      "body": "昨天回老家了一趟，家里只有妈妈在，弟弟还小，每周末才回家。我是因为要打预防针，且是最后一针，正好公司活动结束，可以休息一天，我正好借机请一天假，共两天时间。\n\n如果没有父亲这档子事，我想，我应该在杭州吧，那个美丽的地方。\n\n父亲是在去年八月份去世的，我那时候正在想着好好找份工作。可是，没成想，竟会和父亲永隔天地。\n父亲是因病去世的，去世原因是肝癌，已经发生转移。\n\n可笑的是，在父亲病逝前两个月都没觉得怎么样，哪怕那段时间胸口闷，持续性拉肚子，也只是觉得仅仅是肠胃有问题，知道临近半个月因为胆黄素升高导致皮肤泛黄，才去做检查。\n\n更可笑的是，那半年我和父亲住在一起，却没有发现父亲的任何异样，只知道，那时候父亲很瘦，临近12点下班，饭量大，我休息时候会一起去外面买点菜做给我吃，有时候煲点汤给我喝，我喝不下，大部分是父亲喝的。\n\n大概七月中旬，父亲感觉身体不舒服，胸口闷，拉肚子，请假大概半个月回了家，在家那段时间去乡下卫生所检查拿药，没有好，在母亲的劝说下去了县城医院拍片检查，开玩笑的是，只检查了胸口，没有任何问题。父亲感觉没有任何问题，只是肠胃不好，便安心得喝了几天的中药。\n\n过了两个星期大概是八月初，父亲便回公司上班了，工作强度依旧，一直持续到八月中旬，在这个期间，和父亲联系，没有察觉任何问题。父亲也瞒过了我，不让我知道父亲去医院做检查的事情。就这样，到了8月23日，因为厂里的同时看到父亲身体的变化，皮肤泛黄明显，便劝说他去医院检查，那天，他联系了我，让我陪着他去医院做检查，那家医院叫做京西南方医院，到了医院，找到了人，开始抽血拍片子，结果要到下午才能拿到，于是我和父亲一起回去，路上，父亲显得很累，他对结果似乎也明了一些，总之是很差劲的。在路上，我和父亲说：你之前为什么不告诉我，你现在这样子怎么办，我长大了没什么，万一有什么事情，弟弟才八岁，你说他该怎么办？满是责问的语气，我很生气为什么身体不舒服不提前告诉我，提前做检查呢？现在回想起来，我还真不是个东西，他是一个父亲，他是一个丈夫，他是一个家庭的顶梁柱，出现这种情况，最难受的是他，心里最苦的还是他，他只是不善于表达，他只是默默吧责任扛起，把苦难吞咽！\n\n到了地点我让父亲先回去了，我等到下午拿了结果，显示肿瘤已经发生转移，父亲似乎还不知道这件事情，我也只能瞒着他。这一天，父亲在公园里休息，回去的时候，手机不小心掉了，等父亲走了十几米回想起来去找手机的时候，发现手机已经被人捡走了，正好之前附近还有两个人，他们之间发生过对话，没办法，父亲还是回去了。这是我后来和母亲通话才知道的事情。\n\n检查医生把结果告诉厂里厂长了，厂长打电话给我让我赶紧回去，他帮我们买好机票，我赶紧和母亲联系，告诉她事情的情况，当时做的决定是，先住院治疗，通过大舅母的妹妹联系上了南昌第一附属医院的主治医生，在他的帮助下顺利住院。\n\n就这样，大概在8月25日左右到达南昌，住院一个礼拜，经过一些列的检查抽血等等。这个时候的父亲身体已经相当差了，腹腔全是水，尿拉不出来，经常上厕所，每个夜晚因为身体的原因睡不着觉。那时候我和爸爸妈妈三个人挤在一张床上，夜深人静，父亲睡不着总是偷偷得起来坐在病房外面的凳子上，闭目休息。时候的半夜啊，我总是醒来找不着人，心里慌乱啊，好像一刻没看到就要永别了。现在倒好了，真的永别了。\n\n到了接近九月，因为南昌医生已经诊断，并且告诉我们已经没有什么治疗方案了，只能通过药物缓解，建议回县城医院，于是，我们开始联系县城医院回去治疗缓解。一个l礼拜，各种亲戚朋友陆续探望，父亲想回家，可是我们不让，我们担心父亲如果回家没有药物会出现什么意外，知道医院下发病危通知书，于是当天赶紧送父亲回到家，也希望如此可以了却父亲心愿，能在家安息。\n\n在回去的那天上午，父亲显得焦躁不安，坐也不是，侧躺也不是，总之给人感觉很焦躁，说话已经有气无力了（或许那时候父亲已经感觉到自己不久了），我们于是当天下午5点多出发，大概6点多回到家，到家之后赶紧给父亲准备床铺，让他休息，就这样陪着他到了八点多，父亲开始显得愈来愈焦虑了，喂给他吃，也总说没有吃到，还要。可是，我们度知道，他已经吃了好几颗了。走的时候他异常痛苦，母亲在撕心裂肺得哭，我也在憋着，临终时，我告诉他，你安心得走吧，家里有我。\n\n有我...\n\n就这样永别了。\n\n第二天，我去看了他，和他道别，摸了他，只感觉到刺骨的凉，没有任何生气的凉。我叫了他，他没应。\n我不知道，他是真走了，还是去了某个快乐的地方生活。我知道，我连梦里都见不着他了。\n\n他匆匆走过了他的一生，年仅49，只留下一屋两子全世界。",

      "body": "当我们有事情要做而推到以后再做时，我们清楚这会积攒问题。对“着手”的抵抗，这种显然的懒惰，我跟所有人都一样。\n\n问题的症结在哪？\n\n      首先困难并非来自于缺少毅力和意志，只是一个动力的问题。有些事我们必须做，比如打几个电话，发几个邮件之类的，没有任何乐趣。如果我们等待太久，我们很可能在最后时刻忙的不可开交，甚至造成错误，太快做的决定很难会是好的。\n\n\n      为了避免这样的情况，最好的办法是来一个“活”消灭一个。不过我这里要聊的并不是如何组织和安排工作，我这个帖子只对决定动手与不动手的那个特定时刻感兴趣。这个时刻很有意思。比如我，当这个时刻到来的时候我会权衡轻重，问我自己该从哪开始，让我一点一点找到动力，然后上网看看，然后… …几个小时过去后，什么都没有动。我也是个午睡的爱好者，叫午睡可能并不合适，因为这样的小憩对我来说要根据问题到来的时间，当我想到有事要做的时候，我就说小睡一会，起来精神充沛再干，虽然我不困，可也总能睡着，只是起来后或者更累更迷糊，或者就又是上网……\n\n      我只能说我是思想斗争的高手，而且胜负乃兵家常事，时间长了，尤其是因为耽误了许多重要事情或者经历几次最后时刻的疯狂之后，我对我的“决定动手”的能力失去了信心，我决定找一个方法帮助我，最后我找到了“时间盒”(Time boxing)，它没有让我变的不懒惰，但是却让我效率提高。\n\n那时间盒怎么玩呢？\n\n      从字面上看，好像是要把时间放到盒子里。这个方法最初是编程人员发明的，跟许多同类的方法一样，并不是编程人员比别人更懒，只是他们的工作太烦琐枯燥。随后这个方法就被那些想在生活中更加有效率的人当成宝贝。要玩这个游戏，我们只需要有一个计时器，表或者闹钟。\n\n      假设现在你的爱人让你统计你们家一个月的支出状况，因为这个工作确实没有意思，那么很自然地，你总是推迟拿起计算器的时间。现在你做在所有帐单收据的前面，问问你自己你能在这种无聊的活动上坚持多久？10分钟？20分钟？还是半个小时？不要高估自己。目的并不是完成这个活，而是让你开始动手。不要给自己压力。最后，假如说你觉得自己最多只能坚持10分钟。在开始前，清楚地想好，如果你能成功地坚持10分钟后你将给自己什么奖励，很重要。来瓶啤酒？睡一会？你选择好奖励后，给你的计时器定好10分钟，然后什么也不要想，立刻开始做账，告诉自己，就10分钟而已，之后有奖励。\n\n      开始的时候还是挺难的。但是经常在10分钟后你会感觉到，你的耐力也没那么差，做账也不是那么可怕，可以再坚持一会。没问题，别犹豫，给计时器上再加10分钟。\n\n新的一个10分钟过去后，你可能说“我快弄完了，还不如全部了解”，那么不需要太大的努力，你就把整个账弄完了。然后你就按照事先讲好的条件享受你的奖励去吧，千万别耍自己。\n\n      被广泛使用的时间盒的原理就是欺骗你的思想。当你面对一个无法让你产生动力的或者是很费力很费时间才能完成的事的时候，确实挺可怕的。如果说你需要写一篇文章，不管是要交稿还是发到自己的博客上，有时候确实很难下决心动笔的。（励志一生 http://www.lz13.cn）通过时间盒，恐惧就不见了，你不是面对几个小时在办公桌前的奋笔疾书，而是最多15分钟，你的精神可以接受的量。时间盒的目的就是绕过我们思想中的抗拒，完成必要的却枯燥的工作。\n\n      现在你会说，如果10分钟后，你立刻就想要你的奖励，再也不想听到算账这个工作，怎么办？没问题，你总算是进展了一点，根据你剩下的时间，比如3个小时后老婆就要回来检查了，你还会回来再来一两个10分钟，顺便再来一两个奖励，哪怕最后还是没有弄完，你可以告诉她，弄的差不多了。\n\n      也就是说要提前，时间盒可无法在最后关头来帮你完成必须完成的工作。但是假如你从接到任务的时候就开始对它用时间盒，任务可能自己就完成了，我说是可能。\n\n      从这时开始，懒惰对你来说就已经不存在了，除了日常琐事和工作，时间盒还可以在很多领域帮到你，看你自己如何利用了。事实上，懒惰并没有消失，只是被你绕了过去，其实完全没有必要战胜懒惰，懒惰是人类天性，也可以说是人类发展进步的动力，消除懒惰不合理也不可能。就像我之前的帖子中说毅力的坏话一样。",
