      "body": "En los últimos 2 años hemos estado viviendo cosas que no creíamos poder vivir, la pandemia, guerra, bajas en los mercados especulativos, inflación en países que no creíamos ver, todo afecta no sólo la tecnología sino también la economía.\n\nCuando hacemos un close up en nuestros tiempos y encendemos la tv, radio, redes sociales, todo lo que vemos es más \"malo\" que bueno, obviamente tenemos casos de personas que caen esquemas piramidales, gente que aún está creyendo en que si inviertes $1 puedes ganar $10.000, incluso desde las redes sociales más estafas aún, pero esto por qué? es simple, las personas están buscando dinero como sea, sé que la pandemia dejó muy mal parado a muchas personas, afectando la economía de algunos en particular y de familias enteras, haciendo que muchas personas entren al mundo digital  a buscar trabajos, otros entran en casinos a ver si hacen dinero rápido( cosa que no recomiendo, sólo hacerlo si es para diversión) también en trabajos freelancer, entre otras opciones.\n\nMuy pocas personas tienen la cultura de multiplicar el dinero, pues es normal, no todos tienen una cultura y educación financiera alta, pues los que no estudian en alguna escuela de negocios o no leen los libros que sean enfocados a ello tienen poco conocimiento y si tienen dinero una cantidad considerable no les rendirá nada.\n\nQuienes son más listos, o tal vez un poco más astutos se ponen a estudiar la manera de poder incrementar su dinero, es decir, si tengo 500usd cómo puedo llevarlos a 1000usd? \n\nLas opciones son variadas:\n\n1.-Emprender con un negocio, ponerlo a prueba y establecer un ROI dentro de los estándares normales, la mayoría de negocios para que comiencen a dar ganancias es a partir de un ROI  a 3 años, y con trabajo constante, siempre con paciencia y persistencia.\n\n2.- Estar en mercados especulativos, pero esto requiere conocimiento para poder arriesgar el dinero y no perderlo todo, algunas personas que se consideran profesionales lo hacen e igual tienen pérdidas.\n\n3.- La inversión, si tenemos en mente la inversión podemos dividirla en varias:\n\na.-Bienes Raíces.\nb.-Stock Market.\nc.- Bitcoin y criptomonedas.\nd.-Stablecoins\ne:-Digital Gold.\n\nRápidamente podemos dar un pequeño bosquejo de los mismos: \n\na.-Bienes Raíces, siempre será una manera apropiada de poder tener nuestro dinero allí en inversión, lo único que puede trancar es la demanda y que el precio sube pero muy lento, a través de los años es que el precio sube en estos activos.\n\n b.-Stock Market, Si has leído al menos unos cuantos libros de Warren Buffet, y de especuladores del mercado, sabes de análisis técnico y tienes una gran manera de analizar las noticias sin dejarte llevar por las emociones, lo mejor es el trading o la inversión aquí, la inversión en el Stock Market la única desventaja que veo es que las ganancias está aunado  a los movimientos importantes, y por lo que he leído en algunos libros , los movimientos importantes ocurren cada 8-10 años y con las acciones que no defraudan jamás.\n\nc.-Bitcoin y criptomonedas, es una inversión que como todas tiene sus pro y contra, si es necesario que la persona sepa algo de cómo se mueve el mercado, de qué o de quienes dependen los movimientos, tener algunos conocimientos claros acerca de la oferta y demanda, particularmente para mi es bueno invertir en Bitcoin, la veo  como la acción o moneda que es más rentable, las demás criptomonedas no las recomiendo por el hecho de ser más inestables y dependen totalmente del Bitcoin.\n\nd.-Stablecoins, en ocasiones cuando vemos las noticias que dicen que el Bitcoin cayó, que las criptomonedas se fueron al piso, nosotros nos preguntamos en ocasiones, los inversores a donde ponen como refugio seguro su dinero?
