      "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\n<p>\nGood day everyone my name is @kingcos, welcome to another episode of my daily activities, today was just a day of eating and relaxing, walking around and nothing more,not every day comes with pressure, loud activities, or endless responsibilities. Some days move slowly, quietly, and gently the kind of days where you simply exist, eat good food, move around a little, and appreciate life in its simplest form. There’s something comforting about that combination, especially in the early hours of the day when the weather is still cool and peaceful. It wasn’t a luxurious breakfast, but it carried that familiar homemade feeling that instantly settles the body and mind.As I sat eating, the atmosphere around me felt relaxed. No rushing, no unnecessary noise, just a quiet morning and the feeling that the day could unfold at its own pace. This time, I settled for beans . Simple, filling, and one of those meals that always feels satisfying after the first few spoons. It may sound like a very ordinary thing to mention, but honestly, there’s something responsible and peaceful about cleaning up immediately after a meal. Small habits like that may seem insignificant, yet they create a sense of order and discipline within daily life. Not for anything serious, just to move around, observe the environment, and clear my head a little. One thing about stepping outside in Nigeria is that there is always life happening everywhere. That is when I came across fresh buns being sold nearby. Soft, warm, and impossible to ignore . I bought some and honestly enjoyed every bite while continuing my walk. The sun slowly settled, the streets became softer, and the stress of the day began fading away. To end the night on a refreshing note, I bought some cucumber fruit . Fresh, cold, and light exactly the kind of thing the body appreciates after a long but peaceful day. Sitting quietly while eating cucumber and thinking about how my day went by,looking back at today, nothing dramatic happened. No major achievements, no loud celebrations, no expensive experiences. The sunlight came in early, the atmosphere felt calm, and for a moment everything seemed peaceful before the stress of the day fully arrived. Simple household responsibilities may not look exciting from the outside, but they are part of the everyday discipline that keeps life organized. There is always a quiet satisfaction that comes from seeing freshly washed clothes drying under the sun while the day slowly unfolds around you. Because of that, an Aboki helped fetch water with his truck, which saved me a lot of stress and energy. Watching the situation reminded me how fragile life can be and how quickly things can change for anyone. In moments like that, you quietly become grateful for good health, strength, and the ability to move around freely. Yet deep down, there was a stronger sense of appreciation for the simple things people often overlook every day.As evening approached, I decided to end the day on a softer and calmer note . By the roadside, I bought some fresh mango fruits from local fruit sellers. Sweet, fresh, and refreshing after a long day outside. Today was one of those days  calm, simple, productive, and filled with little moments that quietly made the whole day meaningful.The morning began with church ,before anything else, before the movement of the streets and the responsibilities waiting outside, there was first time spent in worship and reflection. There is always something refreshing about sitting in a peaceful atmosphere, listening, praying, and allowing your mind to settle before facing the rest of the day. Lunch for the day was a satisfying plate of ofe akwu rice paired with a chilled Pepsi . The rich native flavor of the rice combined with the cold drink felt like the perfect reward after a long morning outside. It was one of those regular daily errands that may not seem special, but they are part of real life and responsibility. One thing about everyday Nigerian life is that there is always movement everywhere. I stopped to buy hot suya by the roadside. The smell of the spice, the smoke from the grill, the sliced onions, and the pepper mix immediately changed the mood. Sometimes, peace comes from worship, good food, handling your responsibilities, and finding enjoyment in ordinary moments and having peace of mind at the end of each day.Today wasn’t loud, but it felt complete.Church first,Good food after.       "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\n<p>\nGood day everyone my name is @kingcos and this is another episode of my daily life activities.Saturdays are known for some chores and relaxation and today started differently because I skipped breakfast and didn’t eat untill lunchtime. Sometimes the day moves so fast that you don’t even realize how much time has passed. Still, the day turned out calm, productive, and satisfying in its own simple way.\nOne of the first things I did was help clean the church by mopping the floors . There is something peaceful about doing service, especially in a quiet environment. I also helped a friend pick up diapers because sometimes friendship is also about showing up in simple ways.The market atmosphere was active as always. People rushing from one shop to another, bus conductors calling passengers, traders arranging goods, and the normal sound of everyday hustle filling the streets.
