"个体与城市的关联背后，隐藏着一根叫运势的绳线。\n\n六七年前，小米和锤子两家科技企业先后从中关村搬往望京。当时，位于中关村银谷大厦的500平米办公室，实在无法容纳小米的扩张速度，雷军一声令下，公司迁往望京的卷石天地。此后小米4次搬家，最后迁回海淀，定居清河中街。\n\n锤子科技则一直扎根望京，流转于摩托罗拉大厦、绿地中心，直到2017年，罗永浩宣布总部要迁往成都。\n\n在智能手机的浪潮中沉浮，两名创始人的交集并未受到物理空间的限制。\n\n2012年的M2发布会上，老罗曾高举出“我是米粉”的牌子。2011年，出于欣赏，他同雷军在微博频繁互动，并到小米总部同雷军长聊3个小时，有心入伙小米。\n\n但那次聊天并不愉快，两人想法完全不同。罗永浩印象中，两人都保持着礼貌，但很不耐烦地听着对方的阔论。“雷军想做高性能、高性价比的手机，而我想做注重设计和用户体验的手机，只好另起炉灶了。”\n\n2012年4月8日，在雷军创立小米两年后，罗永浩宣布也要做智能手机。他要用工匠精神，从市场切走那块文艺、小而美的蛋糕。\n\n在擦身而过之后，两个人活出不同的模样。直到近日，同样因为“总部”风云，两家手机厂商引发不同的关注。\n\n01\n罗永浩曾经得意于45岁仍未买房。\n\n在微博上，这位“人生导师”指点年轻人：买不买房只是观念问题，比如他自己45岁一直租房，依然活得很好。字里行间跳跃的是一个中年男人未向现实妥协的自信。\n\n只是刚过了半年，话锋转了。在2017年11月的锤子发布会上，老罗介绍新品时顺便宣布，他在成都购置了人生第一套房产。成都将是锤子科技的新总部。\n\n这应该是8年前的罗永浩无法想象的选择。那一年，他刚出版了《我的奋斗》，身上最鲜明的标签是彪悍。去成都签售新书时，多达六个岔口的道路让老罗感叹，成都司机真不容易。\n\n锤子科技与成都的结合颇有闪婚的意味。去年8月，出现在极客公园创新者峰会上的罗永浩一脸松弛。他可以风淡云轻地坦承，2016年锤子凶险到两次发不出工资，6次被传倒闭，5次被传收购，不过现今有了新的融资，大约10亿元规模。“没意外的话，从秋天开始，我们手里会有大约 19 个亿的运作现金。”\n\n媒体很快挖出，锤子新一轮融资中，领投6亿元的是东方广益投资有限公司，有成都成华区政府背景。6亿元中，一半为股权融资，一半是债权融资。\n\n投资方也有自己的考量，东方广益负责人曾对媒体表示，“锤子科技作为手机制造商，同本土产业链互补性较强，符合成都目前正大力打造电子信息产业生态圈的重点方向。”\n\n看上去，风雨飘摇的锤子抱得大树，老罗也再不用被一分钱难倒英雄汉了。\n\n罗永浩自己将落户成都喻为“门当户对”。他透露，早在锤子科技成立的2012年，就曾接触过成都高新区天府软件园，“他们说了很多可以给我们的政策，挺吸引人的。”\n\n这也成为罗永浩从11个招商引资城市里选中成都的重要原因，毕竟对方送来的是真金白银。\n\n他身体力行地向成都靠拢：新品发布会搬到成都不说，他还现身说法——同一开发商楼盘，北京单价15万元，成都只要两万，于是他在成都买了人生第一套房;今年8月，在北京新品发布会上，锤子科技的前缀被刻意强调为“来自四川省成都市成华区的企业”。\n\n唯一的障碍似乎只剩下文化融入。在四川方言中，“锤子”一词有些不雅。在极客公园的一场活动中，罗永浩承认，在成都参会时，在座的都是严肃的企业家和政府官员。提到“锤子”时场面略为尴尬。他随后强调，公司一定会改名的。\n\n在最近一次声明中，锤子科技的落款成了成都野望数码科技有限公司。锤粉们还敏锐地发现，新品以坚果序列命名，在品牌形象上淡化锤子。\n\n不管不顾的老罗，圆融得越来越像个民营企业家。\n\n02\n就在锤子奔向西南的2017年，小米加快投向华中的怀抱。在成本驱动下，智能制造企业“逃离”北上广深已然成为一种趋势。\n\n雷军选择的是家乡湖北。2017年4月到8月，劳模雷军7次访问武汉。在微博上，他兴奋地宣布，小米要落户武汉。到了11月，小米，金山和顺为三家雷军系公司，在光谷金融港B24栋举办了热闹的入驻办公仪式。\n\n在通盘布局中，武汉会成为小米第二总部和研发中枢。雷军用浓重的仙桃口音向外介绍，“小米武汉总部是以万人规模来规划和思考的，以研发为核心”。而随后，“小米之家”的销售总部也落在了武汉。\n\n家乡政府自然予以各种回馈。小米武汉总部从签合同到交付，据说只用了5天时间。\n\n雷军的武汉情结广为人知，美好的大学时光是维系这种情感的最佳纽带。无论是樱花盛开的季节还是武汉大学校庆，你总能看到他在微博缅怀自己的读书时代。\n\n仙桃青年雷军是1987年考入武汉大学计算机系的。在图书馆看过的一本印刷粗糙的《硅谷之火》，让他在操场走了一夜，自此奠定了新的人生目标。而两年修完四年课程的学霸经历，又赋予了他人定胜天的愉悦感。\n\n学业最后两年，雷军在武汉知名的“电子一条街”(即广埠屯电脑数码城)创业，并开始研制杀毒软件《免疫90》。这款软件后来获得湖北省大学生科技成果一等奖，曾创下3个月卖出上万套的战绩。\n\n日后创业成名后，校友雷军在武汉大学捐赠成立“腾飞奖学金”和“雷军奖学金”，并于2016年10月捐赠9999.9999万元用于科学研究。\n\n不过生意场上终究还是利益导向。小米决心开辟武汉总部，于内，是在走出2016年的销量谷底后，加紧新零售线下布局的现实需要;于外;与二线城市2017年开始的疯狂“抢人大战”不无关联。\n\n武汉市委书记陈一新曾在2017年招商引资大会上，对雷军等武汉知名校友喊话：“你们的力量将不再被忽视”，同年4月底，武汉政府官员率团专程赴京，考察小米公司总部，邀请雷军回汉。\n\n最近流传小米集团《搬迁员工相关福利政策》显示，南迁小米员工除了有人才公寓，还可以享受不受当地限购政策影响，立即购房的福利。\n\n顺势而为，是雷军的信条之一。\n\n03\n长安米贵，白居不易。草根罗永浩在2000年成为北漂时，就体会到了在首都扎根的艰难。\n\n租住在北三环边的一个出租屋，耳边永远是轰隆隆的车轮子声，打开窗户就是呛人的汽车尾气。罗永浩干脆整天关着窗户，因为“屋里空气再差也不会比外面差”。\n\n在如此压抑的环境里，他给新东方创始人俞敏洪写了一封长信。在搞砸了两次试讲后，他终于成了一名英语老师。\n\n21岁就赚了第一桶的雷军，仅起点就比罗永浩高出一大截。同样是闯荡北京，雷军是大学毕业被分配到一家研究所。 1991年11月，在北京的计算机展览会上，他遇到了仰慕已久的“WPS之父”求伯君。一顿北京烤鸭之后，雷军加入金山北京研发部。作为北京开发部经理，他打出的招聘口号是“求伯君的今天就是我们的明天”。\n\n至1996年，金山软件总经理雷军已经跻身国内互联网十大杰出青年。彼时，马云的中国黄页刚刚上线，李彦宏还在美国留学。\n\n起点不同，直接决定了道路的曲直。“段子手”罗永浩2006年离开新东方，此后创立牛博网、开英语培训学校，他都是沿着熟悉的靠嘴创业的模式，直到2012年怀揣着理想主义杀入信奉另一套商业逻辑的制造业。\n\n此时年过40的雷军，抱着不是必赢就是必输的信念，带领小米抓住移动互联网的先机。在金山的“蹉跎”经历提醒他，决不能再做一家平庸的企业。\n\n雷军总结的互联网七字诀，连同“风口论”，让他一举成为当年互联网最炙手可热的人物，并拿下CCTV中国经济年度人物新锐奖。\n\n再次创业时，北京这座城市带给雷军的是高光和赞誉;外行罗永浩则在最初就习惯了理性到冷酷的环境。没有人看好老罗，就连借给他900万启动资金的陌陌创始人唐岩，也不相信他能成功：“我投资罗永浩无关其他，只因他是我的朋友。”\n\n更为窘困的是，2012年的手机市场，可比当年的英语培训市场残酷得多。就拿“中国的乔布斯”这个称号来说，和罗永浩相似的候选者至少就有3个，雷军、黄章、贾跃亭当时都被寄予过厚望。\n\n为了拿到移动互联网入口的门票，国内手机市场2011年左右已经掀起一场造机潮，当时的互联网界翘楚BAT，360等悉数入场，大可乐、小辣椒、1米、21克、大冰棒、黑米……一批看似与手机毫无关联的品牌涌现出来。这一年，国内功能机和智能手机上市新机型达到4744款。经过5年的淘汰，这个数字变成了274款。\n\n“我过去没有做手机的原因是因为过去手机是一个很复杂的工程，高度模块化的今天已经没有过去那么复杂了。”可惜事实证明罗永浩想错了，锤子的ROM系统和第一款手机先后跳票，千呼万唤始出来的T1也因为产能不足，不得不打脸降价。\n\n在批评过小米搞‘耍猴式’的饥饿营销后，罗永浩两次向雷军道歉。他发现，很多时候一个企业在走到一定规模、能完全控制产能之前，这是一个不得已的选择。\n\n雷军并未直接回应道歉。在小米走通了互联网手机模式后，竞争者纷纷效仿，比如华为推出荣耀、联想也推出ZUK，要雷军思考的事情太多。至2015年，小米走上神坛，冲到国内市场份额第一名。\n\n但制高点往往意味着危险。次年，雷军不得不离开北京的舒适区。这一年，小米手机销量下滑到第五，同比下降了36%。在清河五彩城办公室，雷军为小米制定了2016年的三个关键词：聚焦、补课、探索。\n\n为了补上渠道这一课，雷军为小米之家定下的KPI：未来三到四年，全国门店要达到1000家。为了达到知己知彼的效果，雷军还在去年8月份离开北京，到河南乡下考察4天，在友商OV门店前拍照。向二线城市迁徙，与小米拓展线下市场产生了自然关联。\n\n2016年，锤子手机在资金链断裂后，再度走到濒死的崖边。资产负债率99%，公司两次发不出工资，对员工只能编称银行系统出问题这样的烂借口。\n\n罗永浩四处寻找收购方。他还见过雷军：“很多人是基于对我的错误认识想投我，只有雷军是比较知道我们是怎么回事的。”\n\n虽然没有成为白衣骑士，但雷布斯依然给罗永浩留下了深刻的印象。\n\n04\n罗永浩与雷军有太多不同。\n\n有媒体记述了一个小细节：两家公司同样在2016年新品发布会上写错PPT。锤子科技是将提供核心技术的“三角兽”公司写成“独角兽”。罗永浩直接念错，经人提醒后才发觉，然后他特别激动地责问：“这个是谁干的?”\n\n而雷军是在报小米MIX报价环节主动发现失误。PPT错将“4GB+128GB”写为“6GB+128G”，雷军虽然自己说对了价格，但在看到PPT后，他还是马上问问场下工作人员，是不是写错了?然后镇定作出说明：“确实是我们的PPT写错了。”\n\n雷军是圈内著名的细节控，而罗永浩更为人知的是理想主义。\n\n在经历了多年的起伏后，两名创始人背后的公司，差距越拉越大。唯一的共同点，或许是向二线城市迁移。\n\n但如今这一选择也出现了不同走势。锤子科技被曝出解散成都总部，近百人被裁，2000平方米办公楼严重空置。\n\n坏消息似乎总是如影随形。锤子科技官方随后回应，公司为加强技术团队研发实力，对北京、深圳和成都三地的技术人员进行整合，公司成都总部的职能依旧保持不变。\n\n但依然有很多人猜测锤子命悬一线。《财经》杂志甚至给锤子科技判了“死刑”：锤子科技已经回天乏力，它不是第一家，也不会是最后一家。\n\n帝都罗永浩与雷军的创业之路
