      "body": "Hello Steemians! I'm glad I have Steemit post today. It's been one month I was not active here because I am busy. I woke up around 6 am. My energy when I woke up was restored a little bit. I had a stomach ache. Yesterday, our neighbor gave us a benignet.\nIt’s  a common food in the Philippines to be served during Good Friday. It is a combination of cassava, sweet potatoes, coconut milk, yam, ube, banana, jackfruit, tapioca pearls, sugar, and glutinous rice flour to be stewed together for around 40 minutes. Maybe, the effect of me is taking number 2 more than three times a day because I was eating a lot. So I ran going to the comfort room and my stomach ache was relieved. I went back to bed coz I was still sleepy, but I couldn't sleep because my anxiety attacked again. Yet, it was just an anxiety that cannot defeat me, so I sit up for 80 counts in bed, chitchatted with my family, listened to my favorite music, ate my breakfast, read good books, and later, the dark thought was gone.\n\nSometimes in Highschool, the other passengers in the bus didn't notice the silent panic attack I felt when the driver run the vehicle speedingly. I could feel my cold sweats and fast heartbeat while overthinking unexisting things when I stare at the moving views on the ground.\n\n**When did that phobia begin?** If I remember Sky High. There are a love story and nice graphics at that time, but the episode when they ride an unstoppable bus until they flew to the Sky gave me anxiety sometimes in the middle of the travel. Many beautiful scenes reflected my teenage life before, like, when the leading man has a crush on the girl, their homecomings, and the bullies. But I can always remember that scene when they were nervous that the bus won't stop 'till they reached the other planet. \n\nNow that I am almost 30, I always remind my nephew and little sister to pick a good movie that is accurate for their age. As they said, parental guidance is advised when the young ones watch movies they want, but not all the time we're by their side to choose what is good for them. I don't want them to grow up with fear just because of the film they saw. Of course, content with nudity and violence is prohibited too unless they're at the right age.",

There are a love story and nice graphics at that time, but the episode when they ride an unstoppable bus until they flew to the Sky gave me anxiety sometimes in the middle of the travel. Many beautiful scenes reflected my teenage life before, like, when the leading man has a crush on the girl, their homecomings, and the bullies. But I can always remember that scene when they were nervous that the bus won't stop 'till they reached the other planet. \n\nNow that I am almost 30, I always remind my nephew and little sister to pick a good movie that is accurate for their age. As they said, parental guidance is advised when the young ones watch movies they want, but not all the time we're by their side to choose what is good for them. I don't want them to grow up with fear just because of the film they saw. Of course, content with nudity and violence is prohibited too unless they're at the right age.",
