      "body": "¡Hola, Hola! Espero que se encuentren bien.\n\nHacía varios meses que no me conectaba a Steemit, este año para mí ha estado lleno de un montón de cosas catastróficas, se debe en mucho al país en el que vivo, Venezuela, cada día esto se pone peor,precios dolarizados y salarios que dan angustia porque no alcanza para nada. A inicio de año mataron a mi gato que era como mi compañero y entré en una depresión terrible, para algunos resulta tonto, es decir, sólo era un animal pero para mí no, para mí era un pequeñito que me llenaba de muchas alegrías y le quitaron la vida.  Pero eso no es lo peor del asunto, estaba estudiando la carrera de Contaduría, yo sin trabajo, sin generar ingresos de ningún tipo y las mensualidades aumentaban de forma desmedida, iba en el cuarto semestre, me faltaban sólo dos más para titularme y me vi en la penosa necesidad de abandonar mis sueños, no tenía dinero para continuar costeando mis gastos universitarios y la opción más lógica fue desertar, los profesores no iban y algunos habían emigrado porque ya no se tolera esta situación crítica. La computadora donde podía meterme a trabajar para generar ingresos se dañó y perdí todos mis documentos, incluso las novelas que estaba escribiendo, fue muy triste también. He tenido enfermedades y no hay medicamentos para contrarrestar los males y aparte tampoco hay comida, cuando mucho se come una o dos veces al día.\n\nPero no todo es tan malo, por otro lado logré pagar la prorroga de mi pasaporte y lo recibiré pronto, conseguí un empleo de Gerente Administrativo, aunque eso aquí no sirve de nada porque el dinero sigue sin alcanzar para cubrir las necesidades básicas, sin embargo, es una ayuda para poder solventar algunas cosas. empezaré a escribir aquí a ver si logro tener algunos ingresos que me ayuden a estabilizar mi economía y la de mi familia, para poder emigrar en busca de una salida a esta asfixiante situación.\n\nGracias por estar, un abrazo <3\n\n\n![images (2).jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcjHoX4j9dXMyVPdZ9oEsnzR3eRLvJKc8RJ6CCaM7Hvco/images%20(2).jpg)",

      "body": "He had stalked her for a long time before daring to approach her. She was sitting on a bench in the middle of the park and the faint yellow light of the streetlight made her look like a little angel. His blond hair was combed in careful loops on both sides of his head by two large white bows. The dress was a cheesy display of ruffles and pink lace, like that of one of those romantic shepherds more like princesses of the European paintings that were exhibited in the Metropolitan Museum of Art. On his knees, a long staff decorated with a huge bow of the same color completed the wardrobe. When he was on his back he could not see his eyes, but they seemed big and innocent, the color of the sky over the prairies of Wyoming where he had been raised.       "body": "En primer lugar debemos tener claro qué es la depresión para poder entender el fenómeno de por qué escuchamos música triste cuando nos sentimos hundidos en la tristeza.\n\nLa depresión es una patología crónica considerada una enfermedad equiparable como la diabetes. Esta enfermedad ha estado presente en todas las épocas de la historia del ser humano, no tiene preferencias, afecta a cualquier persona de cualquier edad, género, preferencia política, religiosa, etc. La depresión  se caracteriza por un estado de profunda tristeza, decaimiento anímico y la imposibilidad de poder disfrutar de las cosas o sentir placer por algo.  Aunque es considerada una patología otros factores como la ansiedad o el estrés pueden influir  para que una persona desarrolle depresión. \n\nEsta enfermedad se desarrolla en el individuo y éste entra en un período extenso de tristeza afectado de esta manera su vida cotidiana y sus relaciones interpersonales. Es tan grave que es considerada la segunda enfermedad mental más incapacitante y que genera un alto costo social. El 8% de quienes padecen de depresión corren el riesgo de cometer suicidio.\n\nhttp://www.juliapascual.com/wp-content/uploads/trastorno-depresivo-1.jpg\n\n\nAhora bien, ¿cómo actúa la música triste cuando estamos deprimidos?\n\nPsicólogos expertos de la Universidad Nacional de Berlín, Alemania, se dieron a la tarea de investigar la ciencia detrás de la música melancólica y de manera sorprendente hallaron que este tipo de música proporciona beneficios emocionales.\n\nhttps://www.planetacurioso.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/musica-triste.jpg\n\nEstos investigadores liderados por Liila Taruffi  realizaron estudios a 772  personas y se encontraron que la música triste provocaba una extensa gama de emociones complejas, tales como: nostalgia, tranquilidad, ternura y transcendencia.  Este descubrimiento denotó una estadística en la cual la nostalgia era la primera emoción más frecuente con un 76% de los casos; seguida por la tranquilidad en un 57.5%. Y de acuerdo con estos expertos esta clase de sentimientos nos ayudan a sentirnos bien.\n\nUn gran número de participantes que realizaron este estudio dijeron que para ellos escuchar música triste era una manera de auto-medicación puesto que les generaba un sentimiento de consuelo y les ayudaba a nivelar estados de ánimos negativos. Pero, ¿por qué sucede esto?\n\nOtros estudios realizados por la Universidad de Ohio, Estados Unidos, afirma que este género libera una hormona llama \"prolactina\" la cual ayuda a combatir la depresión. A su alrededor habían áreas verdes adornadas con arbustos de rosas de todos los colores, la entrada era enorme con puertas de cristal, cada piso contaba con grandes ventanales y balcones. Tal parece que todo lo que tenía que ver con Jess era impresionante. \n\n-¡Bajemos, pequeña!\n\nSalté de la motocicleta y me di vuelta para observar todo el panorama, tenía mis manos dentro de los bolsillos, mi cara tuvo que haber sido un poema.\n\n-¡Wow!       "body": "Buenas tardes lectores de Steemit, hace unos dos o tres meses atrás empecé a escribir mi primera novela. Primeramente debo decir que escribo desde que tengo 14 años, cuando los cuadernos de volvieron el desahogo de una adolescente con los típicos problemas familiares, una mamá soltera buscando los medios para poder darnos de comer a mí a mi hermanita pequeña, el dolor silenciado de un padre que me abandonó, problemas alimenticios, y una infinidad de cosas que me llevaron a refugiarme entre letras por no tener con quién expresarme.\n\nQuizá esto no sea relevante pero soy gay (ojalá no exista homofobia), la cuestión es que tuve algunas desilusiones amorosas lo que sirvió de inspiración para escribir esta historia. Me tomó dos meses hacerlo y las personas que lo han leído ya sea de la comunidad gay o no han sido bastante receptivos con mi manuscrito. En fin, la idea es poder compartirlo con ustedes, no hace falta que seas o no seas homosexual, es una historia que tiene la capacidad de atraparte, llena de misterio, amor, amistad inspirada en hechos reales. A simple vista parece la típica historia de drama pero todo va cambiado capítulo a capítulo.\n\nSinopsis:\n\nKatherine, una productora musical exitosa, soy de su mejor amigo Charlie. Conoce a Victoria con quien formaliza una relación, su vida perfecta comienza a desmoronarse cuando conoce a Hanna en una estación de tren. Hanna una chica encantadora y persistente que no descansará hasta enamorarla.
