      "body": "Hello friends!  It’s a chilly Friday afternoon here at @caffetto, although it feels like a balmy 80 degrees inside the shop.  I think the thermostat outside is around 35*, and here I am with the doors wide open and I’m wearing a tank top in the middle of March.  \n\nI’m headed up north to my friend’s cabin for the weekend, so The next coffee talks post will be delayed by a few days.  There is no internet and minimal cell reception at the cabin so we are going old school for a few days.   Board games, hot toddies, and lots of rest and relaxation are on the agenda, and I can not wait to have some intentional time off.  \n\nThanks to @vermillionfox, she showed me this amazing app called @IMGPlay on the App Store to make gifs!  I have been playing around with it this afternoon in between making coffee for customers and myself of course.   When you work at a coffeeshop, you instinctively drink a lot of coffee.  In all honesty I don’t think my body is affected by caffeine at this point.   \n\nIn honor of it almost being spring time, and to creating my first ever gifs, (also it still feels like 80 degrees in the building) here is a lovely cold press pour for your enjoyment! We brew it for 48 hours here at @caffetto.       "body": "Good morning, @steemit.  \nI'm sitting behind the counter of @caffetto again this morning, it's been a slow start due to this \"blizzard\" that started yesterday.  My normal routine for mornings like this is to snuggle up on my couch, wrapped in a blanket with a nice hot cup of #coffee, typical me.  :)  The public needs their coffee as well though, so I woke up early and made the snowy trek out here to Minneapolis.  \n\n\n\nI had planned to post about the french press coffee I made yesterday, however, the lighting in @caffetto was too good to pass up posting this photo of the #espresso I poured this morning.  ![Espresso - 1.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmejLB5cQ3uW83EQf78534SPhALGTemi7T1JBAnrhj689S/Espresso%20-%201.jpg)\n(shot on my #iphone6s) Rich, creamy, and a hint of #plum, I definitely recommend a double #espresso from Caffetto.  I like to enjoy my #espresso with a small glass of #sparklingwater or #mineralwater beforehand to truly enjoy all the flavors in the #espresso.\n\nI'm trying to teach myself how to make #gifs, as @vermillionfox suggested to me, it would be a fun way to better showcase all of my coffee brewing methods!
