I started by analysing my coursemates.Some students are purely bent on studies, if it's not book,don't get them involved.A few have no business with studies, they devot their time to religious activities.The category of students that are sporty and engage in all manner of social activities.I have met some students who cannot take a step without putting a call to their homes;Speaking to their family is what brought them to school.A group of friends I know are the life of the party;All week long,they're out to the newest places and 'bubbling' .The other day,I passed some ladies with their luggage travelling to 'somewhere' either to their homes or to their boyfriend's houses.Some other students take pride in being loud and noisy.Some students are the mummy and daddy 'children' spending money as they like,and some can't come to lectures without their cars.Well,everybody cannot be the same, so,some clique of friends decided to be different by being political.A friend of mine is just likes to be on her own,she literally has only me as friend.Other students like me are just in the middle.We try to balance everything,although it can be difficult. \n\n\nAt this,my friend giggled and asked me a question.She said \"So,Kim,what's my catergory\" I answered \"You're that my friend that has me as her only friend\" She gave out a loud laugh and made way to the department  to study.\n\nSo,guys!       "body": "Many atimes 'people' tend to think that being a leader of an institution is a gatepass to being lousy,unaccountable and incredible.I used to be among the 'people' until I decided to change my mentality and reason outside the box.Being a Vice Chancellor of an institution comes with alot of challenges,offers,goals etc and targets that should be reached at allocated time.If I'm made the VC of an institution for a day,I'll mention afew things I'll do,viz;\n\nPrayer\nI am a christian,so I start and end everything with God.I'll take a few moments to thank and ask God for Wisdom,just like King Solomon in the bible did.I'll pray for Grace and the guidance and guardiance of the Holy Spirit.\n\nNote Records\nAs I assume office,I'll look at the previous records of the school expecially,the financial aspect. This is to check for loopholes.I'll check for aspects that are lagging so as to know where to channel more energy to.\n\nMeeting\nI'll call for a brief meeting scheduled to last for about 2 hours.Here,I'll get representatives from each arm of the school like the Students' Representatives, lecturers' representatives, Non academic staff representatives, Religious groups' representatives and so on.\nThe reason for this is to ask,know and understand the problems with each arm/sector of the school,and to also seek advice from each arm on how to make the school better. \n\nImplementation \nI belive that after the above stated processes,I'll come to an agreed conclusion with each sector of the school.I'll still keep record of the outcomes,making sure to circulate it round the school for record purposes and for the next VC to continue from wherever I'll stop.",

He said \"You can be sued for plagiarism and when found guilty, you'll go in for it. \" Ever since then,I've been cautious about what I publicize and pen down, making sure that I acknowledge the writer in my references.\n\n#### Types of plagiarism\n\nPlagiarism can come in different forms. Basically, it's not just about copying others work without their consent. It could also involve seeking consent without proper acknowledgement. Let me take you down to the types of plagiarism;\n\n- **Direct plagiarism;** Being the most common and harmful type of plagiarism involves copying verbatim from the writer without proper acknowledgement. He neither comments on peoples posts nor admit he is wrong. He hardly reply to those who comment on his post, but he usually bombards the social group  every second with his post.\n\nIt got to much that other members of the social group tried to call him to order, instead of him to take corrections, he rebuffed them using abusive words. I just carry my backpack and water bottle in my hand, walking from pillar to post. Luckily for me, a student who looks older than 25 years approached and asked me what department I was looking for. Physiotherapy Department, I said. \n\nHe then asked me to follow him which I did and while we were walking down, he asked whether I've heard of the word \"STEEMIT\" I told him \"no\" and asked what it was all about. He gave me a printout and asked me to read through it. I did read through and asked him to clarify because I saw a lot of unfamiliar words and terms.\n\nHe began to explain the terms and words to me and although I didn't understand all of them. After much explanation, I was able to understand everything in the printout. So he asked:\n\n- **Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?**\n\nI replied; \"Yes, I have retrieved all my keys on Steemit.\"\n\n- **Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?**\n\nI replied, \"Yes, I know all the keys, their functions, and restrictions.\" The **Posting key** allows me to post, edit, comment, vote, resteem, follow, and/or mute other accounts. The **Active key** allows me to perform more sensitive tasks like transfer funds, power up/down transactions, convert steem dollars, witness vote, update my profile details and even place a market order. The **Owner key** which is the most powerful of all keys is used only when necessary. It can be used to change any key of an account, including the owner key too. The **Memo key** allows me to encrypt or decrypt memos when transferring funds.\n\nNow he was so impressed and asked further;\n- **How do you plan to keep your master password?**\n\nI replied; \"I'll print it out and keep it in a safe where nobody else can see it.\"\n\n- **Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?**\n\nI replied; \"Of course, I know how to. I just click on the down arrow next to the number of steem tokens held in the wallet section of my steem account, then I click transfer in the drop-down box. After this I enter the name of the account to which I want to transfer the steem token, number of tokens and a memo (not necessary unless required), then I click next.
