titleWealth Creation Essentials
body![WealthCreationEssentials-200x300.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmU2eGYFN4QRWZn8GPQV3QWucXr7vQDTje7FPayFqezmD4/WealthCreationEssentials-200x300.png) I have traveled the world and noticed that the wealthiest countries have people who have ownership rights in stock market investments, house properties, income investments, and even intellectual properties. There is no doubt that to become wealthy you should have ownership in some time of investment. Countries around the world that are poor have citizens that do not have any type of investment whatsoever and as a result, they live in poverty. Now, you might say that these poor persons are in a country that oppresses them. That is most likely true. However, in a country like the U.S., wealth creation can be achieved by understanding the environment around us. The U.S. and similar countries allow their citizens to invest and develop property rights so that their citizens can increase their wealth. This is an essential concept that you must understand. To go to another country to invest time and effort to build wealth is not a good strategy. I hear a lot that you should invest in China or emerging countries that have extremely poor citizens. If you are to invest in these countries you should do so with careful attention along with a small percentage of your portfolio. You should stick to what you know but at the same time be open to new opportunities. Why Create More Wealth Wealth creation strategies are designed to make you happier and to propel you up the psycho-social ladder. Take the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as an example. ![download.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZC1BWHTkQZpeyTH5RDWhGmQDLB22uMG3toa4FzasJqro/download.png) Maslow’s hierarchy of needs guides us on why we want wealth creation as human beings. At the lowest part of the pyramid is the struggle for basic needs to be taken care of. This is where there is no wealth creation and the person is trying to achieve basic needs. At the top of the pyramid, the person lives a life of self-actualization. Unlike fighting for basic needs the person has gained the respect of peers and lives life with an understanding of creative arts. The self-actualization stage is where the person does not have to worry about basic necessities. You should strive to reach the highest point of the pyramid. This is so you can work on your personal passion in life without the concern of getting a paycheck every week. To get to the top of the pyramid you must understand the essentials of wealth creation so that someday you can enjoy the arts, express your passion, and be psychologically fulfilled in life. Three Simple Wealth Creation Strategies Here at mywealthyvision.com we are always looking for ways to : Save Money Make Money Invest Money Saving Money In the earliest stages of wealth creation, you should strive for ways to save you money. Think about it like this. According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, savers would be around the bottom of the pyramid looking to advance higher in the pyramid. Saving money when you can will help you increase your wealth so that you can Afford to buy a house. Save for a gas efficient vehicle so that you can do rideshare part-time. Invest in securities that could make your richer. Use the money for college in anticipation of a higher salary. Make home improvements Pay down debt. The list goes on. Towards the bottom of the pyramid, you should use any strategy that you can to save money so that you can ascend. Make Money Making money should not be from your job only. You should have multiple streams of income. As you will read later, there are multiple ways that you can increase your income stream as long as you are an expert at the subject that you are involved in. You should strive to increase your income in a healthy manner. The key term here is “healthy manner.” You should understand that your physiological and safety needs are required. Do not try to overburden yourself and as a result, make your life miserable. Instead understand your time, body, mind, and spiritual limitations. Making money in 2018 and 2019 is easier than ever. You can easily increase your income by : Becoming a rideshare driver. Writing an ebook that shares your passion with the world. Start a blog that further expresses your passion. Starting an affiliate marketing company. Being a Fiverr top seller. Social media consultant and expert. There are so many ways that you can add to your income that I encourage you to search for ways to make more money part-time. Invest Money You should invest your excess cash in investments that will, in turn, make you more money. A very popular way to invest money is in real estate. You can buy a house and literally pay down the house in 7 to 10 years. From here you can put the house up for rent and gain rental income on your property. Not only should you receive rental income but you should gain home appreciation value from your property as well. You should also understand that people do get rich in investing their money in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Wealth creation involves understanding how to increase your wealth by investing. You do not need to be a day trader to do this. But I will pass along these critical investing ideas to you so that you can further your importance of investing understanding. Diversification Diversification of your portfolio is a good thing. You should have risky investments as a small percentage of your portfolio along with more stable investments. We, at mywealthyvision.com, believe that cryptocurrency will be the investment that will outperform the market. In our portfolio we have a small percentage invested in cryptocurrencies. Right now they are in cash because we know that the cryptocurrency market has tanked. However, we are optimistic about cryptocurrency as an outperformer in the future. Diversification serves two purposes : 1. To stabilize your portfolio and protect against downside risk. 2. To provide an avenue to invest in riskier securities that could outperform the market. Point number two is critical. You could literally end up investing in a security that becomes 95% of your portfolio. This security could make you rich. There are people who have invested in companies like Apple, IBM, Facebook, and Amazon.com when they were IPOs and went on to become extremely rich because of it. Understanding the Markets Trading the stock, forex, or futures market is not suited for everyone. However, you should understand how to read the markets and take advantage of them. Instead of learning how to day trade consider learning how to swing trade. Have a small swing trading portfolio and test whether or not you can increase your wealth this way. Wealth Generators Wealth creation strategies include a lot of wealth generators. We will explore wealth generators below. Please feel free to comment below this post if you would like to add more to the wealth generation list. Real Estate Real estate is one of the most conservative investments that you can make but at the same time reap huge rewards. I would like to say that real estate is the only wealth generator that will make you wealthy but there are others. This is how real estate can make you a very wealthy person. Home mortgage interest is tax deductible. Improvements to the home have tax advantages too. Home improvements increase the value of the home substantially. You can rent your entire or part of your property. Your home should increase in value that you can draw on with a home equity loan. You should read a future article on real estate to learn more about why real estate is a great wealth generator. Expert and Consultant You should use your expertise to gain more income than you are currently making. Right now there are multiple websites that allow you to express your expertise and get paid. The most popular websites are : Upwork.com Fiverr.com freelancer.com toptal.com There are many ways in which you can make money at freelance websites. If you are not an expert at a popular and most paid area you might want to consider getting the education to become an expert. The rewards are numerous. Just to increase your motivation to become a freelancer, an expert in animation makes over $20,000 a month for his service on creating videos for others. Imagine what his Youtube channel would be like if he had a Youtube channel. Another way you can express your expertise is to start a Youtube channel and post videos regularly every week. This could boost your sales to your online business and create more income for you. Online Business With your expertise, you should strive to open your own website business. This website business should include your ebooks, blog posts showing your expertise, and affiliate marketing ads. You can easily become an expert at one of the most lucrative online niches out there. The online niches that are doing well are. Wealth Health Relationships Pick a niche that you are an expert at and start your website. Post as many times as you can and monetize your website with the following: Google Ads Clickbank Ads Affiliate Marketing Ad Offers If you are new to affiliate marketing check out my post on affiliate marketing. There are also other types of online businesses like Amazon FBA and dropshipping. Having an online business that grows exponentially could generate wealth in excess of one million dollars! Playing the Stock Market Trading can be very lucrative and could lead to a substantial increase in wealth. You should educate yourself on how to trade the stock market so that you can benefit from doing so. Some people will buy software like VectorVest to help them trade the stock market. There is nothing wrong with this but you have to understand that using a third party software or application to make your investment decisions is not as good as doing your own homework. I recommend that you understand the following before you start trading the stock market. Understand mathematics. Understand the candlestick charts. Fibonacci Retracements Stochastic Oscillators Moving Averages Also, you should check up on IPOs and look for lucrative companies to invest in before they become mainstream. There are many people that can attest to the power of trading the stock market for wealth creation. Consider swing trading cryptocurrency. See my beginners guide to trading crypto. Summary We live in a country (U.S.) and other countries that allow us to accumulate wealth. We should accumulate wealth to enhance our psychological well being so that we can live freer with life passion. You should begin your journey to wealth creation by learning ways to save money. Once you have a system in place to save money you should begin to increase your income and in turn invest. Look into ways on how to generate wealth. We have given you some wealth generators that you should consider. However, there are more wealth generators that are outside of the online marketplace. If you have a good wealth creation idea please share them in the comments below.

There is no doubt that to become wealthy you should have ownership in some time of investment. Countries around the world that are poor have citizens that do not have any type of investment whatsoever and as a result, they live in poverty. Now, you might say that these poor persons are in a country that oppresses them. That is most likely true.\n\nHowever, in a country like the U.S., wealth creation can be achieved by understanding the environment around us. The U.S. and similar countries allow their citizens to invest and develop property rights so that their citizens can increase their wealth. \n\nWhy Create More Wealth\n\nWealth creation strategies are designed to make you happier and to propel you up the psycho-social ladder. Take the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as an example.\n\n![download.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZC1BWHTkQZpeyTH5RDWhGmQDLB22uMG3toa4FzasJqro/download.png)\n\nMaslow’s hierarchy of needs guides us on why we want wealth creation as human beings. The self-actualization stage is where the person does not have to worry about basic necessities.\n\nYou should strive to reach the highest point of the pyramid. This is so you can work on your personal passion in life without the concern of getting a paycheck every week. To get to the top of the pyramid you must understand the essentials of wealth creation so that someday you can enjoy the arts, express your passion, and be psychologically fulfilled in life.\n\nThree Simple Wealth Creation Strategies\n\nHere at mywealthyvision.com we are always looking for ways to :\n\nSave Money\nMake Money\nInvest Money\n\nSaving Money\n\nIn the earliest stages of wealth creation, you should strive for ways to save you money. Think about it like this. According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, savers would be around the bottom of the pyramid looking to advance higher in the pyramid. Saving money when you can will help you increase your wealth so that you can\n\nAfford to buy a house.\nSave for a gas efficient vehicle so that you can do rideshare part-time.\nInvest in securities that could make your richer.\nUse the money for college in anticipation of a higher salary.\nMake home improvements\nPay down debt.\nThe list goes on. Towards the bottom of the pyramid, you should use any strategy that you can to save money so that you can ascend.\n\nMake Money\n\nMaking money should not be from your job only. You should have multiple streams of income. As you will read later, there are multiple ways that you can increase your income stream as long as you are an expert at the subject that you are involved in.\n\nYou should strive to increase your income in a healthy manner. The key term here is “healthy manner.” You should understand that your physiological and safety needs are required. Do not try to overburden yourself and as a result, make your life miserable. Instead understand your time, body, mind, and spiritual limitations.\n\nMaking money in 2018 and 2019 is easier than ever. You can easily increase your income by :\n\nBecoming a rideshare driver.\nWriting an ebook that shares your passion with the world.\nStart a blog that further expresses your passion.\nStarting an affiliate marketing company.\nBeing a Fiverr top seller.\nSocial media consultant and expert.\n\nThere are so many ways that you can add to your income that I encourage you to search for ways to make more money part-time.\n\nInvest Money\n\nYou should invest your excess cash in investments that will, in turn, make you more money. A very popular way to invest money is in real estate. You can buy a house and literally pay down the house in 7 to 10 years. From here you can put the house up for rent and gain rental income on your property. Not only should you receive rental income but you should gain home appreciation value from your property as well.\n\nYou should also understand that people do get rich in investing their money in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Wealth creation involves understanding how to increase your wealth by investing. You do not need to be a day trader to do this. But I will pass along these critical investing ideas to you so that you can further your importance of investing understanding.\n\nDiversification\n\nDiversification of your portfolio is a good thing. However, we are optimistic about cryptocurrency as an outperformer in the future.\n\nDiversification serves two purposes :\n\n1. To stabilize your portfolio and protect against downside risk.\n2. To provide an avenue to invest in riskier securities that could outperform the market.\n\nPoint number two is critical. You could literally end up investing in a security that becomes 95% of your portfolio. This security could make you rich. There are people who have invested in companies like Apple, IBM, Facebook, and Amazon.com when they were IPOs and went on to become extremely rich because of it.\n\nUnderstanding the Markets\n\nTrading the stock, forex, or futures market is not suited for everyone. However, you should understand how to read the markets and take advantage of them. Instead of learning how to day trade consider learning how to swing trade. Have a small swing trading portfolio and test whether or not you can increase your wealth this way.\n\nWealth Generators\n\nWealth creation strategies include a lot of wealth generators. We will explore wealth generators below. Please feel free to comment below this post if you would like to add more to the wealth generation list.\n\nReal Estate\n\nReal estate is one of the most conservative investments that you can make but at the same time reap huge rewards. I would like to say that real estate is the only wealth generator that will make you wealthy but there are others.\n\nThis is how real estate can make you a very wealthy person.\n\nHome mortgage interest is tax deductible.\nImprovements to the home have tax advantages too.\nHome improvements increase the value of the home substantially.\nYou can rent your entire or part of your property.\nYour home should increase in value that you can draw on with a home equity loan.\nYou should read a future article on real estate to learn more about why real estate is a great wealth generator.\n\nExpert and Consultant\n\nYou should use your expertise to gain more income than you are currently making. Right now there are multiple websites that allow you to express your expertise and get paid. The most popular websites are :\n\nUpwork.com\nFiverr.com\nfreelancer.com\ntoptal.com\n\nThere are many ways in which you can make money at freelance websites. If you are not an expert at a popular and most paid area you might want to consider getting the education to become an expert. The rewards are numerous.\n\nJust to increase your motivation to become a freelancer, an expert in animation makes over $20,000 a month for his service on creating videos for others. Imagine what his Youtube channel would be like if he had a Youtube channel.\n\nAnother way you can express your expertise is to start a Youtube channel and post videos regularly every week. This could boost your sales to your online business and create more income for you.\n\nOnline Business\n\nWith your expertise, you should strive to open your own website business. This website business should include your ebooks, blog posts showing your expertise, and affiliate marketing ads. You can easily become an expert at one of the most lucrative online niches out there. The online niches that are doing well are.\n\nWealth\nHealth\nRelationships\n\nPick a niche that you are an expert at and start your website. Post as many times as you can and monetize your website with the following:\n\nGoogle Ads\nClickbank Ads\nAffiliate Marketing Ad Offers\n\nIf you are new to affiliate marketing check out my post on affiliate marketing.\n\nThere are also other types of online businesses like Amazon FBA and dropshipping. Having an online business that grows exponentially could generate wealth in excess of one million dollars!\n\nPlaying the Stock Market\n\nTrading can be very lucrative and could lead to a substantial increase in wealth. You should educate yourself on how to trade the stock market so that you can benefit from doing so. Some people will buy software like VectorVest to help them trade the stock market. There is nothing wrong with this but you have to understand that using a third party software or application to make your investment decisions is not as good as doing your own homework.\n\nI recommend that you understand the following before you start trading the stock market.\n\nUnderstand mathematics.\nUnderstand the candlestick charts.\nFibonacci Retracements\nStochastic Oscillators\nMoving Averages\n\nAlso, you should check up on IPOs and look for lucrative companies to invest in before they become mainstream.\n\nThere are many people that can attest to the power of trading the stock market for wealth creation.\n\nConsider swing trading cryptocurrency. See my beginners guide to trading crypto.\n\nSummary\n\nWe live in a country (U.S.) and other countries that allow us to accumulate wealth. We should accumulate wealth to enhance our psychological well being so that we can live freer with life passion. You should begin your journey to wealth creation by learning ways to save money. Once you have a system in place to save money you should begin to increase your income and in turn invest.\n\nLook into ways on how to generate wealth. We have given you some wealth generators that you should consider. However, there are more wealth generators that are outside of the online marketplace. If you have a good wealth creation idea please share them in the comments below.",

titleHow to Start a Business in Retail Arbitrage
bodyWhat is Retail Arbitrage? One of the easiest ways to make money online is to do retail arbitrage. Today, there are many resources that you can use to get set-up and quickly start a business in retail arbitrage. But before we get into the details let’s answer the question of what is retail arbitrage? Retail arbitrage is purchasing low priced products from some source, whether it be online or at a retail store, and taking these sourced products to be resold at a profit at a different store like Amazon.com or Ebay.com. One of the biggest difficulties of online retail arbitrage is finding and sourcing products that have a low enough price to sell high on online retail websites for a profit. But, it can be done. We will talk about how this can be done. You can source products from online and retail stores. Here is a list of common stores that people visit to source products: Walmart Target Marshall’s Ross Home Depot TJ Maxx Staples Gamestop Craigslist Big Lots Outlet Stores Local Boutique Shops ![WWW.MYWEALTHYVISION.COM_-768x1920.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcT9pMDCzfu51oRBrT7r97CqrBJHxUUt1hQ7aWZoAuAvC/WWW.MYWEALTHYVISION.COM_-768x1920.png) 4 Steps to retail arbitrage success My Retail Arbitrage Experience I have a successful retail arbitrage business that I consistently work on. I have other businesses that I tend to but retail arbitrage is fairly easy to the point where I can combine my own grocery and personal shopping with business shopping. To be successful at retail arbitrage, I have read almost every book, blog post, and watched a ton of Youtube videos on the subject. After successfully selling multiple products I would have to say that the business is easy as long as you do a complete job. Your main objective is to prevent yourself from having a loss on buying products that do not sell. I will give you the information necessary on how to prevent losses. To be successful at retail arbitrage you should have a plan in place. I put together the following list so that you can gain a great understanding of how to be a retail arbitrage pro. 1.Know what you want to sell and become an expert on. 2.Find a source for the products that you want to sell. 3. Purchase the sourced products with the intention to sell the products at a comfortable margin. 4. Maintain inventory or ship inventory to Amazon FBA. 5. Analyze the results. Knowing What to Sell Retail arbitrage requires focus. You should focus your efforts on one or two sections of the store and hit it hard with your amazon seller app. In retail arbitrage, you can resell two types of items: Books Non-Book Consumer Discretionary Items (Electronics, Toys, Games, Beauty, Personal Care) You can do both book and non-book selling if you would like to. However, as you will find out below, book selling usually entails a longer time to sell your inventory than non-book items. Books You can find books to sell in many places besides a regular bookstore. There are many places where you can find books for cheap where you can turn them into a profit by selling them on Amazon.com. Here are several places and methods you can use to find profitable book opportunities. Thrift shops usually have books for sale in them. (i.e. Dollar store) Clearance section at major bookstore chains. (i.e. Barnes and Noble) Goodwill Library Book sales Booksalefinder.com Garage Sales Advertise at Colleges and Universities for Book Buybacks Set up a website that buys books from the public. Craigslist As you can see there a multitude of ways in which you can get books for cheap and turn them around for a profit. A great aspect of looking for books to sell is the peripheral items that are sold next to them. A lot of times thrift shops will sell things like brainteasers, puzzles, and pictures that can be bought at a low price. These items can be sold on Amazon or Ebay for a profit too. However, there is a problem with buying and selling books. First, you must assess the condition of the book. Second, you must compare the condition of the book to what the other sellers are offering. The lower the condition of the book the lower the profit. You can read more about how to assess the condition of a book by going to Amazon’s seller central. You should also download the Amazon Seller application so that you can easily scan the barcode of a book and quickly see stats on whether or not you should buy and sell a book. In my opinion, books and the peripheral items that are near them are usually higher than a 100,000 sales rank on Amazon. This means that these items will be harder to sell. You could buy books and stuff at the bookstore. But you will find out that they do not sell quickly. They could be on the shelf collecting dust for over a month. Non-Books Books are profitable but buying highly desirable items are even better. This is where I focus a majority of my retail arbitrage time. First you should know what section of the online and retail store that you want to focus on. I know that the top two sections when it comes to sales are: 1. Consumer Electronics 2. Toys and Games There are other sections that you can look at. If you would like to explore more sections in detail, I recommend that you go to Amazon.com and click in the upper left-hand corner where it says “All”. There you will find all of the sections that you can look at. Focusing on one or two sections is better than trying to be a master of everything. You can easily go to a store and spend time in two sections. Spending a couple of hours in the whole store with your Amazon Sellers App will take almost the whole day. So spend your time wisely. When you become an expert in two sections of the store you will eventually become knowledgeable of what sells and what does not. You will gain an “eye” for items that will sell on Amazon or Ebay. You will know where to go and check out items that you have successfully sold in the past. Stick to two or three at most to be successful. However, there are drawbacks to selling on a website like Amazon.com. In fact, Amazon.com has restrictions on what you can and can not sell as an individual or an Amazon FBA seller. You should read the restrictions in the categories section of the Amazon seller central website. There you will know what you can and can not sell. Also, when you are scanning products online or at the stores with your Amazon Seller app the app will have a section that will tell you whether or not you can sell the item online. Sourcing products from online websites and retail stores for a low price. Flip them to Amazon and Ebay for a profit. ![Direct-Advertising-1.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNpSfDrfJFZfErkcC4x5ce8WEpRZs4AtdACmKzmS6uPgG/Direct-Advertising-1.png) Finding a Source of Products Sourcing products to sell on Amazon or Ebay will be where the majority of your time will be spent. You can source products from a website or at a store in your neighborhood. Most retail arbitrage professionals will visit the actual store to scan products with their Amazon Seller app. Store Sourcing Sourcing products at Walmart, Target, Marshall’s, or Big Lots is a good thing to do. You should go to the area that you are an expert at and scan using your Amazon Seller app for resale deals. You should check the sales rank on your app along with whether or not you can sell the item on Amazon. You should also check the competition: If the product is sold by Amazon. Do not compete with Amazon. Whether or not they include free shipping. How much competition you have. Some products are sold directly from Amazon’s warehouse so you would be competing with Amazon. This is not Amazon FBA. This is simply Amazon selling a product that they have in their warehouse. Do not compete with Amazon.com. ![Screenshot-1.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbk33agduaUaPie1cBBZ8XLtWfJEkXKZtuZRxZGVpApA6/Screenshot-1.png) You should also consider shipping as a part of your overall profit calculation. If the competition offers free shipping you should too. Estimate how much shipping would be and include it in your profit and loss calculation. When selling products on Amazon you should check the level or competition you have. Too much competition means that you will not sell your product fast. Too much competition along with a very large sales rank could lead to a product that does not sell in a timely manner. You may have to walk away from a deal every now and then because of these two factors. Online Store Sourcing Online store sourcing is much easier than driving and going through mountains of inventory at local stores. However, online store sourcing comes at a price. There are many websites out there that you can check to find good deals then turn around and flip them. But, in reality, you can spend hours and days looking through websites. Instead, you can buy a membership to a retail arbitrage site or service that will allow you to get access to deals. Here are a few applications that you should consider. Brickseek.com TacticalArbitrage.com Fiverr.com Youtube/Patreon Brickseek.com Brickseek.com offers a membership where you can find deals online and deals at your local store. The online deals provide you will ideas about which products out there are at a deep discount. However, the application will provide you with amazing local in-store deals that are usually not at the store. I recommend that you heavily utilize the online deals and review the in-store deals with a skeptical eye. TacticalArbitrage.com This website membership is very expensive but could get you a lot of sourcing deals. I recommend that you take advantage of the one week trial while they still have it. One drawback about the application is that the application will give you a lot of sourcing leads but a few of them do not match Amazon. So be careful. Make sure the products match before you buy them. Fiverr.com On Fiverr.com, you can pay someone to provide you with online sourcing leads. I paid $15 for 10 online product leads in one week and was satisfied with the list that I have received. You should consider this option if you are not comfortable purchasing expensive membership applications from a place like tacticalarbitrage.com. Youtube/Patreon Some Retail Arbitrage Youtubers have a Patreon where they will give you a sourcing list every month for a small fee. I suggest you take advantage of this if the tacticalarbitrage.com monthly fee is too much for you. Purchase Products with Profit Retail arbitrage is a game in which you have to know the numbers. Before you get to this point you should have non-book products with a sales rank of less than 100,001. You should also have considered whether or not you are going to include free shipping. You should have analyzed the competition. Now what you should do is check out the price history of the item by having the Keepa chrome extension for Amazon.com. You should review the price history of the Amazon product before you buy the product online. Trying to review Keepa in the store is difficult to do. But if you can do it you should. This will help you in your overall decision to purchase the product. In addition to checking on whether or not you can sell the product on Amazon, you should do the numbers with the Amazon calculator chrome extension. You can check the profitability of the products by visiting Amazon’s Seller Central Profitability calculator. However, this is difficult to do in the stores. So I recommend, whether you are an individual seller or FBA seller, that you fully understand the fees involved with selling on Amazon so that you can understand the profitability. You can also use the Amazon Seller app to give you an estimate on FBA fees. Maintain Inventory or Ship FBA Amazon FBA We have mentioned a lot about Amazon FBA. Amazon FBA stands for Fulfilled by Amazon. You can have Amazon FBA fulfill all of your shipments by simply sending them your purchased products and they will automatically ship them to your customers when they sell. The drawback with Amazon FBA is there is a monthly fee ($39.99 as of December 2018) and there is a fee per shipment. The fees are explained, listed, and provided at Amazon Seller Central. Individual Sellers You also have the option of selling as an individual seller. This option is good for those who do not need a lot of room to ship their inventory. But keep in mind, that if you become really good at retail arbitrage you may notice that you could have inventory all over the house causing storage issues. You may have to dedicate your garage to your inventory if you prefer not to pay the costly Amazon FBA fees. Analyze the Results One of the biggest mistakes new persons make at the business of retail arbitrage is analyzing the results. You should ask the following questions: Which products did I take a loss in? Which products sold the fastest? Which products sold the slowest? Can I resource the products that sold the fastest? Any returns from customers? What was my expected profit? What was my actual profit? You should look at why you did or did not meet your expectations. Set goals and try to achieve them from month to month. Remember that knowledge is power. The more you know how to make money at retail arbitrage the better you will be.

You will gain an “eye” for items that will sell on Amazon or Ebay. You will know where to go and check out items that you have successfully sold in the past. Stick to two or three at most to be successful.\n\nHowever, there are drawbacks to selling on a website like Amazon.com. In fact, Amazon.com has restrictions on what you can and can not sell as an individual or an Amazon FBA seller. You should read the restrictions in the categories section of the Amazon seller central website. There you will know what you can and can not sell. Also, when you are scanning products online or at the stores with your Amazon Seller app the app will have a section that will tell you whether or not you can sell the item online.\n\nSourcing products from online websites and retail stores for a low price. Flip them to Amazon and Ebay for a profit.\n\n![Direct-Advertising-1.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNpSfDrfJFZfErkcC4x5ce8WEpRZs4AtdACmKzmS6uPgG/Direct-Advertising-1.png)\n\nFinding a Source of Products\n\nSourcing products to sell on Amazon or Ebay will be where the majority of your time will be spent. You can source products from a website or at a store in your neighborhood. Most retail arbitrage professionals will visit the actual store to scan products with their Amazon Seller app.\n\nStore Sourcing\n\nSourcing products at Walmart, Target, Marshall’s, or Big Lots is a good thing to do. You should go to the area that you are an expert at and scan using your Amazon Seller app for resale deals. You should check the sales rank on your app along with whether or not you can sell the item on Amazon. You should also check the competition:\n\nIf the product is sold by Amazon. Do not compete with Amazon.\nWhether or not they include free shipping.\nHow much competition you have.\nSome products are sold directly from Amazon’s warehouse so you would be competing with Amazon. This is not Amazon FBA. This is simply Amazon selling a product that they have in their warehouse. Do not compete with Amazon.com.\n\n![Screenshot-1.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbk33agduaUaPie1cBBZ8XLtWfJEkXKZtuZRxZGVpApA6/Screenshot-1.png)\n\nYou should also consider shipping as a part of your overall profit calculation. If the competition offers free shipping you should too. Estimate how much shipping would be and include it in your profit and loss calculation.\n\nWhen selling products on Amazon you should check the level or competition you have. Too much competition means that you will not sell your product fast. Too much competition along with a very large sales rank could lead to a product that does not sell in a timely manner. You may have to walk away from a deal every now and then because of these two factors.\n\nOnline Store Sourcing\n\nOnline store sourcing is much easier than driving and going through mountains of inventory at local stores. However, online store sourcing comes at a price. There are many websites out there that you can check to find good deals then turn around and flip them. But, in reality, you can spend hours and days looking through websites. \n\nInstead, you can buy a membership to a retail arbitrage site or service that will allow you to get access to deals. Here are a few applications that you should consider.\n\nBrickseek.com\nTacticalArbitrage.com\nFiverr.com\nYoutube/Patreon\nBrickseek.com\n\nBrickseek.com offers a membership where you can find deals online and deals at your local store. The online deals provide you will ideas about which products out there are at a deep discount. However, the application will provide you with amazing local in-store deals that are usually not at the store. I recommend that you heavily utilize the online deals and review the in-store deals with a skeptical eye.\n\nTacticalArbitrage.com\n\nThis website membership is very expensive but could get you a lot of sourcing deals. I recommend that you take advantage of the one week trial while they still have it. One drawback about the application is that the application will give you a lot of sourcing leads but a few of them do not match Amazon. So be careful. Make sure the products match before you buy them.\n\nFiverr.com\n\nOn Fiverr.com, you can pay someone to provide you with online sourcing leads. I paid $15 for 10 online product leads in one week and was satisfied with the list that I have received. You should consider this option if you are not comfortable purchasing expensive membership applications from a place like tacticalarbitrage.com.\n\nYoutube/Patreon\n\nSome Retail Arbitrage Youtubers have a Patreon where they will give you a sourcing list every month for a small fee. I suggest you take advantage of this if the tacticalarbitrage.com monthly fee is too much for you.\n\nPurchase Products with Profit\n\nRetail arbitrage is a game in which you have to know the numbers. Before you get to this point you should have non-book products with a sales rank of less than 100,001. You should also have considered whether or not you are going to include free shipping. You should have analyzed the competition.\n\nNow what you should do is check out the price history of the item by having the Keepa chrome extension for Amazon.com. You should review the price history of the Amazon product before you buy the product online. Trying to review Keepa in the store is difficult to do. But if you can do it you should. This will help you in your overall decision to purchase the product.\n\nIn addition to checking on whether or not you can sell the product on Amazon, you should do the numbers with the Amazon calculator chrome extension. You can check the profitability of the products by visiting Amazon’s Seller Central Profitability calculator.\n\nHowever, this is difficult to do in the stores. So I recommend, whether you are an individual seller or FBA seller, that you fully understand the fees involved with selling on Amazon so that you can understand the profitability. You can also use the Amazon Seller app to give you an estimate on FBA fees.\n\nMaintain Inventory or Ship FBA\n\nAmazon FBA\n\nWe have mentioned a lot about Amazon FBA. \n\nIndividual Sellers\n\nYou also have the option of selling as an individual seller. This option is good for those who do not need a lot of room to ship their inventory. But keep in mind, that if you become really good at retail arbitrage you may notice that you could have inventory all over the house causing storage issues. You may have to dedicate your garage to your inventory if you prefer not to pay the costly Amazon FBA fees.\n\nAnalyze the Results\n\nOne of the biggest mistakes new persons make at the business of retail arbitrage is analyzing the results. You should ask the following questions:\n\nWhich products did I take a loss in?\nWhich products sold the fastest?\nWhich products sold the slowest?\nCan I resource the products that sold the fastest?\nAny returns from customers?\nWhat was my expected profit?\nWhat was my actual profit?\n\nYou should look at why you did or did not meet your expectations. Set goals and try to achieve them from month to month. Remember that knowledge is power. The more you know how to make money at retail arbitrage the better you will be.",

titleAffiliate Marketing Introduction
bodyIf you are new to affiliate marketing you will enjoy my affiliate marketing for beginners guide below. Affiliate Marketing Definition Affiliate marketing is the relationship between a merchant or vendor with a seller (known as the affiliate) that actively or passively promotes the merchant or vendors products for a commission. The affiliate marketer usually signs up with a network administrator that handles the recognition and affiliate credit for sales referrals or promotions. The network administrator is required to work on behalf of both the affiliate and the merchant to resolve issues such as: Payment of commissions Recognition of sales leads and referrals Administration of Legalities that are listed in the Affiliate Sign Up Documents Oversight of payments to Merchants or Vendors (if Applicable) Customer Service Issues (60-day money back guarantees, Refunds, and Prevention of Fraud) Affiliate marketing is not just a three-way relationship that includes the merchant, affiliate network, and the affiliate. The affiliate marketing business also includes the customer too. The customer has rights to a refund under the contract agreement between the merchant vendor, the network, affiliate, and the customer. The network also administers refunds, guarantees, and the prevention of fraud to protect all parties involved. Popular Affiliate Marketing Networks Merchant vendors usually sign up for an affiliate marketing network to encourage affiliate marketers to sell their products. They sign up for these networks for numerous reasons. Merchant vendors do not want to handle the complicated aspects of affiliate commissions. (i.e. website cookies, referral links, etc.) Merchant vendors prefer to work with the expertise of affiliate networks to prevent injury to their product. (i.e. referral legal agreements, administration of referrals to prevent fraud) Merchant vendors want a gathering place that has expert affiliate marketers so that they can gain more sales than without a network. Affiliate marketers also gather at these networks to help promote the merchant vendor’s products, especially if promoting them is lucrative. As you will find out, commissions on some products exceed 70% of the total sale. This is very lucrative to an affiliate marketer who does not have to labor to develop their own product. Popular Affiliate Marketing Networks Include Amazon Affiliates Clickbank Commission Junction JV Zoo Market Health These affiliate marketing networks are just a few. Affiliate marketing networks also include your local department stores like Walmart, Best Buy, and Target. You can sign up as an affiliate marketer for just about any store that you would like to promote their products. Before you sign up though, you should read and understand the affiliate marketing agreement. Why Become a Merchant Vendor or Affiliate Marketer? You should become an affiliate marketer for these reasons : 1. Promotion of the products whether they are digital or non-digital is usually done online. 2. You can work from home or in the Caribbean if you want. 3. You do not have to labor tirelessly to produce your own products. 4. Passive income that could increase every month. No intensive labor required. 5. No need to deal with customer support issues. This is handled for you. 6. There are potential rewards for being a top performer. 7. Flexible work environment. You can work where you want and when you want. 8. Very low costs to implement a successful affiliate marketing strategy. You should become a merchant vendor if : 1. You produced a valuable digital or non-digital product that you can have others promote without degrading the value of your product. 2. You prefer expert salespersons to promote your product instead of relying on expensive advertising methods. 3. You want to increase sales. 4. You do not want to handle difficult merchant vendor issues if the network can handle them for you. Affiliate Marketing is the Best Online Business Affiliate marketing sales continue to increase as shown in the latest statistics. Affiliate marketing spending has increased by 40% from $4.2 billion in 2015 to a projected over $5.9 billion in 2018. Amazon.com’s sales are reporting similar increases to their overall sales in the same period. The fact is that people from all walks of life are successfully promoting products and making commissions from them. These people are not necessarily handsome or pretty but they continue to influence their audience on Youtube, Google, and other social media channels to gain commission revenue. These affiliate marketers are gaining a luxury lifestyle of passive income off of their ingenuity and style. Let me tell you how they do it. How affiliate marketers make their money. The Power of Influence An individual who has the power to socially influence others to purchase will gain lots of commissions. Amazon.com recognized the ability of influencers on the decision making of consumers. Amazon.com recently opened a new type of affiliate program called the Amazon influencers program. To be an influencer you should post on social media, blogs, and interact with your followers. You should create an audience where people will listen to your recommendations. The best way to do this is to become an expert on a certain topic or just be a cool person. For example, if you are into weight loss you can post, blog, and have a Youtube channel dedicated to weight loss. You can recommend weight loss programs and products to your viewers so that they will have confidence in their purchases. Blogging Blogging is a great way to get traffic to your affiliate links and influence purchases. Bloggers can easily get traffic to their links by providing their viewers with product reviews so that those who search for the product will have confidence in purchasing the product. Bloggers can also get traffic by focusing on posting quality articles that encourage their audience to sign up for email lists where the blogger can advertise products. These quality articles produced by the blogger should be SEO optimized so that those who search for knowledge related to the product will come to their website. Email Lists Usually, email lists are gathered through a bloggers website. However, a website is not required but preferred. There are successful marketers out there that advertise on Facebook, Google, and Bing ads to increase their email list without having a website. From here the email list gets inundated valuable content along with product advertisements once a week. Email list subscribers will usually stay to get more content. Whether you have a website or not, you should have an email list. Direct Advertising to Lead Pages Affiliate marketers understand the importance of establishing trust and rapport with their leads. However, there are times where establishing a relationship with your audience is not needed. When this is the case the affiliate marketer will opt to directly advertise to a sales lead page. This affiliate marketer will buy ads on search engines and social media directly to affiliate links to get sales. This is not the preferred method but affiliates still use this method. Using Multiple Methods Really good affiliate marketers will use a combination of the above methods to increase their sales. They DO NOT put all of their time and effort into one marketing strategy. Instead, they are always looking for ways to promote their products through influence, blogging, generating email lists, and by direct advertising. The great affiliate marketer will test all sales methods and focus on the methods that work. Mistakes that Affiliate Marketers Make Pushy Sales without Having an Attitude of Helping New affiliate marketers do not have a good sense of how to sell. To sell online you should have an attitude of trying to help your audience solve a problem. Too many times affiliate marketers have a “BUY NOW!” approach instead of having a “this program will help you become better at something.” No one wants to be pushed into a sale especially if they do not know the person selling the product. People who buy online usually will buy because they love the influencer along with the presentation that was made. Too Many or Too Little Products Some affiliates have too many products listed on their website and they want to promote everything. This overload of products creates decision exhaustion with their customers and backfires. Decision exhaustion is where the customer has too many products to choose from where they make no decision. Some affiliates have too few products. Their product profit per sale does not make them hugely profitable. They end up working for the rest of their life while having a part-time job as an affiliate. Not Putting Yourself in the Shoes of the Customer You must understand the footsteps of your customer. Your customer will sign up for your email list if they like your website and presentation. You will eventually refer them to products that require another email sign up. Will they be annoyed by this? You should prepare your customers for multiple email sign ups! Or try to mitigate this by sending them straight to the offer to buy. This is your choice but the principle is to understand your customers and sales leads. How to Avoid Affiliate Marketing Mistakes There is soo many mistakes that you can make as a new affiliate marketer that I encourage you to get educated to avoid common pitfalls. I have spent the last four years perfecting the craft of affiliate marketing and am finally earning significant amounts of money. In the beginning, I tried to learn without the help of a mentor. After a couple of years, I finally signed up for a great affiliate program that had a clear blueprint that provided me a roadmap to success. This program is linked in the banner below.

I want to know if I did a good job with the photo. What do you think? Please up vote and comment below. I am outside enjoying myself today after a screaming hot run in the S&P 500 index in the stock market. I called the bull run on my Instagram account and my Facebook account back in early August. I also called it in my YouTube channel as well. I am feeling very confident about my trading skills and my ability to make money by just trading. If you want to offer me some advice on the stock market or the crypto currency market please comment below. -- - - - ---- - - -- ----- - - -- - - -- --- - - -- - ###### ![Steepshot_footer2.PNG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmd4wyZvtAUifJDLZD9vaqek17S1cUhN3PyEbFMMMgLW8o/Steepshot_footer2.PNG) Steepshot [IPFS](http://steepshot.org/ipfs/QmWX8HAGaGGkAFtdL1wzwMQthU7HoGZeeJL4eJik43FBDn) [IOS](https://itunes.apple.com/app/steepshot/id1288494457?mt=8) [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.droid.steepshot) [Web](https://alpha.steepshot.io/post/@johnkumar/hanging-out-by-the-pool--2018-09-20-19-53-31)

titleCryptocurrency Report : SUPERMarket Strategy Please
body![thought-catalog-580700-unsplash.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbon4kaJmSsrpYUVBbsdaXrippHKhjCNmunVSFExrkifz/thought-catalog-580700-unsplash.jpg) In my last post, we looked at the top five small cap cryptocurrencies under 100 million but over 50 million. This report included a cryptocurrency that is rarely looked at called ZCoin. We covered on whether the coin is mineable, cashable, and advantageous. ![ZCoin-XZC-Whitepaper.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcrT5s6nNBsV8HfGME2XSQAD4BBUo8bBMVMqj8cRmN9Ez/ZCoin-XZC-Whitepaper.png) What are the disadvantages of investing in a coin which does not have market capitalization to back it up? What I mean by this is that market capitalization shows the public that the investment is worthy of being invested in. When investing, a lot of people forget to look at market capitalization as a control method to prevent investing in garbage. Investing in small-cap investments, like ZCoin, is an issue that needs to be addressed. Getting excited about small caps can lead investors into some murky water and into a “penny stock” type of atmosphere. You might ask, "Why is ZCoin in a penny stock type of atmosphere?" Let's put it this way, currencies like the US dollar and the EURO are measured in trillions of dollars. Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are measured in billions of dollars. ZCoin and other small cap Investments are under $100 market capitalization. The issue of under capitalization could cause several issues. One of these issues is the ability of someone or some institution having the ability to manipulate the investment. There are all kinds of stories about penny stocks being manipulated by people, large institutions, and companies. They do this because they believe that they can manipulate the price and force other people, through publications or some other means, to buy afterwards. They then sell and pocket all of the gains. You do not want to be a pump-and-dump victim. Realistically, the pump-and-dump scam does not happen all the time. The idea of some person or company planning on making money from pumping up a company and sending it to hell is rather dumb. If you truly know the company or currency that you're investing in you should not be worried. If you are diversified in many investments you should not be worried aswell. But why are we so interested such small investments? From what I can gather I know that the interest is derived from the following points: 1. The “penny” investment is hyped by their owners or operators to get you to buy. 2. The company that runs the investment will communicate that they are better than the larger competition. 3. There is a shopping market attitude (buy low sell high). Point one and two of the above points is obvious to understand. The owners of the company want your money in the investment so that the investment can reach new heights. They will use marketing techniques and do everything they can to make you buy. Not only do they want you to buy but they want you to sell something so that you can buy. In essence, your money devalues one investment and increases the value of another investment. What about part three? Why is there a shopping market attitude? What is a shopping market attitude? You should not have a shopping market attitude when handling investments because the shopping market IS NOT the investment market. **The Food Market is NOT the Crypto Market** In our mind when we hear of the stock market some of us associate the market with the supermarket or the grocery store. Investment advisors and pundits will give us strategies on T.V. that are similar to how we shop at the grocery store. Rarely does someone set out to buy the most expensive items. For the most part all of us try to find the most inexpensive solution to our food and daily needs. ![architecture-booth-buildings-439818.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmT1ZSgvS76tH77Wg75LJFNF7Z4J16gxcKw7KK8QvjHwWA/architecture-booth-buildings-439818.jpg) This strategy of finding the most inexpensive solution is the same as our investment strategy. Unfortunately, this investment strategy can cause a lot of pain since we will take what we learned from the supermarket and try to replicate the strategy in our brokerage account. When we look at how expensive coffee is we will try to find a substitute so that we can save money. The concept of undervaluation is the concept that can be derived from this understanding. So when we look for undervalued investments we are doing the same thing we do at the supermarket. We are trying to find a substitute at the same price. Instead of buying the company that has the strength to keep going up we try to buy a cheaper substitute that goes nowhere. We should keep this in mind because, like in my previous posts and posts to come, we should buy on strength and not on weakness. Buying on strength with the expectation of more strength with a clear sell strategy is something that will make you more money than buying on weakness. **Clear Your Mind** I know that a lot of you loved the previous post on the top five cryptocurrencies. But you have to clear your mind of the shopping market attitude. Buying weak cryptocurrencies that cannot prove themselves and get a larger market capitalization could end up losing you money. You do not want to do that. **Cryptocurrency Today** As shown in the graph below, Bitcoin has not gone anywhere for the last week. Bitcoin, which represents about 33% of the total market capitalization, is testing its $6,000 support line for the fifth time this year. This is significant because the $6,000 support line is becoming a strong support line that is being relied upon by traders. ![Cryptocurrency Market 09172018.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaZCvutWqWeEKcEE8C3ewZdcQQZqVWNRgYhJckCNBacKa/Cryptocurrency%20Market%2009172018.png) Some Bitcoin traders are entering in at around the $6,000 support line because they believe that the support line will hold and that the Bitcoin can only increase from here. This is a bad strategy because the strategy is similar to the shopping market attitude as explained above. This strategy is a buy when undervalued and hope that the market will value the cryptocurrency higher. The buying in hopes for an increase afterwards strategy could lead to disaster if the $6,000 support line is broken through. As mentioned in previous posts, “The stronger the support line the harder the support line falls” is something that you should be concerned about. If the market breaches the $6,000 support you can expect a swift drop to $5,000 and even lower. However, Bitcoin and other “Big 5” cryptocurrency traders are ready for a rally when the rally comes. Litecoin, Stellar, and Ripple traders want Bitcoin to rally to new heights. They want the rally because they know that their holdings are related to how Bitcoin performs. They know that if Bitcoin does well then, their cryptocurrencies will do better. The risk factor on these coins should send the rate of return to heights greater than Bitcoin. Get ready for great future posts like this. Click on follow and upvote this post for more cryptocurrency analysis.
