My island wrecked by a volcano. I clearly remember 1997 we had already evacuated and I lived in Salem. Displaced like many others it was tough. I shacked up with Margaret and Heskeith Raymond in a wood house in Glebe. We were a proud family and thar option was better than the public shelter. I had no bathroom and used the Primary school bathrooms.\nI rolled with Sato Simba an elder who farmed and we started cooking in Salem. The ghetto had many run ins with the Police and because of my vocal power I was cited as a ringleader.\nThis made law enforcement pressure me even more and it was a bit uncomfortable living in such a small space.\n\nAs mid August approached the Volcano started erupting even more often. It rained stones everyday. I said to AdrianRyan and Hon Priest Jahnyiah they must take us off the island. Adrian was looking at buying a ticket. I told him it was needless.\n\nSalem got worse raining rocks and mud every ten hours. Sato said we needed to move from Salem as Belham was already experiencing flows. We moved to Carrs Bay to Ras Spear Job's house where Romeo is located presently.\n\nNicolas Howe met me on a Sunday at Carrs Bay he said it's my last shower I'm going England. I thought of it and left the same week on a Wednesday. I didn't wait for the 12000 that many got and still came. In actual fact we thought it was either or.\n\nGot to UK 2 weeks after, September 4th 1997.\nI've gone to Asia, Europe, America and the South Pacific.
