      "body": "![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZTZW3XpnE8w7HGDnY85jC3sTQfjMyna5oTc3YSsubdpE/image.png)\nHey every one how are you ? hope you all will be good and happy, and living happy life. today i wana some things say to my steemian friends, that now i am going adop. so i thought that if i think some things good for my self then i also should think those things good for every person who are in my contact.\n\ntoday i have met with my physician and i got some good point from him. he gave me advise that if wana get rid of from headach and high blood control then we need to adopt two habit , when i said to him that sir what habit i should i adopt. he explained points only one sentence. \n\nhe advised to me that i should go to early to bed and try to get up early in the morning.\n\nget up early in the morning and early go to bed in night.these two habit if any person adop in life, he/she never will get headache and also high blood pressure issue.\n\ni agree with him , if i took notice on this advise i got that we all night live awake with out doing, why should we not go to bed early and we slept late day,, why should we not get up early in the morning.?\n\nthanks for reading my post.",
