      "body": "\"Brain-care\" this is an innovative term that I have come up with, I have observed that there is a certain set pattern in which our brain functions,as soon as a problem arrives our brain automatically recalls the memory related to it and works on auto-pilot mode,this is the reason some people fight with a situation whereas some chooses flight mode,the wiring of our brain was done when we were kids,unaware of what is happening with our minds,therefore the mind of a child is said to be very sensitive and it takes conceives everything around itself to be true , and so whatever information is instilled into a mind it starts functioning in that particular manner,due to some set patterns of thinking our mind has become closed and has restrained itself to certain limits,and for the brain the limits are for real,it never tries to analyse those limits and go beyond them,to explain this I can give you a common example - mostly it is assumed that only when we get admission into a top college can we find elite jobs and comfortable life-styles,well on the contrary there are various people who never went to a college and have used their knowledge and power of imagination to create technologies that have made history,so no matter whatever we may plan for ourselves everything is debatable, nothing in life guarantee success ,anything can happen at any time, all that works is a never giving up attitude,well that goes in a different direction ,lets come back to the topic we were talking about,the brain,the brain is a complex organ of our body and it controls almost every activity that we do in a day,unknowingly or knowingly some people are giving their brain a right direction,and therefore their life is in right direction,so if we all want to lead a life that is completely happy and peaceful we should try and understand our brain,and it is very simple to do that,by simply being aware of it,being aware of what thoughts are coming in our mind and what triggers are they making in our body,what kind of thoughts are taking away our peace of mind and are we giving too much of our energy in useless fears , the day we will understand our brain ,our thoughts,our fears , we will understand ourselves and we will live a happy life,because most of the time what happens is that our brain works on auto-pilot and we are unable to understand what the real problem is and what are the solutions,we get trapped into our own self-created world of problems,an practical way of doing this is by writing everything that we notice inside our brain on a piece of paper,and then everything will be in-front of us,  we will clearly see what the problems are and how many problems can be solved by our efforts and how many problems are not in our control.\nSometimes there are various problems that are not in our control,the control is completely in the hands of the other person and we are trying to solve such problems,here we are just wasting our energies ,the best thing to do at such point is invest our energy in improving our own-selves and leave the rest,and in this manner slowly and steadily we will overcome every problem that comes in our way.\nAlso our brain needs some mental exercise daily that is reading something good,solving puzzles and doing some productive work that makes you feel alive and cheerful,the mental health is maintained with daily efforts and on the other hand if we spend our day watching t.v. ,laying on the bed all day,sleeping,the activity of the brain automatically goes down,therefore it is necessary that we invest our time in improving our mental health everyday.\n![18519974_302716570164329_8822359338255348785_n.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmdgdznzjbQWA3VA6H1eXDQQqCcrDfLGd5NmVWm5ThyNky/18519974_302716570164329_8822359338255348785_n.jpg)",

      "body": "Dear Indian Education System,\n\nI want to have a talk with you,12 years of schooling had passed but you never listened ,I hope today we can talk,and I know I am not eligible for your  various government colleges but I wonder if I am eligible to have a conversation with you,and even if I am not allowed,I hope you can just listen!!\n\nSince childhood all I could imagine was being a doctor,looking at my mother who is also a biology teacher ,i observed what she used to teach to her students,I wondered how beautiful it would be become a doctor one day,growing up my desire grew more and more little did I know that Indian education is certainly dose'nt value dreams it values marksheets.\n\nTill highschool I was a decent student but then came a point where I had to decide to choose within the streams , I immediately jumped on to biology,as excited as I was I attented the classes,some teachers came ,some did not,those of who came were some how interested to make machines out of students,but my entire class,each child present there was not ready to become one,so all of us used to laugh,talk,eat lunch boxes and wait for the bell to ring,soon 12 boards came and all of us were warned by our parents to study well and otherwise we would not end up into good colleges and we will be jobless,filled with fear ,all tried to mug up the content in books and score 90% else the society would not respect us...but I could not bow down to the pressure, when I was just interested in Biology why should I study physics,why? I have nothing against the subject,the subject is beautiful and defines the ultimate truth of universe but it was completely different from what i was taught in books,why should I solve those numericals ,i could never understand...?\nWhy we are not taught with a practical approach to life? why we are taught to mug up 'Energy can either be created nor be destroyed,it can only be transfered' ,why it can't be explained practically that everything around us is made up of energy and as atoms vibrate and change location they get transfered,\nwhy we are judged on what we write for 3 hours in the paper?\nhow does that even makes sense? why we are not taught the education which improves the very meaning of life?\nOur brain was trained to copy and paste,it was trained to mug and vomit,and therefore our creativity has died through years.\n\nSo I as always disinterested in learning through my books scored a average score, all my life I have been this average student,but then I decided to go out of my town and prepare for mbbs,I owe everything to that city ,it opened the closed doors of my mind ,I viewed education through a completely different tangent,my views compeltely chanded but the exam consisted of physics ,chemistry and biology therefore I failed to crack the exam...\nI came back with a tag of failure,everybody giving strange looks to me and my family,I was mocked by everyone,that failure completely broke me,but it was the time when my middle class mentality broke and I looked at various other options , I tried various things ,I tried to explore myself everyday,I again was blown away when I came to know about so many options that are present in this world and I realised how this world is so huge and there are infinite possibilites for anyone who has a creative mind and free spirit,\nI am not blaming you or my teachers or my society because they too went through you,how can mango come out of a neem tree!\nI take my own responsibility and therefore I feel free,in all the years of my school i have never felt so free,you will never understand what it feels to be have a free spirit and enchance the creativity through expanding the mind,waking up each day with a passion to express inner happiness,life becomes beautiful or else the machinery life kills the joy out of us but I am sure you want machines that work under you and for you,sorry I am not one of them,it can never work between us ,so let's break up!\n\nAnd yeah now you would ask without a degree how to will I earn a living ,but you don't worry I will figure it out,and you or anybody else around me can never break the faith in me,I will be what I want to be,no matter what!!\n ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/pjt7ysm9sq.jpg)",

      "body": "I firmly believe that mental health is the biggest issue that we are facing in today's era but at the same time it is strange that we are avoiding this issue because of the stigma that is attached to it,let's come together and address this issue and be aware about it,various people are facing various kinds of problems that are hindering their personal and professional growth,and mental problems not just include depression,bi-polar disorders etc,but also involve anxiety,over-thinking,feeling of loneliness,emptiness,state of paralysis,and various other small symptoms that lead to bigger diseases,let's talk about anxiety today :-\n![28576490_415064895596162_3353797531826307686_n.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmUv9mUxqeEbSZcAUUJJPMMz3e93kvWkA5ebVCB1fn8R1Q/28576490_415064895596162_3353797531826307686_n.png)\nANXIETY - \n\n-This is one of the most  common problem various people feel,although a little bit of anxiety is considered to be normal but feeling it all day long can have a deep impact on our brain.\n\n-Anxiety usually comes from fear, when fear of loosing anything over-powers us then it transforms into anxiety ,this is a feeling that blocks the energy and increases the pace of our breath.\n\n-It also leads to panic attacks,sweating and most importantly depletes our efficiency,further it can cause vomiting,headaches the symptoms are dangerous to health.\n\n-Also we need to know the difference between fear and anxiety,so for example if you are crossing a road you will check both the sides of the road and then cross it so you might not end up with an accident therefore this fear is necessary for the human body but when you start to assume things consistently all day long,create difficult situations for yourself in your mind without any logical reasons and then start feeling anxious then it is a problem.\n\n-Another thing is that even if you are having real problems in life for example your business is sinking down and you are in financial depth then instead of searching for a solution you keep thinking why did it happen to you? why only you? why not somebody else? questions that are irrelevant and have no answer you are probably not on the right track, this thought process may lead to anxiety.\n\n-The root causes of anxiety can be your wrong thought process,imbalances in your food,staying away from your home for too long,stress,wrong life-style,certain chemical imbalances in body that arise due to too much of travelling it can be anything,but you need to analyse that is there something wrong with my thoughts or lifestyle and correct it.\n\n-May be you are at a stage where you are in control of the situation,thoughts and feelings then you must analyse the cause and find the required solution but if you are not in control then it is completely okay to take help from a counselor,psychologist etc,you deserve to be happy and not suffer everyday with such heaviness inside.\n\n-So there are times in life when situations are not in our control,things just happen for whatever reason then we must have the courage to accept them and move ahead instead of developing a fear inside us,that is when we call problems can either break us or make us.\n\nALWAYS REMEMBER YOU ARE BIGGER THAN YOUR PROBLEMS,AND NEVER LET ANY PROBLEM OVER-POWER YOUR MIND ,WHEN YOU PLACE YOURSELF ABOVE EVERY FEAR,YOU BECOME UNSTOPPABLE!! :)",
