      "body": "So, New Year´s Eve was just around the corner and in the night we all made sure to make up at least one resolution. But is this really the best solution? I want to be fit and my health is great, but where should I start, let me concentrate. Oh yeah, I ate too much that must be the problem, guess I will go to the gym that will be awesome. So my goal is to lose weight and get a six-pack, I will not wait. I worked out five times a week; I will not stop my winning streak. One year passed and the New Year arrives, still the same person that’s no surprise. “What happened”, asks his best mate, I thought you would be doing great this year. I don’t know, after six months I saw no change, I also had too much to arrange, in my life. I gave up, but I´ll promise, next year, I will cheer.\nThis is why I don’t do New Year’s resolutions; there is a goal, but no solution. The people expect the sudden change, but there is none if you don’t change your mind set. Process is the simple answer to the problem. After you manifest the goal there is a long way to go. We often concentrate so much on our goal, that we don’t keep attention on mastering the current day. You know life is a day repeated over and over. Sunday is this day again and again. Your birthday is this day repeated many times. \nAnd these days matter in the long run. Today I will do some workouts, maybe also cook my own food instead of buying something from the cafeteria. Tomorrow I will add more vegetables and drink only water. On Wednesday I will count my calories or go to bed earlier. These 1 percent changes add up to our goal. There is no day, where we wake up and suddenly we look different and there is no way we lose 30 pounds by only going to the gym over and over. We have to focus on many things.\nWhy do we wait for New Year to come? Why don’t we just start today, this hour, this minute, this exact second? We wait for the one truly moment, where we suddenly wake up and realize we have to change something. This will never happen. Trust me. Never. Do you want to get a disease as a wakeup call, a relationship breaking up? No, you don’t want that to happen! We search for magic life guides, diet plans and so on. But all these things are useless, if we don’t start today. \nSo, don’t wait for it. Start before you’re ready and live your life deliberate.",
