They resulted champions of the **ACM-ICPC UCV-USB Local Contest**, thus it qualified to the **Latin American Regional Contest**.\n\nIn november, during the **Latin American Regional Contest**, this team competed against others teams from **Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador** (given that Venezuela is part of the South America North Region). After a long and challenging competition, they managed to get to the **third place** out of 63 teams. \n\nThe final results of the competition can be seen here:\n\nhttps://icpc.baylor.edu/regionals/finder/south-america-north-2017/standings\n\nWith this rating, this team was granted a qualification to the **ACM-ICPC World Finals 2018**. Agregar innovación es redundar. El paradigma científico “Todo cambia, todo fluye” o “Verdad hoy, mentira mañana” son suficientes para afirmar que la ciencia y la tecnología, ambas en si, son innovadoras porque dependen del potencial creativo, de anteponer la duda sobre la afirmación.\n\nLa incertidumbre se genera mediante la observación y fuerza el análisis de la situación, ahí reside la innovación científica y tecnológica.\n\nCon el transcurrir del tiempo, el desarrollo científico y tecnológico se ha convertido en un indicador fundamental en el progreso de los países, para incrementar su producto interno bruto, a través de la generación y exportación de tecnología; para ello se debe incentivar el aparato productivo para crear,generar y aumentar el parque industrial de los países. \n\nLos beneficios son alentadores, pero desarrollar la ciencia y tecnología va más allá de realizar un convenio o alianza\nentre las partes involucradas. Recordar que detrás de ambas se encuentran rostros, personas, hombres y mujeres que realizan el trabajo innovador y creativo que harán posible la transformación científica y tecnológica de los países!\n\nSi el motor generador de la ciencia y tecnología es humano, ¿Hasta que punto los ambientes laborales incentivan la innovación y la creatividad en cada uno de sus trabajadores? \n\nEl perfil creador e innovador es posible en cualquier persona, pero las condiciones de vida suelen variar bastante entre cada uno de ellos. El más común: la distancia entre su espacio personal y su cubículo de acción. Una variable contundente en el día a día donde hombres y mujeres pierden entre 2 a 3 horas diarias en el recorrido hogar/trabajo y viceversa.\n\n![pexels-photo-461077.jpeg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPfushp8WHTaYGPd8PGytiFn6KhsCzNvQZpBa381yjJ87/pexels-photo-461077.jpeg)\n\nAhora, hagamos una simple cuenta, 1 hora por cada comida, 1 hora en higiene personal, 8 horas de trabajo y al menos, 7 horas de sueño. Al sumar, el tiempo que consume son 22 horas y 2 horas libres para compartir con su familia, pareja, hobbies, estudios, etc. Parece un chiste, pero son 120 minutos.\n\nPor lo tanto, deberá disminuir el tiempo que le dedica a sus actividades diarias. Dormirá una hora menos, comerá en alguna cadena de comida preprocesada, pasará menos tiempo con su familia en los días laborales y se los retornará durante el fin de semana. Pero, ¿Cómo puede lograrlo, si el fin de semana debe reponer la cantidad de horas de sueños perdidas? \n\nY así pasan sus días. Su cubículo se convierte en una prisión, su silla en una cruz y su labor, en un tránsito sin destino.\nUn tránsito, que se va congestionando cada vez más en un mundo mundano y pecador, abarrotado de teléfonos “inteligentes”, de videoconferencias, de comunicaciones y conexiones remotas.\n\n![pexels-photo-893894.jpeg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTBYWnuXS63CxixWP5xTHRh3qL6VJK1PhFtuaHYDKqXXX/pexels-photo-893894.jpeg)\n\n¿Por qué no utilizar toda esta tecnología subestimada para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, mejorar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores y empezar a estudiar la realidad que sufren las grandes ciudades y su impacto sobre quienes se mueven a través de ella como hormigas buscando su cubículo de crucifixión?\n\nLa innovación en las relaciones laborales es una necesidad. No se puede exigir “Innovación y Creatividad” en las instituciones -sean privadas o publicas- si no se reconocen las variables que las impulsan. No se puede seguir manteniendo el mito que estas solamente ocurren en aquellos que la sociedad ha llamado “Genios o Talentosos”.\n\nLa creatividad es un proceso que todo ser humano posee. Hay que dedicar más tiempo a innovar en las relaciones laborales para que los procesos sean efectivos a corto plazo apalancando el crecimiento del talento nacional y así, de alguna manera, impedir que la fuga de talentos sea un asunto personal y no una decisión de aquel que soñó con cambiar el mundo y vio como la corporación acabo con sus sueños.",

Agregar innovación es redundar. El paradigma científico “Todo cambia, todo fluye” o “Verdad hoy, mentira mañana” son suficientes para afirmar que la ciencia y la tecnología, ambas en si, son innovadoras porque dependen del potencial creativo, de anteponer la duda sobre la afirmación.\n\nLa incertidumbre se genera mediante la observación y fuerza el análisis de la situación, ahí reside la innovación científica y tecnológica.\n\nCon el transcurrir del tiempo, el desarrollo científico y tecnológico se ha convertido en un indicador fundamental en el progreso de los países, para incrementar su producto interno bruto, a través de la generación y exportación de tecnología; para ello se debe incentivar el aparato productivo para crear,generar y aumentar el parque industrial de los países. \n\nLos beneficios son alentadores, pero desarrollar la ciencia y tecnología va más allá de realizar un convenio o alianza\nentre las partes involucradas. Recordar que detrás de ambas se encuentran rostros, personas, hombres y mujeres que realizan el trabajo innovador y creativo que harán posible la transformación científica y tecnológica de los países!\n\nSi el motor generador de la ciencia y tecnología es humano, ¿Hasta que punto los ambientes laborales incentivan la innovación y la creatividad en cada uno de sus trabajadores? \n\nEl perfil creador e innovador es posible en cualquier persona, pero las condiciones de vida suelen variar bastante entre cada uno de ellos. El más común: la distancia entre su espacio personal y su cubículo de acción. Una variable contundente en el día a día donde hombres y mujeres pierden entre 2 a 3 horas diarias en el recorrido hogar/trabajo y viceversa.\n\n![pexels-photo-461077.jpeg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPfushp8WHTaYGPd8PGytiFn6KhsCzNvQZpBa381yjJ87/pexels-photo-461077.jpeg)\n\nAhora, hagamos una simple cuenta, 1 hora por cada comida, 1 hora en higiene personal, 8 horas de trabajo y al menos, 7 horas de sueño. Al sumar, el tiempo que consume son 22 horas y 2 horas libres para compartir con su familia, pareja, hobbies, estudios, etc. Parece un chiste, pero son 120 minutos.\n\nPor lo tanto, deberá disminuir el tiempo que le dedica a sus actividades diarias. Dormirá una hora menos, comerá en alguna cadena de comida preprocesada, pasará menos tiempo con su familia en los días laborales y se los retornará durante el fin de semana. Pero, ¿Cómo puede lograrlo, si el fin de semana debe reponer la cantidad de horas de sueños perdidas? \n\nY así pasan sus días. Su cubículo se convierte en una prisión, su silla en una cruz y su labor, en un tránsito sin destino.\nUn tránsito, que se va congestionando cada vez más en un mundo mundano y pecador, abarrotado de teléfonos “inteligentes”, de videoconferencias, de comunicaciones y conexiones remotas.\n\n![pexels-photo-893894.jpeg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTBYWnuXS63CxixWP5xTHRh3qL6VJK1PhFtuaHYDKqXXX/pexels-photo-893894.jpeg)\n\n¿Por qué no utilizar toda esta tecnología subestimada para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, mejorar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores y empezar a estudiar la realidad que sufren las grandes ciudades y su impacto sobre quienes se mueven a través de ella como hormigas buscando su cubículo de crucifixión?\n\nLa innovación en las relaciones laborales es una necesidad. No se puede exigir “Innovación y Creatividad” en las instituciones -sean privadas o publicas- si no se reconocen las variables que las impulsan. No se puede seguir manteniendo el mito que estas solamente ocurren en aquellos que la sociedad ha llamado “Genios o Talentosos”.\n\nLa creatividad es un proceso que todo ser humano posee. Hay que dedicar más tiempo a innovar en las relaciones laborales para que los procesos sean efectivos a corto plazo apalancando el crecimiento del talento nacional y así, de alguna manera, impedir que la fuga de talentos sea un asunto personal y no una decisión de aquel que soñó con cambiar el mundo y vio como la corporación acabo con sus sueños.",
