Then you can make it happen but it all starts with the decision.\n\nSet a goal and write it down\n\nFigure out your goal\nDefine it\nBe very clear\nWrite it down\n\nIts proven that if you write your goals down you are more likely to achieve them. Dream bigger don’t think that you cant achieve anything you desire. \n\nBelieve there are no other options\n\nAt this point you have defined your goals, believe that you don't have any other choice but to do it. Get rid of the choice and tell yourself that it’s a thing that has to be done.\n\nIn case you are not forced into a challenge which makes you need to leave your comfort zone, imagine that you do.\n\nDo it one step at a time\n\nIn case you’re feeling fearful about attempting new things, you don’t have to go to the extreme. Set smaller and short term goals for yourself. \n\nBy simply breaking down your goals into smaller steps, you will be able to measure how well you're progressing as well as success is able to be achieved at many levels.\n\nVisualize Your Future Better Self\n\nImagine how you want your life to look and feel by trying new things. An important step is writing down your goals but you also need to envision them happening and what it will feel like. \n\nEnvision what your improved life looks like. If you ever think about the worst case scenario, you will most likely realize that it is not really that bad. Focus on the better life you desire. Not only will this exercise help you achieve your goals, it will give you the confidence you will need to step out of your comfort zone.\n\nRemember there are always new possibilities\n\nTrying new things will help keep you from feeling stuck. Even small changes can make you happier and can lead to bigger things. \n\nAny step that has to be taken to get you closer to your goals needs to be taken.\n\nYou wont realize the possibilities if you don’t take that step.       "body": "I’ve been really looking forward to the spring and the nice weather because my son is more encouraged to get outside.\n\nHis asthma acts up in the winter months, which make it hard to get him outside to do anything for any period of time.\n\nAbout four years ago he got a concussion. He was not cleared from his doctor to go back to school full days for 7 months..\n\nHe wasn’t allowed to do much of anything except sit. The light sometimes caused his to have headaches. He wasn’t allowed to use the computer much at all. He wasn’t even able to play outside at all either.\n\nBecause of this and not eating the healthiest of foods, he gained weight. He lost his motivation over the years but this year he was told by his doctor that he has to loose some weight.\n\nI sat down to chat with him about what was going on and he said “when I loose some weight I will be back to feeling more confident.”\n\nIt reminds me of the limiting beliefs so many people have when it comes to their money blocks.\nLimiting beliefs include:\n\n“When my debt is paid off I will be happy.”\n\n“When I have more money I will be happier and more present with my children.”\n\n“When I increase my income I will be able to invest in coaching to improve my life.”\n\n“When I loose weight I will be able to live the life I want.”\nDo you see the pattern?\n\nPeople think that once they HAVE xyz they will BECOME who they want to be.\n\nThe truth is, the opposite is true.\n\nIn order to DO and HAVE more, you first need to BE that person.\n\nBE ~ DO ~ HAVE\n\nNot the other way around.\n\nIf you want to experience more love in your life, then be open to BEING a person who is more loving.\n\nIf you want more freedom in your life, acknowledge all the freedom you have in your life already and embrace the feeling of it NOW.\n\nIf you want to release lack and limitation, imagine, feel and act like someone with an abundant mindset NOW.\n\nChange happens from the INSIDE out NOT the OUTSIDE in.\n\nOnly THEN will you start attracting more of what you want to you.\n\nFaster.\n\nWith more ease.\n\nIn my son’s case, I told him to make some mindset shifts to start feeling more confident in his abilities as a person NOW – to see himself as a star player already.\n\nAnd guess what happened?\n\nHe now goes to the weight room at school 3 days a week. He takes Gym class 5 days a week when he is only required to take 2 or 3 days.
