      "body": "After you start adding details, its a very satisfying sight to watch your work getting together piece by piece, like a puzzle. \n\nWhen you start, you have an image in your head that you want on canvas. But whenever I am in the middle of thw work, I always get this notion that may be its not working out exactly how it should be, or may be, it's far away from what the real picture is. \n\nThings get really scary when you have an exact picture given by client. That way, what they are gonna see on the wall but when you design  it yourself, its a luxury that you can pick few things according to you and can change them later if you need.\n\nIn this one, I was scared of not getting the colors right. But since, , my client had an incompelete idea, I was less worried. The color of the glass was fascinating me really much and it was the first thing I wanted to do before anything.       "body": "After completing my initial sketch of the supposed art, it was time to add some colors. \n\nSince it was a lounge space, I thought to make color bright and kind of neon. I wanted to go with the neon neons, but couldn't find in my town. So I went for the basic acrylic but bright and kind of neon.\n\nI took the inspiration from a great graffiti artist @tenhun. His characters are around space and kind of alien in nature. He has an amazing choice of colors which i really admire. I could have gone for white and then painted the whole picture too but I went directly for the needed color. And as far as I know, It's the only balloon safari company in whole of Rajasthan. \n\nThe very company also have a really interesting cafe by the same name as the safari company and that is \"Skywaltz\". They were launching there new lounge space and hence needed a graffiti done on one of the wall. \n\nSince it was a lounge space, they wanted to keep it black for obvious reason of creating a dark ambiance. And the graffiti idea was to make something out from the space. \n\nThe finalized idea was to have an astronaut, smoking up in space and spooking in the earth through a window.       "body": "As I mentioned in my earlier post, how I was working with a friend of mine decorating and painting the space, I went for painting his logo on the main shutter too. \n\nAbout the logo design and making...\n\nSo my friend basically consider himself a hungry hitchhiker. His journey has always been about discovering himself amidst and along with community. He took himself for a month long trip on bicycle around Rajasthan, all hitchhiking. So the logo is being designed as that only.  It's just a rabbit human hitchhiking every way. \n\nNow , he has come up with his own space, Den by hitchhiker. DEN because the space he has choosed for his cafe looks  alot like a den,hence, DEN by hitchhiker. \nSince the den has a shutter outside and it's in insides of a colony, it was a sane choice to paint the logo in front , so people can know about the food space there. That's what I did. \n\nBut it was my first time painting anything on a metal surface. Fun part- new learning, sad part- lack of knowledge. Since I was unaware of the properties of this surface, i painted my usual acrylic colors on the shutter. Later I realised that acrylic can't stay long on them and Hence I had to repaint them . \n\nThis time I took enamel paint for metals. They are the oil based colors, especially for metals since they provide anti-corrosion properties. \n\nIt took me around 5 days to complete it. The uneven surface made it even worse and I had few more lessons to me about metals and shutters.\n\nIt turned out a bit messy in the end, with a bit of color spilling and not with enough finishing.       "body": "hey people,\n\n It's been really long !! And before even I start writing, I feel terribly happy being back on this platform. Almost a yeah , eh ! A few regrets few time for not being active here but was really stuck with some of my field work of mine . Finally, when this COVID happens , followed by a lock down, I got myself some real time to reflect on myself and lifestyle. Decided to be back on steemit but after done with de-cluttering in my lifestyle.\n\nEarlier I ahd shared my issues on not being able to work on paper. I had literallly given on painting on canvas/ sheets. Gladly, I did paint some walls meanwhile which I would be sharing. But now, I had been back holding brushes and painting a few works. \n\nThe recent one that I did is a welcome /promotionqal board for a  friend who runs his own cafe , working on the ancient cooking techniques and cooking with local and seasonal ingredients. So I have been helping him in creating his space with my ideas and doing some art work for him. I saw this board already painted by another friend as he needed it to display in front of it's stall in an event. I did a simplistic one earlier for another friend, but was not much appreciated by the him and hence, I am on re doing it. \nGiven the texture of this one, it was not an even one. It got a texture of a leather cloth and hence one need to take the thick paint. And that's why, it was worth giving a try.\n\nHow about your reviews/ suggestions on this one. ?!!",
