      "body": "![ಹೊಯ್ಸಳರ ಚಿಹ್ನೆ (source:Wikimedia)](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8e/Hoysala_emblem.JPG)\n\n“ಕನ್ಮಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋರಾಡುವ, ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬದುಕುವ” ಇಂತಃ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳು ೫೦-೬೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ವರ್ಣದ ಮೋಹಕೀಯ ಶಬ್ದಾಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಹು ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. “StopHindiImperialism”, ಅದು ಇದು, ಅಂತ ಕೂಗಿ ಬೇರಿಲ್ಲದ IT ಕೂಲಿ ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಗರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ ಇಂದು. ಕೇಳ್ರಪ್ಪಾ ಕೇಳ್ರಿ. ಈ ಚಳುವಳಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ್ರಾಶಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಮ್ಮ “progressive” ಪ್ರೀಸ್ಟುಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡುಗೋಲು ಹಿಡಿದು ಹಿಂಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ಅಭಿಮಾನದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಓದುಗರ “ಎಳೆ” ಮನಸನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಿನ ಗೋಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಬದಲು ಭೂತಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಃ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ಕರ್ಮಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ನಾವು ಈ ತಂತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಹೇಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೇಲೀಲೇಖನ.\n\nಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಜನರು; ನಮಗೆ, ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿನಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದೇ ಇಂದು ಗುರಿ. ಅವರ ಗರ್ವ ಕಂಡು ನಮಿಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿನಂತೇ ಒಂದು ಗುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗ ಸೇರುವ ಪರಮಾಸೆ. ತಮಿಳುದೇಶದ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಹುದಾದ ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದರೂ, ತಮಿಳು ಭಾಷೆಯ ಸಂಸಾರದೋಳಗೆ, ಭಾರತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ತರಹ, ಎಲ್ಲಾವೂ ಪೋಳ್ಳೇ. ತಮಿಳಿನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸಿಂಹಾರೋಷದಿಂದ ಕೂಗಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ 2010ರ ವರೆಗೂ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗಿನನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಅರಿವೇ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ತಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆಳಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ಇಂದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಔಷಧಿ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಇನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲಜಾತಿಯ ಕೈಯಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೆ. ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ ಇದು ಕೂಡ ಕಣ್ಮರೆಮಾಡಲು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ. ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೋಡಲು, ಭಾಷಾಂತರಿಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಓಡಿಸಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೋಸಬ್ಬರೆಲ್ಲಾ ದರ್ಬಾರಿಗಳು. ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಉದ್ಧಾರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ತಮಿಳು ? ಈ ಕೋಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀ ಹೋರಗಿನವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ. ಪ್ರೌದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲರಾಜ್ಯದವು. ಕಳಪೇ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ತಮಿಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲೆತವರ IT ಕೂಲಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಉಪಯೋಗಬಾರದವರು – ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಜನರ ಮನದೋಯ್ಯಲು ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಕ್ವೋಟಾ ತಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಂಗ್ಲದ ಸಾಗರಕ್ಕೇ ಒಂದು ಕೂಪೀಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ಶಿವನ ಸಮಾನ ಎನ್ನುವ ಜನರು. ಯಾವುದೋ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ evangelist ಮಾತಿನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಂದು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು, ಆ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೇ, ಆ ಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೇ ದಾಸ್ಯುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಡೆ ಇಟ್ಟರು.\n\nಚೀನ, ಥಾಯಿದೇಶ, ತೈವಾನ್, ನಿಹೋನ್ (ಜಪಾನ್), ಮತ್ತಿತರ ದೇಶಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ, ಆವಾವ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುತ್ತವೆಯೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು, ಹುಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದಲೇ ನಾಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ಟುಸು ಪುಸು ಎಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ನುಡಿಯುವ ನಕಲಿ WASP (White-Anglo-Saxon-Protestant) ಜನರ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ – “English advantage” ಹೌದು ಆಂಗ್ಲದೇಶೀಯರಿಗೆ. ಈ ವಿಶಯದ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣ್ಯತೆಗೆ, ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲಡೆ ಬೇರೂರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು, ದೃಶ್ಯಕಾವ್ಯಗಳ ಕನ್ನಡಕಳಪೆ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳು ಸೂಚಿಗಳು. ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ೯೫% ಗಿಂತಲೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಜನ ಆಂಗ್ಲವನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಶೇಕಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯುಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೆಷ್ಚು ಬೆಲೆಯೆಂದರೇ, ಈ ಭಾಷಾಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದೆಷ್ಚು ಭಕ್ತಿ, ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರೇಮ ನೋಡಿ.\n\nಭಾರತವು ಇಂದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪಾಲು ಇಂತಹ WASP ನಕಲು ಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ. ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದವರು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ನಿಯಮವಾಗಿ ಆಂಗ್ಲೋ-ಸಾಕ್ಸನ್ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾರೆ – ನಕಲು ದೇಶಕ್ಕಿಂತ ವಾಸಿಯಲ್ಲವೇ ? ಈ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹೋತ್ತ ಪೆದ್ದರು ಇದೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಳಪೆ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಜನರು ಇಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದು ಕೋಂಡು ಆಂಗ್ಲರ ಕೂಲಿಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು remote ಆಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ದರ್ಬಾರಿಗಳ ಭೋಗಕ್ಕೇ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮಿತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಮುದ್ರಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಜನರರಿಂದ ಕದಿಯುತ್ತದೆ, ಹೋರಗಿನವರಿಗೆ ಮಾರುತ್ತದೆ. ವೆಚ್ಛದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಲಾಭಿಸುವ ಜನರು ಈ ಕೂಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಾಯಿತುಂಬಾ ಹೊಗಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಪೂರ್ವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಗಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಮಾಯಾಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೂಟಿಮಾಡಿದವರನ್ನು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟು, ಆ ಪರದೇಶಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಹೀಗೆನ್ನುವುದು ಸಹಜ. ಇದರ ಪ್ರಮೇಯಕ್ಕೇ AIT ಎಂಬ ಅನೃತವನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡ ಶೃಷ್ಠಿಮಾಡಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಶಬ್ದಜಾಲಕರು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ನೆಲ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ನುಂಗಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಡೆ ಇದೇ ತರಹದ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿ, ಈ ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳು ಆಘ್ರಿಕಾ, ಏಶಿಯಾದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಡಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳದ ಭಟರ ಕೈಯಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಈ ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಲೂಟಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ನಾವು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸ್ಢಾಪನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯವಲ್ಲ, ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ಮಾಡದಿರುವುದರ ಕರ್ಮ.\n\nಆಂಗ್ಲರು (ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಯೂರೋಪಿ ದೇಶಗಳು, ತುರ್ಕೀಗಳು) ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೋನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭದ್ರಗೋಳಿಸಲು, ಜನರ ಜೀವಾಧಾರವನ್ನು, ಅವರ ಸಂಪ್ರಧಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು, ಅವರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಭಾವವನ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸಿ, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳನ್ನೋತ್ತಿ ತಾವೆ ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತರು. “ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ” ಬಂತು, ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರನ ಬಣ್ಣ ಬದಲಾಯಿತು – ಪುತ್ತಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ? ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತವು ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ೩೦% ಪಾಲು ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತೋ, ಇವತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀ ೫% ಇದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂದ್ರರು, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಡೆ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದವೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದು ಬರೀ ದಾರಿದ್ರ್ಯತೆ ಇದೇ. ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂದ್ರರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಯಭಟ, ವ್ಯಾಸ, ಕಾಲಿದಾಸ ಮತ್ತಿನ್ನಿತರ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು ಜನ್ಮಿಸಿ ಸರಸ್ವತೀಯನ್ನೇ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ತಂದರೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲೋ ಬೂಟಿನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಸಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೂವುಗಳು. ಇದಕ್ಕೇ ಯಾರು ಕಾರಣ ? ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಅತಿಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೇಯನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಿದವರಾ, ಅಥವಾ ನಮ್ಮವರಿಂದ ಈ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತುಪಾಕಿಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಿಟ್ಟು ಧನವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೋಂಡೋಯ್ದವರಾ ?\n\nಹಿಂದಿಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಲು ಬಂದ ಮಹಾಪುರುಷರು ಎಲ್ಲೋ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ವಾರ್ತಾಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿಯು ಲಾಟಿನ್ ಲಿಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡರೆ, ಬೃ.ಬೆಂ.ಮ.ಪ ಹಿಂದಿ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ ತೆರೆದರೆ, ವಿಮಾನ/ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರೀ ಕಂಡರೇ, ಆಕ್ರೋಷದಿಂದ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಣ್ಮರೆಗಾಗಿ ದೆಹಲಿಯ ಹುಚ್ಚರು ಏನೋಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ಇದೇ ಚಾನ್ಸು ಅಂತ ಇನ್ನೋಂದೆಡೆ ಕಣ್ಮರೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಲಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹರಿಗೆ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ-ಆಂಗ್ಲರಾಜ್ಯದ “linguistic apartheid”, ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕಂಡರು ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾಡಿದ ತತ್ಕ್ಷಣ ದುಡ್ಡು ಬರುವುದು ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು NGO ಭಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ. ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋರಗಿಟ್ಟರೇ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಬೆಳವಣೆಗೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ ? ಒಂದು ಪಂಕ್ತಿಯ ಟುಸುಪುಸುಯೆನ್ನುವ ಆಂಗ್ಲಭಟರನ್ನು ನಾವು ಶ್ರಮವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಬಹುದು – ಇಂತಹರಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಗಾಳಿಯು ಕೂಡ ಅಪ್ರಗತಿಶೀಲತೆಯ ಸಜ್ಞೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಇನ್ನೋಂದು ರೀತಿಯ ಗುಪ್ತ ಭಟರು ಬಹಳ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ. ಕಲಿ ಯುಗ ಇದು. ನೋಡ್ರಪ್ಪಾ ಈ ಆಂಗ್ಲಭಟರ ದೇಶೀಯ ಕುಣಿತ.",

      "body": "![ಹೊಯ್ಸಳರ ಚಿಹ್ನೆ (source:Wikimedia)](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8e/Hoysala_emblem.JPG)\n\n“ಕನ್ಮಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋರಾಡುವ, ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬದುಕುವ” ಇಂತಃ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳು ೫೦-೬೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ವರ್ಣದ ಮೋಹಕೀಯ ಶಬ್ದಾಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಹು ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. “StopHindiImperialism”, ಅದು ಇದು, ಅಂತ ಕೂಗಿ ಬೇರಿಲ್ಲದ IT ಕೂಲಿ ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಗರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ ಇಂದು. ಕೇಳ್ರಪ್ಪಾ ಕೇಳ್ರಿ. ಈ ಚಳುವಳಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ್ರಾಶಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಮ್ಮ “progressive” ಪ್ರೀಸ್ಟುಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡುಗೋಲು ಹಿಡಿದು ಹಿಂಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ಅಭಿಮಾನದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಓದುಗರ “ಎಳೆ” ಮನಸನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಿನ ಗೋಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಬದಲು ಭೂತಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಃ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ಕರ್ಮಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ನಾವು ಈ ತಂತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಹೇಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೇಲೀಲೇಖನ.\n\nಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಜನರು; ನಮಗೆ, ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿನಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದೇ ಇಂದು ಗುರಿ. ಅವರ ಗರ್ವ ಕಂಡು ನಮಿಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿನಂತೇ ಒಂದು ಗುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗ ಸೇರುವ ಪರಮಾಸೆ. ತಮಿಳುದೇಶದ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಹುದಾದ ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದರೂ, ತಮಿಳು ಭಾಷೆಯ ಸಂಸಾರದೋಳಗೆ, ಭಾರತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ತರಹ, ಎಲ್ಲಾವೂ ಪೋಳ್ಳೇ. ತಮಿಳಿನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸಿಂಹಾರೋಷದಿಂದ ಕೂಗಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ 2010ರ ವರೆಗೂ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗಿನನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಅರಿವೇ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ತಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆಳಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ಇಂದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಔಷಧಿ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಇನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲಜಾತಿಯ ಕೈಯಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೆ. ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ ಇದು ಕೂಡ ಕಣ್ಮರೆಮಾಡಲು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ. ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೋಡಲು, ಭಾಷಾಂತರಿಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಓಡಿಸಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೋಸಬ್ಬರೆಲ್ಲಾ ದರ್ಬಾರಿಗಳು. ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಉದ್ಧಾರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ತಮಿಳು ? ಈ ಕೋಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀ ಹೋರಗಿನವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ. ಪ್ರೌದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲರಾಜ್ಯದವು. ಕಳಪೇ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ತಮಿಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲೆತವರ IT ಕೂಲಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಉಪಯೋಗಬಾರದವರು – ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಜನರ ಮನದೋಯ್ಯಲು ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಕ್ವೋಟಾ ತಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಂಗ್ಲದ ಸಾಗರಕ್ಕೇ ಒಂದು ಕೂಪೀಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ಶಿವನ ಸಮಾನ ಎನ್ನುವ ಜನರು. ಯಾವುದೋ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ evangelist ಮಾತಿನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಂದು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು, ಆ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೇ, ಆ ಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೇ ದಾಸ್ಯುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಡೆ ಇಟ್ಟರು.\n\nಚೀನ, ಥಾಯಿದೇಶ, ತೈವಾನ್, ನಿಹೋನ್ (ಜಪಾನ್), ಮತ್ತಿತರ ದೇಶಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ, ಆವಾವ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುತ್ತವೆಯೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು, ಹುಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದಲೇ ನಾಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ಟುಸು ಪುಸು ಎಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ನುಡಿಯುವ ನಕಲಿ WASP (White-Anglo-Saxon-Protestant) ಜನರ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ – “English advantage” ಹೌದು ಆಂಗ್ಲದೇಶೀಯರಿಗೆ. ಈ ವಿಶಯದ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣ್ಯತೆಗೆ, ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲಡೆ ಬೇರೂರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು, ದೃಶ್ಯಕಾವ್ಯಗಳ ಕನ್ನಡಕಳಪೆ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳು ಸೂಚಿಗಳು. ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ೯೫% ಗಿಂತಲೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಜನ ಆಂಗ್ಲವನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಶೇಕಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯುಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೆಷ್ಚು ಬೆಲೆಯೆಂದರೇ, ಈ ಭಾಷಾಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದೆಷ್ಚು ಭಕ್ತಿ, ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರೇಮ ನೋಡಿ.\n\nಭಾರತವು ಇಂದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪಾಲು ಇಂತಹ WASP ನಕಲು ಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ. ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದವರು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ನಿಯಮವಾಗಿ ಆಂಗ್ಲೋ-ಸಾಕ್ಸನ್ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾರೆ – ನಕಲು ದೇಶಕ್ಕಿಂತ ವಾಸಿಯಲ್ಲವೇ ? ಈ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹೋತ್ತ ಪೆದ್ದರು ಇದೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಳಪೆ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಜನರು ಇಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದು ಕೋಂಡು ಆಂಗ್ಲರ ಕೂಲಿಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು remote ಆಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ದರ್ಬಾರಿಗಳ ಭೋಗಕ್ಕೇ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮಿತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಮುದ್ರಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಜನರರಿಂದ ಕದಿಯುತ್ತದೆ, ಹೋರಗಿನವರಿಗೆ ಮಾರುತ್ತದೆ. ವೆಚ್ಛದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಲಾಭಿಸುವ ಜನರು ಈ ಕೂಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಾಯಿತುಂಬಾ ಹೊಗಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಪೂರ್ವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಗಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಮಾಯಾಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೂಟಿಮಾಡಿದವರನ್ನು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟು, ಆ ಪರದೇಶಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಹೀಗೆನ್ನುವುದು ಸಹಜ. ಇದರ ಪ್ರಮೇಯಕ್ಕೇ AIT ಎಂಬ ಅನೃತವನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡ ಶೃಷ್ಠಿಮಾಡಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಶಬ್ದಜಾಲಕರು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ನೆಲ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ನುಂಗಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಡೆ ಇದೇ ತರಹದ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿ, ಈ ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳು ಆಘ್ರಿಕಾ, ಏಶಿಯಾದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಡಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳದ ಭಟರ ಕೈಯಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಈ ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಲೂಟಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ನಾವು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸ್ಢಾಪನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯವಲ್ಲ, ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ಮಾಡದಿರುವುದರ ಕರ್ಮ.\n\nಆಂಗ್ಲರು (ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಯೂರೋಪಿ ದೇಶಗಳು, ತುರ್ಕೀಗಳು) ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೋನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭದ್ರಗೋಳಿಸಲು, ಜನರ ಜೀವಾಧಾರವನ್ನು, ಅವರ ಸಂಪ್ರಧಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು, ಅವರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಭಾವವನ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸಿ, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳನ್ನೋತ್ತಿ ತಾವೆ ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತರು. “ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ” ಬಂತು, ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರನ ಬಣ್ಣ ಬದಲಾಯಿತು – ಪುತ್ತಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ?       "body": "(ಪ್ರಾರೂಪ: <2016-08-20 शनि:>)\n\n“ಕನ್ಮಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋರಾಡುವ, ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬದುಕುವ” ಇಂತಃ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳು ೫೦-೬೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ವರ್ಣದ ಮೋಹಕೀಯ ಶಬ್ದಾಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಹು ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. “StopHindiImperialism”, ಅದು ಇದು, ಅಂತ ಕೂಗಿ ಬೇರಿಲ್ಲದ IT ಕೂಲಿ ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಗರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ ಇಂದು. ಕೇಳ್ರಪ್ಪಾ ಕೇಳ್ರಿ. ಈ ಚಳುವಳಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ್ರಾಶಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಮ್ಮ “progressive” ಪ್ರೀಸ್ಟುಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡುಗೋಲು ಹಿಡಿದು ಹಿಂಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ಅಭಿಮಾನದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಓದುಗರ “ಎಳೆ” ಮನಸನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಿನ ಗೋಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಬದಲು ಭೂತಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಃ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ಕರ್ಮಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ನಾವು ಈ ತಂತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಹೇಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೇಲೀಲೇಖನ.\n\nಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಜನರು; ನಮಗೆ, ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿನಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದೇ ಇಂದು ಗುರಿ. ಅವರ ಗರ್ವ ಕಂಡು ನಮಿಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿನಂತೇ ಒಂದು ಗುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗ ಸೇರುವ ಪರಮಾಸೆ. ತಮಿಳುದೇಶದ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಹುದಾದ ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದರೂ, ತಮಿಳು ಭಾಷೆಯ ಸಂಸಾರದೋಳಗೆ, ಭಾರತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ತರಹ, ಎಲ್ಲಾವೂ ಪೋಳ್ಳೇ. ತಮಿಳಿನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸಿಂಹಾರೋಷದಿಂದ ಕೂಗಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ 2010ರ ವರೆಗೂ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗಿನನ್ನು ತಮಿಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಅರಿವೇ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ತಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆಳಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ಇಂದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಔಷಧಿ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಇನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲಜಾತಿಯ ಕೈಯಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೆ. ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ ಇದು ಕೂಡ ಕಣ್ಮರೆಮಾಡಲು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ. ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೋಡಲು, ಭಾಷಾಂತರಿಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಓಡಿಸಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೋಸಬ್ಬರೆಲ್ಲಾ ದರ್ಬಾರಿಗಳು. ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಉದ್ಧಾರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ತಮಿಳು ? ಈ ಕೋಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀ ಹೋರಗಿನವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ. ಪ್ರೌದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲರಾಜ್ಯದವು. ಕಳಪೇ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ತಮಿಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲೆತವರ IT ಕೂಲಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಉಪಯೋಗಬಾರದವರು – ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಜನರ ಮನದೋಯ್ಯಲು ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಕ್ವೋಟಾ ತಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಂಗ್ಲದ ಸಾಗರಕ್ಕೇ ಒಂದು ಕೂಪೀಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ಶಿವನ ಸಮಾನ ಎನ್ನುವ ಜನರು. ಯಾವುದೋ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ evangelist ಮಾತಿನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಂದು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು, ಆ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೇ, ಆ ಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೇ ದಾಸ್ಯುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಡೆ ಇಟ್ಟರು.\n\nಚೀನ, ಥಾಯಿದೇಶ, ತೈವಾನ್, ನಿಹೋನ್ (ಜಪಾನ್), ಮತ್ತಿತರ ದೇಶಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ, ಆವಾವ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುತ್ತವೆಯೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು, ಹುಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದಲೇ ನಾಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ಟುಸು ಪುಸು ಎಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ನುಡಿಯುವ ನಕಲಿ WASP (White-Anglo-Saxon-Protestant) ಜನರ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ – “English advantage” ಹೌದು ಆಂಗ್ಲದೇಶೀಯರಿಗೆ. ಈ ವಿಶಯದ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣ್ಯತೆಗೆ, ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲಡೆ ಬೇರೂರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು, ದೃಶ್ಯಕಾವ್ಯಗಳ ಕನ್ನಡಕಳಪೆ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳು ಸೂಚಿಗಳು. ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ೯೫% ಗಿಂತಲೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಜನ ಆಂಗ್ಲವನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಶೇಕಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯುಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೆಷ್ಚು ಬೆಲೆಯೆಂದರೇ, ಈ ಭಾಷಾಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದೆಷ್ಚು ಭಕ್ತಿ, ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರೇಮ ನೋಡಿ.\n\nಭಾರತವು ಇಂದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪಾಲು ಇಂತಹ WASP ನಕಲು ಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ. ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದವರು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ನಿಯಮವಾಗಿ ಆಂಗ್ಲೋ-ಸಾಕ್ಸನ್ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾರೆ – ನಕಲು ದೇಶಕ್ಕಿಂತ ವಾಸಿಯಲ್ಲವೇ ? ಈ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹೋತ್ತ ಪೆದ್ದರು ಇದೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಳಪೆ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಜನರು ಇಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದು ಕೋಂಡು ಆಂಗ್ಲರ ಕೂಲಿಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು remote ಆಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ದರ್ಬಾರಿಗಳ ಭೋಗಕ್ಕೇ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮಿತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಮುದ್ರಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಜನರರಿಂದ ಕದಿಯುತ್ತದೆ, ಹೋರಗಿನವರಿಗೆ ಮಾರುತ್ತದೆ. ವೆಚ್ಛದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಲಾಭಿಸುವ ಜನರು ಈ ಕೂಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಾಯಿತುಂಬಾ ಹೊಗಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಪೂರ್ವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಗಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಮಾಯಾಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೂಟಿಮಾಡಿದವರನ್ನು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟು, ಆ ಪರದೇಶಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಹೀಗೆನ್ನುವುದು ಸಹಜ. ಇದರ ಪ್ರಮೇಯಕ್ಕೇ AIT ಎಂಬ ಅನೃತವನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡ ಶೃಷ್ಠಿಮಾಡಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಶಬ್ದಜಾಲಕರು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ನೆಲ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ನುಂಗಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಡೆ ಇದೇ ತರಹದ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿ, ಈ ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳು ಆಘ್ರಿಕಾ, ಏಶಿಯಾದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಡಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳದ ಭಟರ ಕೈಯಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಈ ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಲೂಟಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ನಾವು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸ್ಢಾಪನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯವಲ್ಲ, ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ಮಾಡದಿರುವುದರ ಕರ್ಮ.\n\nಆಂಗ್ಲರು (ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಯೂರೋಪಿ ದೇಶಗಳು, ತುರ್ಕೀಗಳು) ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೋನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭದ್ರಗೋಳಿಸಲು, ಜನರ ಜೀವಾಧಾರವನ್ನು, ಅವರ ಸಂಪ್ರಧಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು, ಅವರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಭಾವವನ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸಿ, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳನ್ನೋತ್ತಿ ತಾವೆ ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತರು. “ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ” ಬಂತು, ಸೂತ್ರಧಾರನ ಬಣ್ಣ ಬದಲಾಯಿತು – ಪುತ್ತಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ? ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತವು ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಅರ್ಥವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ೩೦% ಪಾಲು ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತೋ, ಇವತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀ ೫% ಇದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂದ್ರರು, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಡೆ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದವೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದು ಬರೀ ದಾರಿದ್ರ್ಯತೆ ಇದೇ. ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂದ್ರರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಯಭಟ, ವ್ಯಾಸ, ಕಾಲಿದಾಸ ಮತ್ತಿನ್ನಿತರ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು ಜನ್ಮಿಸಿ ಸರಸ್ವತೀಯನ್ನೇ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ತಂದರೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಆಂಗ್ಲೋ ಬೂಟಿನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಸಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೂವುಗಳು. ಇದಕ್ಕೇ ಯಾರು ಕಾರಣ ? ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಅತಿಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೇಯನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಿದವರಾ, ಅಥವಾ ನಮ್ಮವರಿಂದ ಈ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತುಪಾಕಿಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಿಟ್ಟು ಧನವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೋಂಡೋಯ್ದವರಾ ?\n\nಹಿಂದಿಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಲು ಬಂದ ಮಹಾಪುರುಷರು ಎಲ್ಲೋ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ವಾರ್ತಾಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿಯು ಲಾಟಿನ್ ಲಿಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡರೆ, ಬೃ.ಬೆಂ.ಮ.ಪ ಹಿಂದಿ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ ತೆರೆದರೆ, ವಿಮಾನ/ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರೀ ಕಂಡರೇ, ಆಕ್ರೋಷದಿಂದ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಣ್ಮರೆಗಾಗಿ ದೆಹಲಿಯ ಹುಚ್ಚರು ಏನೋಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ಇದೇ ಚಾನ್ಸು ಅಂತ ಇನ್ನೋಂದೆಡೆ ಕಣ್ಮರೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಲಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹರಿಗೆ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ-ಆಂಗ್ಲರಾಜ್ಯದ “linguistic apartheid”, ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕಂಡರು ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾಡಿದ ತತ್ಕ್ಷಣ ದುಡ್ಡು ಬರುವುದು ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು NGO ಭಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ. ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋರಗಿಟ್ಟರೇ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಬೆಳವಣೆಗೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ ? ಒಂದು ಪಂಕ್ತಿಯ ಟುಸುಪುಸುಯೆನ್ನುವ ಆಂಗ್ಲಭಟರನ್ನು ನಾವು ಶ್ರಮವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಬಹುದು – ಇಂತಹರಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಗಾಳಿಯು ಕೂಡ ಅಪ್ರಗತಿಶೀಲತೆಯ ಸಜ್ಞೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಇನ್ನೋಂದು ರೀತಿಯ ಗುಪ್ತ ಭಟರು ಬಹಳ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ. ಕಲಿ ಯುಗ ಇದು. ನೋಡ್ರಪ್ಪಾ ಈ ಆಂಗ್ಲಭಟರ ದೇಶೀಯ ಕುಣಿತ.",
