardly the most PetrolBloggy new car on the market, but then neither is the Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid. And I love that too. It’s just impossible not to be impressed with the technical masterpiece Porsche has created. Porsche’s claim that the Panamera S E-Hybrid is “the world’s first luxury plug-in hybrid” is, to a certain extent, a throwaway line. What’s more compelling is the fact it’s arguably the most technologically advanced sports or luxury car you can buy today. Although I’m unlikely ever to be in a position to buy a Porsche Panamera, this would be the one I’d choose. From the tiny details like the green badges, brake calipers and needles, right up to the techno-wizardry associated with the powertrain, you sense that living with an S E-Hybrid would be an engaging experience. Beating your best mpg figure would be just as rewarding as setting a new fastest time home from the office. Rear badge on the new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid And once you’re back, simply plug the Panamera into the home-charging point, kindly provided by Porsche, and the car will be fully charged in four hours. By which time you’ll relaxing indoors, smartphone app close at hand to check the car’s status. Should it be cold when you wake in the morning, simply use the app to warm the cabin up for you. Joyous! Put aside the slight feeling of detachment delivered by the eco gubbins and you’ll enjoy the most complete Porsche Panamera money can buy. Now where did I put that deodorant? Yep, that’s right – two thousand, eight hundred and twenty five miles per gallon.\n\nFuel economy, Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid style\n\nNow admittedly this was hardly real world stuff. Crawling along Autobahns, enduring tropical temperatures and struggling to overtake tractors simply isn’t reflective of typical driving habits. But the point is, we proved that a 2,095kg four-seat Porsche capable of 168mph can achieve a range of 32 miles under electric power. This surpasses Porsche’s estimate of between 11 and 22 miles.\n\nClearly some balance is required. So the journey back to the hotel was conducted under far more typical Porsche conditions. Now we’d drive the Panamera taking advantage of its combined 416hp and 590Nm of torque. But we did utilise the E-Charge mode to use the engine to recharge the now-depleted battery. Interestingly, by the time we got back, at least 20% of the battery’s juice had been restored.\n\nOn some typically narrow and twisty Bavarian back roads, the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid began to demonstrate the compromises that green motoring can deliver. Whether they matter is up for debate – it’s unlikely that a Panamera will be bought for on-the-limit driving, 100% of the time.\n\nBut anyway, the first thing that strikes you is the extra kilos put on by the lithium-ion battery and electric motor. At 2,095kg, the S E-Hybrid is over 300kg heavier than the lightest Panamera you can buy and it certainly shows. It’s not that the Panamera is a delicate and dainty sports car in the first place, but the additional weight serves to provide considerably more body-roll and a tendency to drift wide in the corners.\n\nCornering in the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid\n\nThe brakes – whilst not lacking in stopping power – also deliver the artificial feeling so typical of cars with regenerative braking. And the standard-fit air suspension doesn’t quite have what it takes to deliver the same ride:comfort ratio as the other Panameras. Switch to Sport mode and the Panamera is noticeably more fidgety over harsh surfaces.\n\nAnd then there’s the price. This thing could work out cheaper than BMW or Audi saloon.\n\nSo it’s expensive, but it’s arguably more entertaining overall than the £82k and £85k S and 4S. And neither of these will be exempt from the new 75g/km London Congestion Charge limit. At 71g/km CO2 and 91.1mpg, the S E-Hybrid might just become the must-have accessory for wealthy executives in London. A Panamera that can literally travel around London for free during the week, before shooting up the M40 or along the M4 to head for the weekend home in the country.\n\nThe new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid - a plug-in hybrid\n\nAnd that’s what makes the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid so bloomin’ exciting. Admittedly an £89k Porsche is hardly the most PetrolBloggy new car on the market, but then neither is the Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid. And I love that too.\n\nIt’s just impossible not to be impressed with the technical masterpiece Porsche has created. Porsche’s claim that the Panamera S E-Hybrid is “the world’s first luxury plug-in hybrid” is, to a certain extent, a throwaway line. What’s more compelling is the fact it’s arguably the most technologically advanced sports or luxury car you can buy today.\n\nAlthough I’m unlikely ever to be in a position to buy a Porsche Panamera, this would be the one I’d choose. From the tiny details like the green badges, brake calipers and needles, right up to the techno-wizardry associated with the powertrain, you sense that living with an S E-Hybrid would be an engaging experience. Beating your best mpg figure would be just as rewarding as setting a new fastest time home from the office.\n\nRear badge on the new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid\n\nAnd once you’re back, simply plug the Panamera into the home-charging point, kindly provided by Porsche, and the car will be fully charged in four hours. By which time you’ll relaxing indoors, smartphone app close at hand to check the car’s status. Should it be cold when you wake in the morning, simply use the app to warm the cabin up for you. Joyous!\n\nPut aside the slight feeling of detachment delivered by the eco gubbins and you’ll enjoy the most complete Porsche Panamera money can buy.\n\nNow where did I put that deodorant?\n\nFor a more grown-up review of the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid, check out MSN Cars soon.
