| body |  Hey, Steemit. There's a hot roasted salmon steak for dinner tonight because I love fresh fish. Especially when fried in a cast-iron pan: It couldn't be more natural! This recipe is fast on the table, ideal for a dinner (because of low carbohydrates) and very healthy anyway. Here's the deal: <h3>Ingredients for 2 persons</h3> 2 salmon steaks 2 red peppers 3 carrots 2 courgettes 10 cocktail tomatoes 5 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter pepper, salt, chili seasoning <h3>Preparation</h3> 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). 2. First of all, ***paprika***, ***carrots*** and ***zucchini*** must have to be washed and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the ***cocktail tomatoes*** too and put everything together in a bowl. Season the vegetables with ***olive oil*** and season to taste with the ***spices***. Mix all well. Then place in a baking dish. Cook 'em in the oven for 30 min. 3. In the meantime, wash the ***fish*** well under running water and dab dry with kitchen towels. Then season the skin of the fish with pepper. 4. Melt some ***butter*** in a cast-iron pan and fry the fish on the skin side. After about 10 min turn and season the other side with pepper. 5. The salmon is cooked as soon as the flesh of the fish is completely white at the edges. The combination of curry and a few pieces of fresh vegetables are refreshing and a good start to Saturday! Here's the deal: <h3>Ingredients for 2 persons</h3> 1/2 red paprika 3 eggs 1 small onion, small clove of garlic 6 cocktail tomatoes 1 teaspoon curry 1 tablespoon parsley each a pinch of salt, pepper a dash of milk <h3>Preparation</h3> 1. Wash the ***paprika*** and cut it into small pieces. Wash the ***tomatoes*** as well and cut them once in length. 2. Beat the ***eggs*** into a bowl and mix with a dash of ***milk***. Season to taste with ***salt***, ***pepper*** and ***curry***. 3. Heat a pan with butter and peel the ***onion***. Cut it into half rings and sweat briefly with vegetables. Peel, press and add the ***garlic clove***. 4. Add the scrambled eggs and fry on a smaller heat until it is firm. | body |  It is Monday and time for a fresh start to a new week. This pasta dish is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner: Very healthy and on the table within 15 minutes. Here's the deal: <h3>Ingredients for 2</h3> 500 g pasta of your choice (e. g. Penne) 1 mature avocado 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 bunch basil 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon water 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced parmesan salt, pepper, some chili flakes <h3>Preparation</h3> 1. Cook ***pasta*** al dente so that they are still pleasantly firm to the bite. Season the water with a pinch of ***salt***. 2. Crush the ***basil*** with the ***garlic*** in a mixer. | body |  Hi Steemians! Need another idea for dinner? :-). I made this chicken for lunch yesterday: crispy and hot out of the oven, it tastes best! It's even better when it's really quick and easy. This recipe almost makes itself. Here's the deal: <h3>Ingredients for 4 persons</h3> 1 fresh organic roast chicken from the butcher 1 garlic, lemon 1 tablespoon rosemary, marjoram, sweet paprika spice 400 g each of carrots, potatoes 300 g parsnip 1 cup olive oil fleur de sel, black pepper <h3>Preparation</h3> 1. First peel a ***garlic clove*** and press it into a cup. Add ***1 tsp. salt***, ***4 tbsp. oil*** and the ***paprika spice*** and mix everything together. Put this sauce aside for know. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F). 2. Wash the chicken thoroughly and dab with kitchen towels. Wash the ***lemon*** well and chop it unpeeled. Mix the lemon in a bowl with the ***rosemary***. 3. Rub the bird from the inside well with ***salt*** and ***pepper*** and then fill up with the seasoned lemon pieces. The chicken is then put into in a roaster and in the oven for a total of 100 min. Here's the deal: <h3>Ingredients for 10 pizza rolls</h3> 1 onion, garlic clove and a roll of pizza dough 3 tomatoes 4 tablespoons tomato sauce 100 g salami (vegetarians simply leave them out) 150 g grated mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon of oregano, olive oil A pinch of salt, pepper and chili flakes <h3>Preparation</h3> 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). 2. Roll out the ***pizza dough*** and coat with ***tomato sauce***. Leave a little space at the edges. Peel the ***onion*** and ***garlic***.
