Apparently there used to be a sculpture there under the \"eye\" which featured 3 birds, which has gone missing. Originally slated to be demolished, a petition went around and plans are in place to have the building refurbished. Kaspar has also been researching topics related to the visual languages of mythical creatures and monsters for 22 years for an ongoing multiplatform new media research collection/dissemination project.
