La tecnología mete sus manos y gracias a eso tenemos el famoso VAR, video arbitraje, cronometros que avisan si el balón cruza la línea de gol, etc.\n\nAhora para darle mas suspenso (o a lo mejor no) a esos episodios en los partidos echaran a andar las siguientes y nuevas reglas:\n\n - No seguirá la jugada después de un penal atajado o que rebote en los \n   palos.\n\nLuego de ejecutado el tiro penal puede ocurrir lo siguiente:\nSi es gol, debe haber saque desde el centro de la cancha.\nSi el tiro sale fuera, se cobra saque de meta.\n    \n\nLa nueva propuesta es que si el tiro es atajado por el arquero o el tiro choca en los postes la jugada que inmediatamente invalidada y se hará saque de meta. Esto implica que desaparezcan los jugadores en el área a la espera del rebote del balón.\n\n - Adiós a las manos\n\nYa no tendrá validez ataques marcados con el brazo o mano de manera accidental.\n\n - No es necesario que el cambio de jugador se haga desde el centro del   campo.\n\nPara evitar retardo el jugador podrá salir desde el lado del campo en el que se encuentre jugando.\n\n - Saque del arquero\n\nDespués de que saque el arquero se podrá tocar la pelota dentro del área con las manos.\n\n - Los directores técnicos también podrán ser amonestados y expulsados\n\nPara esto se esta estudiando el tema de los colores de las tarjetas para oficializar sus faltas.\n\n - Pique a tierra cuando la pelota toque al árbitro\n\nCuando la pelota toque al árbitro tendrá que hacer un pique a tierra. Podrán señalar un balón a tierra si así lo consideran cuando la pelota los toca.\n\n - Distancia de los rivales\n\nLa distancia entre la barrera y la pelota al momento de un tiro libre debe ser de un metro es decir, ya **no se** **aceptaran** **jugadores del equipo contrario en la barrera** durante un tiro libre. A todo esto se le suma el uso de la tecnología que actualmente vemos en estas citas deportivas como el famoso VAR y el uso de un dispositivo en el reloj del arbitro que vibra cuando el balón cruza la linea de la arquería para decretar un gol tal como sucedió en el juego entre la Juve y el Atlético de Madrid donde un jugador cabeceo y el arquero saca de aire n un salto la pelota pero el arbitro principal detiene la jugada, señala su dispositivo en la muñeca y canta el gol para la Juve.
