      "body": "![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWWm2KfXBvESWzymeUir5pN8t5X9R8pQP4ourV9b7gHYh/image.png)\n\n\nHay  empresas en el mundo que realmente ven el valor del Talento Humano pero así también hay muchas que no ven al empleado sino como una simple máquina de precio barato que necesita para llevar a cabo una labor específica de su empresa.\n  Realmente el término de Recursos  Humanos cambia de Término o lo evoluciona para mejor ya que las personas son las que hacen que una empresa pueda progresar y ser reconocida a través de los años,  el  Talento Humano detrás de las marcas o compañías excelentes no es más que el buen trabajo coordinado por buenas decisiones gerenciales a través de la estructura  horizontal, pero hay muchos que mantienen la estructura vertical. Un error pequeño simplemente recaerá en el empleado hasta que su tiempo en la compañía culmine.\n \n![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPCFgE62oKdjDqHrU9HSbbzn3z3rR7SneurYiAG5sNNpu/image.png)\n\nUn empleado es una pieza reemplazable, es decir no es indispensable otro puede hacer perfectamente su trabajo no es el único  y es verdad, pero para los empleadores no cabe en su base de datos el empeño, gasto de vida, esfuerzo, dedicación por parte del empleado sencillamente no es contado. ¿Vale la pena seguir dando el todo por el todo por una compañía? qué pasa si invertimos la pregunta ¿Da la compañía todo por el empleado? La respuesta obviamente es no, ninguna compañía esta ciertamente  preocupada por si el salario de un trabajador es suficiente para cubrir sus necesidades mensuales, no se preocupan por si llegaste enfermo, o tienes un problema con la muerte de una familiar es por eso que las leyes gubernamentales se realizaron para poder respaldar al empleado por parte del empleador.\nMi país está pasando por una crisis de  inflación por muchos es conocido, pero me ha llamado mucho la atención que  he podido observar el movimiento por parte de los empresarios con respecto a sus empleados, el gobierno cada dos a tres meses aumenta el salario mínimo conforme va en aumento la inflación, he notado que hay empresas que siempre van por encima del salario para proteger a los mismos y no solo eso sino que también asumen una parte del gasto alimenticio, otras cubren ese gasto con bonificaciones a un cálculo preestablecido con la moneda estadounidense pagado al cambio pero asimismo he visto otras que simplemente   mientras sus precios en ventas van conforme a la inflación los salarios son cada vez más justos conforma a la ley, pagando una miseria y entre más poco mejor para sus bolsillos. \n\n![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmd3yVKzuyzSia3GA8YCWWubmxq1KkC6sXYPMjJUwe2xGF/image.png)\n\n\nPero mi crítica va con la esperanza de  hacerles reflexionar que un buen empleado, o mejor dicho excelentes empleados en tu compañía pueden llevarla al éxito, más ese trabajo realizado debe ser bien remunerado ya que de no ocurrir el mismo constantemente en tu compañía irán renunciado buscando una mejor oportunidad de vida, un empleado comprometido con la empresa siempre va a procurar llevarla hacia delante. Ciertamente a esos empleados que dan el todo por el todo por que no mantenerlos contentos, alegres de permanecer a la compañía que pertenecen.",

Este es un plato típico venezolano muy rico adecuado para cualquier día que te provoqué.\n\n\n\nIngredientes:\n\n\tUn coco grande rallado.\n\tuna panela de papelón pequeña.\n\tCanela al gusto en palitos\n\tclavitos de olor en palitos\n\t1 vaso de Arroz.\n\nPreparación:\n\n•\tPor cada vaso de arroz un vaso y medio de agua, para que la consistencia que de suave amenos que le guste el arroz un poco duro. \n•\tUna vez hecho lo anterior se coloca a cocinar con los clavitos de olor y los palitos de canela hasta que el arroz se ablande. \n•\tMientras que el arroz se está cocinando se inicia a preparar el dulce \n•\tSe coloca en una olla a derretir con un poquito de agua el papelón hasta que quede totalmente derretido con el cuidado de que el mismo no se queme, es decir cocinarlo a fuego lento.\n•\tAñadir el coco y revolver y apagar la cocina.\n•\tUna vez  el arroz casi listo añadir la preparación del dulce y colocar una bolsa y taparlo, bajar la llama y esperar hasta que el mismo sea absorbido.\n\n\nHay muchas recetas en Internet que licuan el coco pero de esta forma me gusta mas ya que quedan la ralladura del coco dentro del arroz, pero si prefiere puede la mitad del coco licuarla y la otra mitad quedará con su ralladura.\n\nImagen ubicada en:\n\nhttps://pixabay.com/en/photos/coconut/",
