      "body": "Reconociendo que hay personas que tienen talentos increíbles e inimaginables que para mi son admirables, quiero resaltar uno muy sencillo y que considero ha sido lo mejor que he aprendido en mi vida. Por ser Licenciada en Relaciones Industriales (En Venezuela, es una carrera dedicada a todo lo que es relativo a los trabajadores, desde ingresarlos en la empresa, hacerles la formalidad de contratación, capacitarlos, calcular todos sus beneficios salariales, despedirlos si fuese el caso, liquidarlos, y en fin ser el enlace permanente entre el trabajador y la empresa), aprendí a tratar con infinidad de trabajadores. Lo que no estaba a simple vista, es que el arte más grande que yo estaba aprendiendo era a tratar con PERSONAS. \n\nEs decir, eso que hacemos a cada minuto, cada día, tratar con personas, pero que no todos saben hacer bien, no porque quieran ser malos, sino porque no saben hacerlo mejor. Yo me apasioné tanto, que me parece como magia el hecho de que alguien aprenda realmente a tratar a otras personas de cualquier diversidad que exista en este planeta. \n\nPorque mucha gente ni se imagina como un simple saludo, así sea de un extraño, puede cambiar todo un día para bien o para mal. Es gratificante que tu puedas mejorar con 2 palabras la realidad de otra persona ( y eso es posible, no hace falta ser extraterrestres para influir positivamente en la vida de los demás).\n\nMi invitación es a que sean luz en la vida de los demás, no necesitan mucho. Solo ilumina con tu buena vibra y tu forma de ser. \n\nEn Venezuela con la difícil situación me ha tocado despedir a muchísimos empleados de distintas empresas, y quienes me han visto en el proceso, al finalizar, ven al trabajador salir sonriente y me dicen, \"yo no podría hacer eso, como lo haces?\", pues siendo LUZ, la realidad de que el trabajador estaba despedido no la podía cambiar, pero si podía manejar la manera de dar la noticia y motivarlo a seguir luchando, podía dar palabras de aliento y hasta opciones para un nuevo empleo. \n\nSiempre pero siempre podremos iluminar la vida de otros con un trato amable. \n\nMe despido repitiendo esto que también aprendí: Los que no saben hacerlo, no son malos, SOLO NO HAN DESCUBIERTO UNA MEJOR FORMA DE HACERLO.\n\nFeliz tarde!",

      "body": "Dicen que el PASADO siempre está SUCEDIENDO. Esto quiere decir que todo lo que hemos vivido permanece en nosotros, de uno u otro modo. Es inevitable. Sin embargo, de ahí  a quedarnos sumergidos en el AYER, sin la POSIBILIDAD de superar el PASADO, hay TODO UN ABISMO. \nEl poema de MIGUEL HERNÁNDEZ  dice: “TODO PASA y TODO QUEDA, pero lo nuestro es PASAR ”.
