      "body": "0. 前言\n\n区块链技术发展迅速，碰到一个品种我们改如何去找到该项目的信息，用哪些标准和维度去评估这个项目，本文以IOTA这个品种为例，试图去把这些东西描述清楚，同时需要注意的是，投资是自己的事情，请自己判断，本文只做参考，不构成任何投资建议。\n\n1. 区块链技术特性及适用领域\n\n区块链技术本身并不是一个新的技术，而是由一些已经成熟的的技术整合而成，比如密码学技术，分布式网络等构成，区块链技术有以下几个特性：\n\na. 去中心化\n不需要依靠特定的组织和个人进行背书及维护，根据规则合约来，大家各司其职，保证好人干好事得到奖励，坏人作恶受到惩罚，形成一种更良性更高效的协作机制。\n\nb. 账务公开\n区块链中的数据全网公开可查（根据链的特性可设定相关的数据权限），以比特币网络为例，我们可以根据一个比特币地址查询该地址历史上的所有交易。\n\nc. 信息几乎不可篡改\n数据一旦写入区块链中，将很难篡改，51%算力攻击这个事儿虽然理论上可行，但是实际情况中几乎不可能出现。\n\n因此如果有些场景需要账务公开和去中心化特性，并利用该特性能够提高生产效率，使得现有的利益分配关系更加合理化，并且促进这个行业的发展，那么就可以用区块链技术去解决。移动互联网能变革某个行业是因为技术的力量和成熟的IT系统能提高资源的利用效率，节省时间，从而提高了生产力，同理区块链技术要想变革某个行业，就得看区块链技术的引入是否能提高这个行业的生产力，改善现有的协作关系。\n\n2. IOTA 项目简介\n\nAs the Internet-of-Things keep expanding, the need for interoperability and sharing of resources become a necessity. IOTA enables companies to explore new business-2-business models by making every technological resource a potential service to be traded on an open market in real time, with no fees.\n\n翻译：随着物联网技术的发展，资源之间的贡献及通信需求变得越来越迫切。 IOTA 使得企业能拓展新的B2B业务模型，即通过把每一个技术资源抽象成一个潜在的服务，该服务能够在公开市场是进行实时交易，并且没有手续费。\n\n按照我的理解就是，物联网是为了促进万物互联互通，把冰箱，洗衣机，自行车，手机，图书馆，汽车，公交站等等打通，共同接入到互联网中来，因此需要构筑一些基础设施，有些基础设施其实是可以共用的，比如充电桩，电瓶车充电可以用，电动骑车是不是也可以用，一个设备或者资源可以抽象成一个公共的服务，然后根据使用来付费，谁用谁付钱，而IOTA提供这样的交易平台，提供基础设施服务的公开交易。需要的人可以在这个网络上尽心购买，有富余的资源可以也可以通过IOTA进行出售。\n\nThe main innovation behind IOTA is the Tangle, a revolutionary new blockless distributed ledger which is scalable, lightweight and for the first time ever makes it possible to transfer value without any fees. Contrary to today’s Blockchains, consensus is no-longer decoupled but instead an intrinsic part of the system, leading to decentralized and self-regulating peer-to-peer network.\n\n翻译： IOTA 背后最主要的变格是 Tangle技术， 一种革命行的，无阻塞的分布式账本技术，该技术可扩容行，轻量级，第一次使得价值的传输不需要手续费。和当前现今的区块链技术相反，Tangle的共识机制不是和主系统解耦的，Tangle共识机制达成是主系统原生的一部分，依靠这个机制构建出一个去中心化和自治P2P网络。他有一个特性，他是可以抵御量子计算的攻击的。\n关于技术层面这个我没有做更加深入的分析，完全是站在分析解决问题的领域是否符合逻辑的角度去看的\n\n3. 价值分析\n\n当我们碰到一个区块链项目的时候如何去分析这个品种，通过哪些维度去衡量他的价值，以下可供参考:\n\na. 这个项目他解决了什么问题\n\nb. 他解决的这个问题是否一定需要用区块链技术去解决\n\nc. 他解决的这个问题是否有很大的市场想象空间\n\nd. 这个项目通过什么去商业化，商业化落地是否可行\n\n首先物联网把万物都链接到互联网中来这个趋势大家也看到，几乎不可阻挡，但是有一些资源确实存在着利用率不高，需要共享的问题，同时资源共享需要基于互相信任的基础上，IOTA提供去中心化的物联网服务资源交易平台，把所有的可交易资源放在这个网络中去。\n\n首先这个事儿从逻辑上是可行的，确实解决了物联网资源服务化及公开交易的事儿，\n同时这个事儿确实需要用到账务公开和去中心化这个特性，比如说我们目前还存在的漫游费，出国更是各种高收费，如果一旦资源全球统一定价，公开交易，打破了地域之间的壁垒，确实是会更加方便快捷，资源也会越来越便宜。\n\n物联网的发展前景这个也不用说了，从滴滴打车到共享单车，到智能公交站，智能家居等的发展，已经深深的改变了我们的生活。\n\n这一切的价值都得看这个团队和项目的具体落地，让我们用时间去检验。\n\n同时需要注意的是，这个项目目前也是处于早期阶段，具体能不能成，是否值得投资，这个都得看你自己的决定，投资的事儿永远是自己的事儿，自己决定，自担风险自享收益，不够成任何投资建议。\n\n4. 流动性分析\n\n目前IOTA这个品种只在bitfinex这个交易平台交易，一天的交易量在1000BTC左右，目前市值7亿美金左右，具体后面能发展成什么样子，一切都是不确定的。 同时Bitfinex这个交易平台的注册和认证会稍微麻烦一些，我折腾了好久才通过，如果你注册认证通过了，就可以充值BTC进行交易了。关于如何看交易量和品种的信息，大家可以去coinmarketcap.com 这个网站去找到这个品种的大部分信息，如果某个品种你在coinmarketcap.com这个网站找不到，那么十有八九是个骗子。同时给大家分享一下我个人总结的行业常用链接，这个链接能解决大家80%以上的工具使用问题，需要的请自取。\n(https://github.com/lrqstudy/BitcoinCommonSense/wiki)\n\n5. 总结\n\n关于某个区块链项目的分析维度大概就这个几个，首先你自己得清楚的了解，区块链技术的特性以及适用的场景，其实再分析这个项目用区块链去实现逻辑上是否可行，你得问自己这些问题，目前行业还是处于早期阶段，投资风险依然很高，同时跟自身情况有很大的关系，希望你能对自己的投资行为负责。",

      "body": "0. 前言\n\n在说这个问题之前，我先给大家讲讲做OTC碰到的一些比较有意思的事情\n\n1. 银行账户里的钱是你的吗\n\n一个朋友移民了欧洲，想在欧洲投资一些房产，然后就从中国大陆汇了钱过去买了房子，不久银行账户被强制冻结，罚了房款总额的30%，原因是因为没有向当地政府汇报海外资产。 卧槽，这样也可以，这不是明抢么，然后他告诉我，所以很多情况下他们的银行账户都不敢存超过1000块钱，手里都是现金，怕哪天政府就给冻结了，而且如果收到钱之后税务会去查，看你要不要交税啥的，反正都是各种坑，然后他们最近开始接触比特币，想配置一些。他进一步透露说，华商在欧洲是最容易被欺负的，当地政府经常以各种名义罚钱。\n\n突然发现在我天朝其实也挺好的。\n\n我不禁在想，我们银行账户里的钱真的属于我们自己吗？ 哪天政府以xx名义说我账户资产来源不明，说洗钱之类的冻结了，说冻结就冻结了，我们找谁说理去。\n\n虽然比特币这个东西看不见摸不着，而且波动幅度大，但是至少有一点，我自己钱包里的比特币就是我自己的，只有我有秘钥，我想给谁发就给谁发，由于总量固定，不担心贬值问题，至少在这个层面上做到了私人财产神圣不可侵犯。\n\n我们做场外交易的，我给他转比特币，他给我钱，然后我再去其他地方收低价的比特币，买家买到了自己需要的比特币，我们解决了他的问题，同时赚一些价差，我们就是这样，哪里的价格低就去哪儿买，哪里的价格高就去哪儿卖，比特币价格的巨幅波动风险我们来承担。\n\n2. 交换创造价值\n\n一直以来我们接受的教育都是: 劳动创造价值论，即商品的价值是:凝结在商品中无差别的人类劳动。\n\n如果一个商品没有凝结人类的无差别劳动，即使对人有利，也没有价值，比如空气和随手可得的水，虽然人们需要，但是他还是没有价值等到我们把他加工成氧气，或者矿泉水，他就又有价值了。 商品造出来了，卖不出去他有价值吗？\n\n按照奥派经济学原理: 交换创造价值，在上述交易流程中，每个流程节点的人都获得了好处，只有他们有好处，他们才愿意交换，我们给每个人都带来了好处，这些好处及利益有价值吗？\n\n比特币在这个过程中促进了商品，资金，信息等在全球范围内的快速流通，在这个节点中越多的人收益，他创造的价值也就越大。\n\n即使比特币这个东西看不到实体，不像黄金一样看得见摸得着，但是就是这样一个东西，承载了许多本来应该有货币提供的价值。\n\n比如自由流通，你可以试试给你美国的朋友转100W 试试，看有多艰难，要交多少手续费，要被相关部门盘查克扣多少。而用比特币，可以快速到账(虽然目前扩容问题还没有解决，区块比较拥堵，但是速度还是可以接受的)\n\n3. 金融业的本质\n\n我们经常能从新闻联播里听到这样一句话: 金融行业要更好的服务于实体经济。\n\n这个观念其实是有问题，金融业应该有其自身的发展规律，市场有自己的判断，那个行业投资回报高，钱就应该流到哪里去，实现资金效率最大化。如果是为了服务实体经济，那么就会出现很多很荒谬的事情。\n\n一家国企，本身都快亡了，做的业务落后，效率低下，为了所谓的支持实体经济，就不断的向银行申请贷款，这是对\n资金的一种浪费，做不好的，效率低的，生产力跟不上的，该破产破产，把资源整合到其他需要的地方去。\n\n同样的道理我们去思考ICO这种融资方式，他打破了传统公司融资渠道单一的情况，分分钟融资几个亿，这样的融资效率外行们是看不懂的,大家不要只看到垃圾项目ICO可以轻松的骗到钱,然后就吐槽ICO这不好那不好，这只是一种工具，一种全新的融资方式，任何人都可以用，坏人用来干坏事，好人也可以用来干好事，我们要做的就是不断提升自己的认知水平，远离垃圾项目和团队，传统的融资渠道不变革，ICO来破这个局，我们也很快就能看到越来越多的优秀项目迅速获得融资，去做好项目本身，然后回馈整个社区。\n\n总结一点就是金融业就是个钱生钱的生意，不需要做什么慈善，不需要刻意去支持所谓的实体经济，如果能合法的把手里的钱生得更多，说明我们资金的使用及流转效率更高。\n\n4. 总结\n\n交换创造价值，只要交易双方都能从交易中获得好处，这样的事情才能持续下去，比特币或者数字货币在这个过程中充当了流通媒介，促进了商品信息，资本在全球范围内的快速自由流通，即使他看不见摸不着，这都不影响他发挥这个价值",

In the event of a User Activated Hard Fork (UAHF) on 1 August or thereafter, it is important to clarify that Bitstamp would not be in a position to support Bitcoin Cash (BCC), the coin associated with the Bitcoin Cash proposal. In Bitstamp's view, BCC is an alt-coin and the decision to list BCC tokens remains at our sole discretion at all times.\n\nIf Bitstamp chooses to list BCC, we would decide at our own discretion on what course of action to take with balances deriving from the hard fork.
