The latest news on media said that many people have chosen early retirement after Covid-19. I personally do not want to retire from my work. My retirement will begin as soon as I die. I love treating patients with acupuncture, herbal medicine and moxibustion. I also think of providing non-profit treatments in a rural area once a week someday. Why should I want to leave my work behind for retirement early? Too much becomes problematic. Retirement gives us plenty of time to pursue what we have not done. Too much money, too much free time, too much … “Too much” always becomes problematic if it is not moderated. Retirees should stay healthy after retirement. Infirmity is not the same thing as old age. Yes, old age is inevitable, but there is no need to wait for it. We are not old until illness begins to ravage our bodies. Retirement is a time to stay strong. I have heard many people say that retirement is a time to relax. I disagree. Retirement is a time to stay strong and keep working. If we are not healthy when we retire, we will not be able to enjoy our retirement as much as we want. You can stay strong and healthy after retirement by working out every day. You can start with a short walk and then work out for about an hour. You can try to be as active as you can because exercise keeps your body and brain sharp. My hope for this article is that it can help you to start working out and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you are planning on retiring from your job, then you have a lot of time on your hands. Hiking is one of the best way to stay strong in retirement. Getting out into the great outdoors can be a great way to stay active and keep your mind sharp as you age. Hiking is a great way to get a cardiovascular workout, while also working your legs, feet, and arms. It’s a low-impact sport that’s great for people of all ages and fitness levels. Hiking also has other health benefits too: it can activate many of the muscles and tendons in your body that are not used in everyday activities, which helps to keep you mobile and independent to stay physically active once you retire. Hiking trails are a great way to stay active and activated, both of which have been shown to reduce your risk of many health problems. In fact, a study published in the British Medical Journal found that people who did 50 minutes of vigorous activity, such as hiking, three times per week had a 28% lower risk of developing dementia and a 42%. Acupuncture is also one of the best way to stay strong in retirement. Acupuncture treatments can help you stay strong, active, and independent as you age in your senior years. Acupuncture works by stimulating specific points on the body’s surface to improve the flow of energy and nourishment to the muscles and organs. | body |  Hiking in Burnt lake trail I hiked Burnt Lake Trail about three years ago. The thing that happened to me on that day still remains a mystery to me. I had to walk about one and a half hour up the hill to arrive at the trail head of Burnt Lake. The paved road was passable only to high clearance cars. From the trail head, I started to hike up towards Burnt lake for about one or two hours. Suddenly, the trees and rocks started to look so familiar. It was the first hike that I have been in this trail. I thought this might be deja vu. All of a sudden, I found myself standing in front of the trail head which I had started from earlier. I could not believe my eyes since I was back at the trail head without realizing it. I thought I would have to hike the same trail again to figure this out, but I have not done yet. It was my fault since I did not read the guideline there. I was too lazy to read them all. As soon as I received the email from the admin of the group, I sent them my Thank-You reply. I find being banned by reddit to be stimulating. When I received the banning email, I searched youtube to get myself familiar with reddit. Youtube is a good place to visit when I need information. So many articles are available in the internet that you will never be able to read them all during your earthly life. No wonder that many people have strong interest in knowing about restoring their life force energy or restoring their energy. What is life force energy? Life force energy in our body consists of the energy you inherit from your parents, the energy we obtain from food and the energy you get from breathing in the clear air. The energy you receive from you parents keeps being depleted as you get older. It needs to be replenished constantly by the energy you get from food. To have strong life force energy, we should abstain from exhausting ourselves mentally and physically. If we are depleted, it would take long time to recover life force energy. It would be wiser not to place yourself in the situation where you are depleted. Prevention should come first. What we eat is what we are. What we eat today becomes what we are tomorrow. This indicates significance in the foods we eat in our daily life. Officials in ancient Korea collect good quality food items which grow in particular regions. They serve the good quality foods for kings and their family. We now eat better quality foods than the kings. It is not what we eat, but how food sources are grown, that matters now. I have wondered how people living in the countryside stay healthy while eating meats frequently. It is a revelation that animals on grains contain high dosage of omega 6 in their meat, while those on plants contain omega 3 in their meat. Omega 6 is fatty acids that cause cardiovascular diseases. Omega 3 are good fatty acids that help you protect against cardiovascular diseases. The ideal ratio needs to be 1 to 1 between omega 6 and omega 3. However, most of the animals which we get meat from nowadays feed on grains, not plants. As we eat more meat, we end up having the ratio of 6 to 1 between omega 6 and omega 3. If we cannot afford plant-fed meat, we should avoid eating too much meat. Burnout We tend to yearn for more and more life force energy. Some people take vitamins, probiotics, meditation, and so on.
