The tickers, by order of “popularity” were:\n- [$GGPI - Gores Guggenheim, Inc.](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=ggpi)\n- [$AMC - AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc.](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=AMC)\n- [$TSLA - Tesla, Inc.](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=tsla)\n- [$GM - General Motors Company](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=GM)\n- [$XL - XL Fleet Corp.](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=XL)\n- [$PROG - Progenity, Inc.](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=PROG)\n- [$LCID - Lucid Group, Inc.](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=LCID)\n\nAt the time of posting, markets were closed and I provided screen shots of the respective companies' charts, so we can also ascertain the price of the shares at that time with relative ease. The data shows that just by holding all of these companies one would have made bank.\nI should also point out that although XL was on the list, it was more likely a cryptocurrency (whom I will not suffer to mention) that was being pumped on Twitter by fake bot accounts. We are going to take a look at another biotech company, Enveric Biosciences ($ENVB)!\n\n<h2>Who are ENVB and what do they do?</h2>\nENVB is the ticker symbol for the company [Enveric Biosciences](https://www.enveric.com/). Enveric is a publicly traded biotechnology company that trades on the NASD.\n\nThey are trying to develop mental health and oncological treatments through the study of synthetic cannabinoids and psychedelic-derived compounds. \nThey own various patents for combinations of cannabinoid compounds and chemotherapeutic agents.\n\nENVB, until the beginning of this year, didn’t exist. The current company (Enveric Biosciences) was formed when AMERI Holdings, Inc. purchased all outstanding shares of the company Jay Pharma Inc and “spun off” Enveric Biosciences as a brand new company. The company sells a range of cannabis derived products such as vapes, pre-rolls, flowers & oils. \nSundial Growers Inc is traded publicly on the nasdaq under the ticker “SNDL” and on the Frankfurt stock exchange with the ticker “14K”.\nSNDL trades in the sector of “Healthcare” and in the industry of “Drug Manufacturers - Specialty & Generic”.\nSundial Growers went public on the 6th of August 2019, with 11 million shares, priced at $13 a share.\nCurrently (at the moment of publication), at a price of $0.795 with x shares.\n\nSo far so good, wouldn’t you say my dear smooth brained simian simpleton? This isn't the end of the world as many would have you believe. Delisting is highly unlikely, almost off the books I would dare say. \n- They have been approved to purchase 102.8 million shares of their own stock and they have a lot of cash to do so.\n- They could perform a reverse split reducing the amount of total shares in the company and boosting its dollar/share cost significantly.\n- The Nasdaq could always decide on not slapping them on the wrist immediately.\n\nThere is also increased ape interest in Sundial Growers which should be taken into account as it could prove to be fuel for quite a hike in price. However, if that interest wanes apes will move on in search of greener pastures.\n\nThe long term doesn't look great. Sundial is a total <b>dilution whore</b> with only 11 million shares outstanding at IPO and 2.06 billion outstanding currently. A warning, a merger announcement, legal problems and a presentation. Interesting stuff I say ei fellows? After that follows that eeriely quiet period. Not much movement, no news... Speaking of news, lets have a look at these articles!\n\n<h2>Merger announcement</h2>\nOn the 4th of June 2021 they announced a merger with Cvent. They sell software solutions for planning events and a little more. Again!\nYes, Cvent has been a public company in the past. It was [taken private in 2016](https://www.tsnn.com/news/cvent-goes-private-165-billion-deal) in a $1.65B deal, [a 69% premium](https://www.wsj.com/articles/cvent-to-be-taken-private-in-1-65-billion-deal-1460985472) on their share price at the time! Im sure that made investors very happy!\n\nNow the inverse is happening, Cvent is becoming a publicly traded company once more. Now from this data we can see that it was taken private at $1.6B and now has an [\"initial enterprise value of $5.3 billion\"](https://www.cvent.com/en/press-release/cvent-to-become-publicly-traded). So since 2016 the value of the company has grown ~231% in 7 years, not too shabby!\n\nAccording to [Finviz](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=DGNS), ~86% of the company is owned by institutions.
