When the condition of our immune system is decreasing, then the disease will also easily attack our body which causes us to fall ill. People who are afflicted with the disease cause their daily activities to be disrupted, thus affecting their household income level. So important is the meaning of health that we are required to always maintain the health of our bodies to avoid various kinds of diseases, both mild and severe. Health is one of the important factors to be able to do all daily activities, therefore we must not ignore the health of our bodies. Many people have a variety of health complaints due to not caring for their body health, be it mild complaints to complaints such as diabetes, heart disease, digestive problems to obesity which is now a polemic among women.\r\n\r\nFor them, gaining weight becomes a problem in terms of beauty, many of them want an ideal body weight to support their career, beauty and romance. In order to get a slim and ideal body, they also want to do anything like an instant diet and there are also those who do liposuction surgery to get the ideal body. Actually, many things can still be done to maintain a healthy body without performing surgery, such as regular exercise, consuming nutritious foods, consuming fruits regularly, having adequate rest, increasing drinking water and vitamins. The activity requires fitness conditions in the prime climber. In contrast to other sports, mountain climbing is done in the middle of a wild open water, an environment that is actually not a human habitat such as rural or urban. Mountain climbing has an element of adventure. Adventure is an uncertain form of travel and always ends with a feeling of satisfaction because of the success of the trip. The feeling that arises when adventuring is the fear of danger physically or psychologically, without fear, there is no adventure because there are no challenges. In Indonesia alone, this white water rafting sport has been known for a long time, since the 70s Indonesia has been engaged in this sport which was popularized by one of the Nature Lovers' organizations, but at that time the sport was not yet publicly introduced. In the vicinity of the 80s commercially this sport was only introduced in one of the rivers in Indonesia which is very suitable for this sport namely the Alas river in the Southeast Aceh Regency. Rafting sports are increasingly popular among domestic tourists, even for some people they use this sport as a recreational event with the family and also eliminate fatigue after work. As time goes by and the development of rafting sports, now the sport has been very often competed in several events, both in small events and especially national events in Indonesia.
