What did I think of it?  Let's just say, if I was blown away by the ending, you know the movie was good.\n\nWhatever you do, please sit through the credits.  You have to see what happens next.  I repeat, \"Sit through the credits.\"\n\nBelieve it or not, there were people that walked out immediately after the film was over.  I do not think it was because they did not like the film, I think they did not know to stay.  I recall leaving out of the theater to go to the restroom after a Marvel film.  Mind you I was not the only person in the restroom.  When I came out I heard people cheering.  I and a few Marvel newbies ran back into the theater and quickly learned our lesson.  Since then I know to patiently wait.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<strong>The Wasp Trailer:</span></strong>\n\n<iframe src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/BnZVmKOQY4w\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"></span></iframe>\n\n&nbsp;\n\nDo not get me wrong the movie was thrilling, funny and adventurous.  But...that ending was awesome!  I think our minds were blown because after we saw the ending, the theater was silent and then I heard a mans voice loudly say, \" Ha!\"  He had said it all.  The theater erupted in applause and cheers.  The message was loud and clear.  Anyone that is a Marvel fan and has seen Avengers will understand.  My family was so hyped about the ending.  My son and daughter kept saying, \"That ending!\"\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<strong>Ant Man Synopsis:</span></strong>\n\nFrom the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes <strong>ANT-MAN AND THE WASP</strong>, a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. No, literally.  I think this was the case with her and other millennials.\n\nShe was 10 when The Incredibles was in theaters and my son was born the year after.   She has made every point to let him know this is a movie for her generation.\n\nShe and many other millennials have been preparing for this movie and are acting like complete children when it comes to the Incredibles 2 movie coming to theaters. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. This is a film for everyone.   I do not typically watch movies more than once, but I would watch again. During our last dining experience, we learned we were wrong.\n\nWe had never thought about what happens behind the scenes.  We were honored to experience a VIP tour of the castle.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6729 size-large\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Medieval-Times-Horse-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Medieval Times Horse\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" /></a>\n\n&nbsp;\n\nOur tour began with visiting the stables where the horses are housed.  The horses are brought to the stables around the age of three.  The stables are clean, comfortable and secure.  Prior to coming to the castle, the horses receive training on a ranch.  They immediately receive human contact and begin simple training.   When they arrive at the castle they are ready to begin learning advanced level dressage from the Master of Horses.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6730 size-large\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Medieval-Times-Sword-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"Medieveal Times Swords\" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" /></a>\n\nAfter leaving the stables we had the opportunity to test out some swords.  Not really...we just held them.  Holding the swords was incredible.  We were surprised by the weight of these swords.  They were heavy!  I thought of the many times I have yelled for our knight to fight harder and encouraging him to defeat his opponent.  After holding one of these heavy swords I had a better I gained a new respect for the knights.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6731 size-large\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Medieval-Times-Arena-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"medieveal times arena\" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" /></a>\n\nThe most fascinating part of the tour was walking into the empty arena.  We stood in awe as one of the horses and trainers prepared for the upcoming show.\n\nThe arena seemed like a completely different place.  I love it with or without a crowd, but it was something special about the silence while watching the one horse gracefully train.\n\nOur feelings went from awe to excitement when we had the opportunity to sit on Queen Maria Isabella's throne.  Yes, I said Queen.  The show has changed since we were at the castle in December.\n\nWe loved the show.  It still consisted of lots of cheering as we all routed for our colored knight.\n\n<strong>Medieval Times Show includes:</strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Jousting - Clashing their way to queen's champion</li>\n \t<li>Weaponry - When brawn and metal unite</li>\n \t<li>Falconry - The flight of the royal falcon.</li>\n \t<li>Horsemanship - Witness equine beauty and grace</li>\n</ul>\nThe show may have changed but the Medieval Times restaurant menu</span><a class=\"spGb-f\" aria-label=\"Actions for keyword 'medieval times restaurant menu'\"> </a>has not.  Medieval Times noble guests still feast on garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn, herb-basted potatoes, the pastry of the Castle, coffee and two rounds of select beverages.  Every time we feast on this meal we are never disappointed.  It seems like it gets better and better each time.  When we know we are dining here we do not eat before we come because we want to make sure we eat all of our food. Aside from the fit, there is a slot that looks like a small, front pocket on the lower left side, that adds character to the women's exercise tank.  I am not sure if my items will stay in it, either way, I like that it adds to the sports tank.\n\nAs for the No-Show Socks, they were very comfortable.  They do show a bit when I wear my shoes, but that is okay.  I know I will wear them during indoor workouts. The planet is made of light and darkness.  When you are going through darkness it is crawling for the light inside you to rise.\"\n\nFrom visionary director Ava DuVernay comes Disney’s “A Wrinkle in Time,” an epic adventure based on Madeleine L’Engle’s timeless classic which takes audiences across dimensions of time and space,  examining the nature of darkness versus light and, ultimately, the triumph of love. I am not sure if it is because the characters were people he could relate to as far as age, their friendships or just middle school struggles.\n\nThe film was intended for young girls, but is a film for everyone.\n\nThe next day when my son returned to school he says he told his teachers and classmates that he saw it and they should see it too.\n\nHe is not only telling  his classmates and teachers to see A Wrinkle In Time. I could not wait for them to experience the rest of the hotel.   Our guest experience specialist, Gail gave us a tour and got us settled into our suit.\n\nI have stayed at The Clement before, so I was expecting everything to be the same.   I was pleasantly surprised to see personalized stationary with my name on it.   I felt even more special than before.\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6361 size-large\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Keke-Dixon-Lunch-at-The-Clement-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Keke Dixon Clement Hotel\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" /></a>\n\nAfter touring the hotel we immediately had lunch in the dining room.   We could have requested room service or had our meals brought to us anywhere in the hotel.  The staff at The Clement consistently asked if  we needed anything to eat or drink.  I try to eat very clean, so each time we placed our order they would say, \"Is that all?  You are easy!\"  On our way home we were all saying we did not eat enough of the delicious food prepared by our private chef.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6363 size-large\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Clement-Hotel-Chef-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Clement Hotel Chef \" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" /></a>\n\nWhen we were not placing an order we would stop by the kitchen and grab a quick snack.   The refrigerator and counter tops are fully stocked with delicious treats.   There is 24 hour kitchen access.  You are not allowed to cook.  Well,  who would want to cook when there is a chef  that prepares just about anything possible between 6:30 am - 10:00 pm daily.\n\nMy father was so funny.  He would not go in the kitchen to get anything.  He would ask me or my mother or we would have to ask him if he wanted anything.\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6364 size-large\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Clement-Suit-Bathroom-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Clement Suit Bathroom\" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" /></a>\n\nI told my parents that this portion of our trip would be filled with lots of relaxation.  We had actually driven in  from visiting Carmel by the Sea.  We spent that portion of our trip with lots of walking, site seeing and eating.\n\nKeeping this in mind I insisted we spend time lounging around the hotel.  There is no reason to leave. We even ordered tea, hot chocolate and snacks while we enjoyed the rooftop.  Surprisingly we spent a couple of hours each time.  I was rather surprised my parents did this.\n\nMy parents were very impressed by the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. After an awesome visit during the early part of Summer, my daughter insisted we celebrate her birthday  at the resort. This was perfect for us.\n\nWith two twin beds in the loft, a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living area there was plenty of room for everyone.\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5867 size-large\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/luxury-cottage-2-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"luxury cottage\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" /></a>\n\n&nbsp;\n\nEach morning I cooked breakfast in the kitchen and packed lunch for our day in the outdoors.  We initially planned to spend time at Bass Lake, but the weather was a lot cooler than we expected.  Fall weather was kicking in.  Instead we hiked in Yosemite and Sierra National Forest.  The temperature was very cold in the morning and warmed up by noon, but not warm enough to do water activities.  Every day we did not return to the campgrounds until late afternoon or early evening just in time to grill outside.\n\n<a href=\"http://freeandforme.org/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5870 size-full\" src=\"http://freeandforme.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Yosemite-RV-Resort-Campfire.jpg\" alt=\"Campfire\" width=\"750\" height=\"745\" /></a>\n\nWe spent our evenings by the fire, eating, listening to music, talking  and playing games.   Each night my daughter and I would sit by the fire until it burned out which was about 11pm.  I looked forward to this.  As everyone else puttered around in the cottage we sat talking and looking up at the stars.\n\nEach day we all fell into a comfortable rhythm in the cottage giving it a home like feel.    A couple of nights we played games inside.  There are televisions in the cottage.   They were put to use during early morning or late night.   With so much to do we did not have time to watch TV.\n\nOn this trip we spent more time away from the campgrounds.  During the summer it was a little different because it was hot and we were able to swim.  There were Summer activities offered also.\n\nIt was nice to experience the difference in seasons here.    It was also good to see the staff.  They are always so very welcoming and very accommodating.\n\nEverything about this trip was enjoyable.
