En instagram no se podían mandar mensajes etc. Estos fueron algunos contratiempos, que tuvieron las tres empresas de Mark Zuckerberg. ¿Pero porque ocurrieron estos contratiempos?\n\n Facebook ha migrado WhatsApp a sus servidores, que tiene una capacidad superior, a la que tenia antes, y en noche vieja, del año pasado se puso a prueba este sistema. Ya que ese día las personas de todo el mundo, mandan millones de mensajes, pero el servidor se comporto a la altura y parecía que fuera difícil que las plataformas fallaran. Mientras tanto resulto curioso, que ni WhatsApp, Instagram ni Facebook. Dejaron de funcionar por completo, si no algunas de sus funciones. Ahora las compañías de Mark Zuckerberg, han aclarado las dudas, de que fue otra clase de problema. Dieron un comunicado sobre lo ocurrido: \n     \nAyer, como resultado de un cambio en la configuración del servidor, muchas personas tuvieron problemas para acceder a nuestras aplicaciones y servicios. Ahora hemos resuelto los problemas y nuestros sistemas se están recuperando. Lamentamos los inconvenientes y apreciamos la paciencia de todos.\n\nEsta vez no dejaron de hablar del problema técnico que tuvieron, pero si anunciaron un cambio en la configuración de los sistemas, que fue el origen de los problemas técnicos. El bote, etiquetado con el número de inventario C5757, contiene un individuo juvenil de tigre de Tasmania o tilacino, una de las especies extintas con más ejemplares conservados, depositado actualmente en los fondos de los Museos Victoria.\n\nA medida que el animal disminuía, museos de todo el mundo corrieron a hacerse con un tilacino para sus salas de exposición, que actualmente constituyen el último refugio de la especie una vez que se extinguió en 1936 debido a la caza. Utilizando técnicas inimaginables cuando el último tilacino murió en el zoológico de Hobart el siglo pasado, un equipo liderado por la Universidad de Melbourne acaba de secuenciar el genoma del tigre de Tasmania (Thylacinus cynocephalus), que se ha convertido así en uno de los mapas genéticos más completos de una especie extinguida.\n\nPara Andrew Pask, director del estudio, el tilacino es su proyecto más querido. Hace más de 10 años, resucitó, junto con un equipo internacional, un gen de la piel conservada de un tigre de Tasmania, pero el ADN estaba demasiado fragmentado para obtener el genoma completo. Así que el científico buscó en las bases de datos de los museos del mundo y encontró el espécimen C5757, un cachorro de tilacino de corta edad, en las colecciones de los Museos Victoria. Como el tigre de Tasmania era un marsupial ‒como se denomina a los mamíferos que tienen una bolsa o marsupio‒, el ejemplar se pudo conservar íntegro, lo cual permitió al equipo de investigadores extraer el ADN y utilizar técnicas punteras para secuenciar el genoma.\n\nAndrew Pask, profesor adjunto de la universidad, afirma que los resultados proporcionan el primer mapa genético completo del mayor superpredador australiano que sobrevivió hasta época moderna. \"El genoma nos permite confirmar la posición del tilacino en el árbol filogenético. El tigre de Tasmania pertenece a un linaje hermano de los dasiúridos, una familia que incluye al diablo de Tasmania y al ratón marsupial\", explica Pask, de la Escuela de Biociencias. Una cuestión importante es que el genoma ha revelado también la precaria salud, o la baja diversidad genética del tilacino antes de que fuese víctima de la caza excesiva. Las rayas del lomo se extendían desde los hombros hasta la base de la cola. Al igual que el dingo, el talacino era un animal muy tranquilo, aunque fue descrito como un cazador incansable que perseguía a su presa hasta agotarla.\n\nLos científicos consideran que el tilacino y el dingo constituyen uno de los mejores ejemplos de \"evolución convergente\", un proceso por el cual organismos que no están relacionados estrechamente entre sí evolucionan de manera independiente para adquirir el mismo aspecto a consecuencia de haber tenido que adaptarse a un entorno o a unos nichos ecológicos similares.\n\nAl parecer, debido a sus técnicas de caza y a la dieta a base de carne fresca, el cráneo y el cuerpo de ambos llegaron a ser extremadamente parecidos.
