      "body": "行走在時間道上，生活也是種修行\n\n對於生活，很多時候會有一種隱隱約約的感覺，有的時候逆著自己的意願做事反而會有一種成就感，有的時候順其自然才能收穫一方海闊天空，心曠神怡，而在有的時候會有一種對遠方的神往，還有的時候會覺得簡單質樸，恬然自適未嘗不是一處歸途。\n\n漸漸的這樣一種觀念在時間流逝，人事更迭的際遇裡清晰鮮明起來：生活是一種修行，是在各種境遇裡砥礪心靈的過程，而生活的終極意義就是經歷過一段段悲歡離合，春華秋實之後，能夠遇見那更好的自己，讓自己能夠用一種安寧的態度面對這萬丈塵寰。\n\n如果把生活看作一種修行，那麼我相信，這世上沒有所謂意料之外的事情，在生命中出現的所有人和所有事情，都是在提醒自己的不完善，都是在啟示著某種需要修改或者彌補的不足之處，需要用心的解讀和接納。\n\n正如一千個人的心中有一千種不同的哈姆萊特，每個人的生命旅途都是如此的唯一而與眾不同，所以不應該浪費自己的時間去羡慕他人的生活，而且你也並不知曉在他人光鮮華美的背後又掩蓋著多少落寞與惆悵，你只是你自己，你也只應當做好你自己，我一直都崇尚這樣的一種觀念，最好的不一定是最適合的，但對你最適合的，對你來說一定是最好的，況且在這個價值觀多元化的世界裡，早已不存在普世認可的好與壞的評判標準，只有因人而異的各有所愛。\n\n用心的生活需要一份珍重，因為很多事經歷過了，就再不能重現，很多人遇見了，別離之後就難再尋音訊，生活的境遇是很難用好與壞這樣單純的字眼來評判的，因為那只有一種經歷而已，不同的心境面對相同的境遇會有不同的感受，真心去欣賞生命中的每一場春風秋月殘雪，勝過在繁華盡散，山河永寂之後空歎流年。\n\n用心的生活也需要一份曠達，因為這世上存在著一種感慨，它叫做時過境遷，物是人非，曾經親密信賴的過往凋落成雲煙過眼，從此在人潮洶湧的塵世間陌路相對，仔細想來這確是一件殘忍的事情，但其實人生百年，不過夢魘一場，我們本就是這天地之間的過客，所謂生命不過是向蒼天暫借的幾十載光陰來豐富一個虛無的名號罷了，海天之內豈有長生不滅者？百年過後，不過荒草萋萋，青塚獨留而已，這世上真的沒有什麼是屬於誰的，兩手空空的來亦是要兩手空空的走，寫了這麼多只是想說明，每個人都有他自己的旅途，沒有誰可以常伴在誰身邊，那沒有什麼，只是離開而已，從此天涯海角，願君安好，而我所知道的關於別離的最美麗的表述是這樣的：人世間的葬禮就是天堂中的婚宴。\n\n用心的生活需要一份仰望，那就是所謂的遠方，我記得在電影獅子王裡，木法沙是這樣教導辛巴的，你看那些星星，過去那些偉大的君王都在那些星星上看著你，所以每當你寂寞的時候，你都要記得它們永遠都在那裡指引著你，人活著總該仰望點什麼，而不是一味的低頭行走，人的身體會受到具體情況的制約而不能一日千里，但人的思想卻可以超越一切的阻礙，飛翔在理想的彼岸，能想到美好的未來，才能最終達到那樣的美好，有所仰望才會有所希望。\n\n用心的生活需要一種深沉，那就是所謂的孤獨，孤獨之於人，那是與生俱來的宿命，正因為每個人先天生成和後天經歷的千差萬別才造就了紛繁複雜的個性和性格也就因此註定了沒有一個人能夠完全的徹底的瞭解另一個人，也正因為此周國平先生才說靈魂只能獨行，孤獨的降臨不可抗拒，所有人都曾孤獨，但卻少有人直面孤獨，而在我看來孤獨的情形應當是窗外的萬家燈火，繁華傾城，屋內卻是一番秉燭夜讀，快意自足，這是一種對外界喧囂的抗拒和對內在自我的堅守。身處在這樣一種變革的大時代裡，既有深厚的歷史傳統亟待揚棄和承繼，又有新潮開放的外來文化需要接納和融合，無疑更需要一種孤獨的心境來面對這個複雜的世界，堅守本心，審慎抉擇，讓自己遵從內心的願望走到那最遼闊的天地。\n\n生活是一段漫長而又短暫的修行之旅，如果用心去感悟，那麼天地萬象都是生命的導師，千變萬化其實一心而已，而這個世界終究是屬於有心人的。",
