After decades of studying the silk segregated by spiders constructing circular fabrics, biologists are fascinated with dragline silk. It is the most resistant of the seven types that produce these spiders and the one they use to form the structure of their networks and as a safety thread in their movements. It is stronger and waterproof than the strands that the silkworm secretes, commonly used in the manufacture of tissues.\n\nReflect: Obtaining synthetic fibers such as kevlar requires the use of high temperatures and organic solvents. The spider, on the other hand, produces silk at room temperature using water as a solvent. In addition, dragline silk has greater resistance than kevlar. A web of this thread enlarged to the size of a football field could stop a jumbo in mid-flight.\n\nIt is not surprising that the resistance of this substance has aroused so much the interest of researchers. Aimee Cunningham writes in the Science News magazine that \"scientists dream of exploiting such property in articles ranging from bullet-proof vests to suspension cables for bridges\".\n\nBut copying this natural fiber is not easy, because its manufacture takes place inside the body of the spider and the process is still not understood perfectly. \"The fact that there are so many brains in the world trying to reproduce what spiders do naturally in the basement of our homes makes us aware of our smallness,\" says biologist Cheryl Y. La composición de este ingrediente de cocina que utilizamos para condimentar las ensaladas, es capaz de reaccionar ante el óxido y removerlo de los metales. Sigue estos pasos: Mete en un recipiente el objeto oxidado, rocíalo con vinagre blanco por encima y déjalo actuar (el tiempo dependerá del tipo de metal). Sin embargo, hay quienes sienten un miedo exagerado a morir debido a supersticiones y creencias falsas. Dicho temor es como un amo cruel que los esclaviza y les roba la alegría de vivir (Hebreos 2:15). La forma de liberarse de esa clase de miedo es conocer la verdad que revela la Biblia (Juan 8:32).\n\nLa verdad sobre la muerte\n\nLos muertos no tienen consciencia de nada (Salmo 146:4). No hay por qué temer al dolor o al sufrimiento después de morir, pues la Biblia dice que la muerte es como un sueño profundo (Salmo 13:3; Juan 11:11-14).\nLos muertos no pueden hacernos daño, por muy fuertes y malos que hayan sido en vida. La Biblia afirma que están “impotentes en la muerte” y que “su odio y sus celos ya han perecido” (Proverbios 21:16; Eclesiastés 9:6).\nLa muerte no siempre es el final de todo. Mediante la resurrección, Dios hará que muchos vuelvan a vivir (Juan 5:28, 29; Hechos 24:15).\nDios promete que llegará el día en que “la muerte no será más” (Revelación [Apocalipsis] 21:4). However, the instrument of execution that was used in the case of Jesus is not described in the Bible. So nobody knows for sure what it was like. Anyway, the Bible lets us see that Jesus did not die on a cross, but on a wood, or vertical stick.\n\nWhen referring to this instrument, the Bible usually uses the Greek term stauros (Matthew 27:40, John 19:17). Although many translations pour this word as \"cross\", many scholars believe that \"denotes, primarily, a stick or right stake.\" * According to a certain work of consultation, stauros \"never refers to two pieces of wood joined at some angle\" (A Critical Lexicon and Concordance to the English and Greek New Testament).\n\nThe Bible also uses the Greek term xýlon as a synonym for stauros (Acts 5:30, 1 Peter 2:24). This word means \"wood\", \"wood\", \"stake\", \"stick\" or \"tree\". In a note incorporated into the work Universal History of the Catholic Church, by René F.
